We were really disappointed with this apartment, particularly as it was booked for a family stay over Christmas and New Year.Sadly, the property did not reflect the advert or photographs. It was much smaller than expected and very difficult to live in as a family of four. There was virtually no storage space, the apartment felt worn and tatty, and many items were chipped, marked, or broken. We even found boxes stored under the bed containing other people’s clothes, which was upsetting and made us feel uncomfortable.The layout was impractical, with bedroom doors that could not open fully, internal doors cut away at the bottom, shutters that would not close properly, and a general feeling that the apartment had not been properly prepared for guests. There was also no spare bedding available. The balcony is cluttered and the smell of weed from neighbours was so stong we had to go inside and close the doors.We raised our concerns politely during the stay, but unfortunately the issues were not resolved. In the end, we were forced to find alternative accommodation and ultimately leave early, which was not how we had hoped to spend our Christmas holiday. We stayed 1 night of 14!This was a very upsetting experience, and we would not recommend the apartment for families. The advert is very misleading and so are the reviews and should be ignored. The apartment is very rundown, the complex is ok at best. Location is not suitable either as there is nothing around.
