Apartamento en primera línea de playa Levante, Benidorm, con acceso directo a la playa desde el edificio. Posee 2 dormitorios y capacidad para 6 personas.

Alojamiento de 95 m² exterior, con terraza acristalada y vistas panorámicas al mar, la bahía y la ciudad.



Dispone de ascensor, plancha, acceso a internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado, calefacción por bomba de calor, piscina comunitaria abierta de temporada, pista de tenis, parking comunitario al aire libre en mismo edificio, 1 Televisor Smart TV.

La cocina independiente de inducción, está equipada con nevera, lavadora, microondas, horno, congelador, lavavajillas, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.



- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, justo en frente del Casino.

- Se retiene un depósito de 200€ en tarjeta de crédito/débito como fianza o efectivo en su defecto.

- Check-in desde las 16:30h (temporada alta desde las 18:00h)

- Check out antes de las 11:00h

Very nice views, easy parking, good sized apartment with modern sofa and TV.

The location, the view, is very nice. With private parking right next to the building. I've stayed in this house before, so knew about this. The apartment has a decent size, big couch, modern TV, working internet. The kitchen is a bit small, but normal for spanish apartments. The electrical outlet for the washing machine stopped working. Had to use an extension coord. The outlet seemed a bit "wanky", so to say, and needs to be fixed. I reported this.

Lovely apartment, great views and facilities. The beds and pillows let it down.

Amazing views, well equipped The beds mainly the pillows were awful. Truly the worst sleep I’ve ever had.

Great location, clean apartment with great views from balcony

Great location, spacious and beach and amenities right on your doorstep The lift is sooooo slow, especially as it’s on the 18th floor. Only 2 keys provided for up to 4 adults guests

It was fine, but check to see if the building work has ceased

Modern and up to date apartment with an excellent sea view. Very secure Building work taking place in the block with drilling & banging going on from 8.30am so no chance of a lie in.

Ideal for a couple days with friends

View amazing, quiet, for 3 stars rated it was excellent. Rooms are a good size, full kitchen, just all round a great apt for a couplw of days Shower room could do with a refurb, but really that's a minor complaint.

excellent would stay again.

location was awesome the staff in the booking office were fantastic. we had a problem with the shower and they sent a plumber within the hour who fixed it despite being 18 floors up the flies at night were awful and the lifts were not very reliable we got stuck several times

Las vistas y buen servicio de autobuses cerca Podrian cambiar la persiana de la habitacion de dos camas, entra el aire y hace ruido , muy molesto por la noche. Almohadas muy altas, incomodas.

Falta de mantenimiento de la vivienda

La ubicación del apartamento El propietario debería de mejorar las instalaciones, se nos rompio la cama mientras dormiamos y se nos rompió la persiana y los armarios puertas y ventanas necesitan mantenimiento.Muebles de cocina con asas rotas y las sartenes estaban fatal y tuvimos que comprar una nueva.

Genial, repetiremos.

La ubicación, las vistas , y lo amplio y cómodo. Hemos estado súper agusto. Por poner un pero , las almohadas muy duras y las ventanas y puertas correderas no iban bien, y en el sofá se veían un poco los hierros de uno de los cojines de la parte de atrás.

Szép, tágas, kényelmes lakás, csodálatos kilátással. Kiváló az apartman elhelyezkedése. Könnyen megtaláltuk. A zár katasztrófa, ráfér a csere. Minden egyes alkalommal azon izgultunk, hogy be tudjunk jutni a lakásba.

Poco de incomodidad en la cama(quiere unas nuevas) y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones (pero aun así, había ventilador y el mar ayudaba a ventilar un poco más) Y lo que me preocupo un poco, es que parecía que el inodoro tenía una pequeña fuga por debajo y se movían las baldosas. Por el resto todo bien!
