Apartamento de 2 dormitorios totalmente renovado para 4-5 personas con una gran terraza de 32 m² ubicada en Playa Paraíso, a 300 m del océano, en una zona adecuada para familias y en un complejo residencial tranquilo. Vivienda de 70 m² interior (+32 m² de terraza soleada en la mañana) de reciente construcción amueblada con buen gusto, con vistas a la piscina y la montaña. El apartamento está a 300 m de la playa de arena de La Galgas, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, a 4 km del campo de golf "Costa Adeje", a 8 km del parque acuático "Siam Park", a 25 km del Aeropuerto "Reina Sofía", a 100 m de la parada de autobús Titsa. Nuevo centro comercial Rosa Center cercano (apertura en noviembre de 2019).
La residencia tiene ascensor. El apartamento dispone de acceso a internet (wifi), gran terraza de 32 m², zona de juegos infantiles, piscina y piscina infantil, parking cubierto en el sótano, secador de pelo, aire acondicionado, TV.
La terraza también está amueblada (mesa, sillas, tumbonas, salón).

The terrace is the top feature of this very good apartment. We phoned practically lived outside in beautiful sunshine. Not very impressed with minimal essentials left for us and no bedding change during a month's stay. Would definitely return, a lovely holiday.mimimum of essentials supplied

Beautiful apartment, wonderful holiday

We highly recommend this apartment, it was very clean, well equipped and in a great location. The pool was clean and quiet, sometimes it was only us and one other there. The arrangements for collecting the apartment key were great and the instructions we received pre-stay were clear and helpful. The booking process was easy with all my queries responded to promptly. Shops, bars and the beach are a short walk away. Also close to Siam Park which is a great day out. We highly recommend this property, thank you to the owners for a fantastic stay.

Brilliant winter re-charge!

The apartment is the best that either of us have stayed in, and we've stayed in plenty. Everything was just like being at home , but with the sun and pool! Natalie was brilliant, waiting for us on arrival and especially when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Can't wait to return. :)

First Class All Around

From start to finish this booking was by far the easiest to manage. The apartments is even better than it looks the patio was fantastic, location excellent, close enough to walk to everything and far enough away to miss any intrusive noise.. Natalie was there to greet us and very helpful through our stay. We most definitely will return. Thankyou both Gaetan and Natalie

Great place

Communication with Natalie was great - she is an asset. Apartment is as described. Very fast WiFi. There is no air con in the twin bedroom but a tower fan is provided. Cushions for the sun beds would be a welcome addition as they are a bit uncomfortable, however this has not stopped us from booking again!

A very well presented apartment in a quiet complex. The accommodation was well fitted out with most things that we required for our holiday. The apartment had a lovely sunny terrace with views over the swimming pool and surrounding area. The apartment was very near to a supermarket and a range of restaurants. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Natalie who supplied us with useful information. The apartment was clean and tidy for our arrival.

Just spectacular, perfect apartment, location and people.

Apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and the balcony was excellent, an absolute privilege to stay here for a week with my wife and kids, Natalie (host/agent) was a joy to deal with and was very helpful and kind. I doubt I will ever come across as good an apartment as this again for a long time, highly recommended. If planning on travelling further afield to explore the island, I'd recommend hirng a car out, but perfect if staying local as there is a good, regular bus service nearby aswell as a supermarket, restaurants, shopping centre and medical centres (which we had to use as our 4 year old was unwell), just an amazing all round experience at the apartment and Playa Paraíso..thank you.

Fabulous Apartment

This is definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Great size with a fantastic sun filled terrace .It had everything we needed. Communication between Gaetan and Ingrid was first class as was with Natalie , their lady in Playa Paraiso. Nothing too much of a problem. Would advise if you are to stay there it would be best to hire a car ( there is a secure parking place) as the bus service is unpredictable. You will have a fabulous stay in this apartment

Beautiful, spotless apartment

Lana met us at apartment, lovely, easy handover. Apartment is beautiful and absolutely spotless. Large, modern kitchen with every utensil. Spacious living and dining area. Large bedrooms, plenty wardrobe space. Main bedroom has doors onto balcony. Lovely, powerful walk-in shower. Balcony is superb, huge, with great views.Sat every morning having breakfast watching the paragliders. Had dinner at night on balcony. Shopping centre a 2 minute walk, shops, supermarket, lovely cafe on ground floor. Also a 5 minute walk to the beginning of further restaurants and bars. Lovely walks around area. Swimming pool is heated, so big, never over crowded, so quiet and relaxing, no thumping music like other premises. Would highly recommend this apartment and the area of Playa Paraiso. We had a wonderful holiday.

Perfect apartment, lovely location

Everything you can think of you need for a holiday accommodation is in this lovely apartment. We loved the big sunny terrace with a nice view to the pool and mountains. The beds were comfortable and there are big wardrobes in both bedrooms. We were together 2 adults and 3 kids, and the extra bed was perfectly fitted into the corner in the living room. The kitchen was provided with wide range of utensils for cooking. We were very pleased with the fast Wi-Fi and IPTV offered lots of channels and movies to watch. The pool area was lovely and not crowded. There was a garage but also free parking in front of the building. The apartment is just great and Playa Paraiso is very nice and quiet area. The owner, Gaetan, was extremely helpful and responded quickly to the messages. Everything was taken care very smoothly. Thank you so much!

2nd stay at apartment

2nd year running we have stayed at apartment. Cannot be faulted. Beautiful, comfortable, everything supplied that you would need and immaculate. Met on arrival at apartment for keys. Natalie is also available any time that is needed, lovely person. Apartment has the biggest balcony we have ever rented, with eating area, lounging area and two sun loungers. Complex is secure and so quiet with a heated outside pool. Plenty loungers, and only ever a few others there at same time. Rosa Shopping Centre is a 2 minute walk, with lovely restaurants, shops, supermarket, cafes etc. Would highly recommend Shan Express, delicious food and great price, lovely outside seating area, over looking the sea and banana plantation. Other restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute walk. Beautiful walks in the morning, stopping at Francis II for coffee (opposite Hard Rock Hotel) - also good food at night and really cheap. Would highly recommend this apartment. We could well be returnjng a third time!

A Fantastic Apartment In An Area That Offers So Much

We stayed for a month at this wonderful, fully equipped, smart and extremely accessible apartment which is situated in a quiet part of Playa Paraiso; that is also very close to the beaches and restaurants. The apartment is light and airy and the air conditioning units are a bonus on the very hot days. The Wi-Fi is extremely fast and there is a wide array of entertainment provided through various satellite options provided. The kitchen was very well equipped that made home cooking so convenient on the days that we chose not to eat out. There is also a fantastic spacious balcony that overlooks the large swimming pool; the latter never seemed to be too busy and there were always sunbeds available. The owner, Gaetan, was first class always wanting to ensure that his guests really enjoyed their stay; nothing was too much trouble for him. He was fully supported on the island by Nathalie who again was totally focused on the enjoyment of the guests. Quite simply one could not wish better owners and local management. We can thoroughly and without reservation recommend this property and hope that it does not get too busy so that we can not be accommodated in the future!!!!

Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub

Es hat einfach alles in diesem Appartement gepasst. Es ist wirklich ALLES vorhsnden, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. So einen Standard hatten wir noch nie. Tausend Dank auch an Nathalie für die tolle Rundum Betreuung. Einfach nur PERFEKT!!!dierRRundum
