O apto é ótimo. A cozinha bem equipada.Aconchegante, claro. Ideal para família pq os 3 quartos se comunicam. Super bem localizado, perto de tudo, bons restaurantes no entorno , mercado, farmácia boulangerie. Metro na porta.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The place was as advertised, clean and appointed nicely. It was a fantastic location - many metro stations close by. Genevieve was great about communicating with us and met us personally to show us around. We’d definitely stay again.

Great family apartment!

I reserved this apartment for my family of 3 and we loved it. Great location to walk to restaurants and cafes and a very short walk to the train station made all the main sites easy to access. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.

Charming flat, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We loved the market and vintage clothing boutiques. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to metro for easy access to other areas. Electric bikes everywhere, though we did not use those. A lovely stay, we hope to come back again and stay longer!

Girls Getaway

Great getaway in the Le Marais district. It is a central location with close access to the Metro. The accommodations are spacious and airy. Our host Genevieve was very nice and accommodating to our arrival time. We had selected this place as it included a washer and dryer. However, the dryer on the washer/dryer combo was not functional, which made for a lot of air drying of our clothes. And one person ended up with the washer drum door springing open and jamming the machine, which required a service call.

Fantastic place in Les Marais

My husband, teenage son and daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was perfect for us and would be good for a family of 5 as well. The pictures are what you get. Everything is there that you need. The location is amazing. We loved walking around the area. Found some great restaurants, shopping etc. the binder that is provided is very helpful for tips for the space and for things to doIn the area. We could easily take the metra or walk to everything we wanted to do. Thank you for aWonderful stay.

Will definitely return again and again!

Stayed six nights in this true home away from home - this three bedroom gem provided all of the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and make a home in Paris. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked several meals. The living space is comfortable and acommodating. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is perfect, with a towel warmer as a bonus! NO complaints whatsoever, with a fabulous host.If there is one thing we wished might have been different: the three bedrooms are piled on top of each other (especially bedrooms 2, 3), so if you're looking for privacy or to get away from your travel mates, this is not your place. Otherwise, shhhh....don't tell too many people about this fabulous place or it will be permanently booked!!

The perfect Paris home base!

This apartment is the perfect home base for your Paris stay. It was our first time in Paris. Our host, Genevieve, greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the apartment, answered our questions, and gave local recommendations. The apartment is quiet while centrally located, close to public transportation, and accessible to wonderful food and shopping options. I would love to return with my children the next time. Thank you for helping to make our first trip to Paris a wonderful experience!

Perfect Paris Stay

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place or the owners. They are extremely kind and welcoming throughout the entire stay. The place is perfectly located in Paris with metro a few steps away for easy travel. We even walked to the train station to go to Luxembourg for several days.We didn’t use the washing machine and the steps could be a problem for some but I had knee surgery and they were still fine for me. The bed is so comfortable and the balcony made all my photos Paris perfect!

Perfect getaway!

The apartment was tremendous in a great location for everything around the city. Hosts were accommodating and friendly and honestly the kind of interesting people I would like to get to know better. The place was clean and breezy (even during a heatwave with no AC). The building itself has French charm, and you can't walk 50 feet without stumbling into a cute cafe. Next time we visit Paris we will definitely stay here again!

A lovely paris stay for our family of five

Our family of five (with three teenagers: 17, 16, & 14) enjoyed ten wonderful days in this lovely apartment. The beds in the three bedrooms were comfortable. The central living space is bright and roomy, with three glass doors that open to a narrow terrace. The kitchen allowed us to stretch our budget by preparing some meals in the apartment (it was equipped with all the essential cookware and serving ware to put together a few family meals). The clothes washer helped to freshen some small loads of clothes and towels to get us through our visit. The apartment had everything that we needed for a great stay. The third arrondissement is a nice neighborhood. There are plenty of small shops, bakeries, cafes, bistros, bars, and restaurants within a very short walk. With the metro being mere steps away from the door, you can quickly access all of Paris. We did not need taxis or ride-share; we could walk and take the metro everywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were proactive and responsive in our communications. Upon our arrival, Genevieve was very welcoming, taking time to orient us to the apartment and the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking an extended stay in Paris and who wants to avoid a hotel experience.

The location of this apartment is excellent -- central Paris is walkable but there is a Metro station mere steps away. The neighborhood has plenty of brasseries and local shops. The apartment itself is up two flights, which was good for us since there is no lift/elevator. The living area has three large windows/doors to a small terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. There is only one bathroom (no tub) and one toilet, but this worked fine for the four of us -- all adult women who are members of the same family. It was a warm and welcoming space, and I would stay here again!

A week in Paris with the family!

100% recommendable! We stayed there for a week for Easter 2024 with my three kids (11, 8, 6yo) and had a great experience. The pictures are accurate, the location is safe and near all main attractions and sight seeing (either walking or by metro). Plenty of restaurants and shops (groceries, bread/pastries/convenience) around, always lively with people (never deserted) but also zero noisy! The host was super helpful and accommodative to let us drop our luggage earlier before check in and always super communicative and available to answer any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay there again!
