Bellini 10 - Casin dei Spiriti

Ubicado en Cannaregio, Casin dei Spiriti ofrece en alquiler 5 dúplex recientemente renovados por un famoso arquitecto francés. Bellini es un dúplex mediano con capacidad para 6 personas (2 habitaciones dobles y un sofá cama en la sala de estar)

La posición del Casin dei Spiriti, lejos de los flujos turísticos, lo convierte en un oasis de calma, propicio para el descanso y la reflexión, y también el punto de partida para el descubrimiento de la ciudad y sus grandes eventos. Su proximidad al Gran Canal y al Fondamente Nuove le permite llegar a todos los lugares interesantes de la ciudad, pero también a las islas de la laguna norte (Murano, Burano, Torcello). Y el aeropuerto está a 20 minutos en taxi o 40 minutos de Alilaguna. Piazzale Roma (aparcamientos) o la estación de tren están a pocos minutos en vaporetto.
El acceso es a la Fondamenta del Abbazia desde una entrada monumental, con vistas a un jardín, luego al edificio compartido entre una Fundación (exposiciones) y los apartamentos.

Great location

Really well located very unique proptery with lots of space. Loved how easy it was to access the hustle and bustle of the city but come back to a quiet nestled space

Beautiful place with great support from Simon who helped arrange water taxis. Wish we’d stayed longer! No laundry but that was the only drawback to the apartment. The best neighborhood. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to all.

Best location in Venice

Away from crowds in tourist area. Very convenient. Wonderful accommodation and great design. Perfect for 4 adults. Very quiet. Thomas and Lorenzo great to work with. Highly recommended by all in our party!

Grandkids trip.

The apartment is very modern in an ancient city and building. It was perfect for two preteens with their grandparents. Two bedrooms and three bathrooms was so very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet away from the hustle bustle of Saint Marks while still having good small restaurants and shops a block away. Of course everything in Venice is walkable so we didn’t miss a thing. Simon was available and helpful when we arrived and departed and for questions in between. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in a superb location

This apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood, removed from the crush of people around Venice's most visited attractions. It was wonderful to walk along the canals with very few people around, and be able to appreciate the beauty of this city. We mainly walked as the more visited parts of Venice were only 5-30 minutes away. The apartment, which is accessed through a gallery, is immaculately clean and the kitchen has everything you'd need to cook some meals. Beds are very comfortable and the area is very quiet. It was wonderful to have AC in the heat of early August and views to an enclosed terrace with modern sculptures and plants. Communication was prompt, seamless and very helpful. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Hidden gem

I visit Venice frequently for work and generally stay at a hotel . For the first time I rented three apartments for a family gathering. Carnareggio is a beautiful neighborhood which I learned to appreciate for many reasons, one being quiet with many nice restaurants close by. Getting to the apartments you have to pass a beautiful hallway in another house which functions as a gallery. After that you step in a backyard where all the apartments are located, everyone with it's one little terrasse. Everyone one of them is beautiful decorate, with art on the wall and Italian designer furniture. Cozy and comfortable. We all loved our stay and I definitely would stay there again. Thanks again to the host!
