¡Bienvenido a The Pelican House! Ubicado en la lujosa comunidad turística de Wild Dunes en Isle of Palms, SC, encontrará la paz y la relajación que anhelaba. La ubicación es lo que hace unas excelentes vacaciones y The Pelican House no decepciona. A solo 100 yardas de la playa privada más hermosa del IOP, no tendrá que subirse al auto e intentar encontrar un espacio de estacionamiento para llegar a la playa. Si desea estar junto a la piscina, la piscina comunitaria The Pelican Bay está a solo unos pasos de la puerta principal.

El primer piso cuenta con una sala de estar recién amueblada con chimenea y un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas; cocina nueva con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una doble estufa; comedor con capacidad para 6-8; y una sala de estar bellamente decorada que da a la pintoresca laguna y también ofrece un televisor de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo y luces de cadena para relajarse por la noche. El lujoso dormitorio principal ofrece una cama King, puertas que conducen al porche trasero, TV de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas, amplio vestidor y baño principal. Un tocador termina el piso principal. La casa está equipada con WiFi de alta velocidad y DirecTV. Una cama giratoria actualizada en el porche delantero hace que la casa sea aún más cómoda para esas vacaciones relajantes con las que has estado soñando.

Arriba encontrarás una espaciosa habitación doble; baño completo Dormitorio de matrimonio con balcón privado, TV de pantalla plana y área de lavandería. Alquiler local de golf, tenis y bicicletas, todos ubicados en el área de Wild Dunes.

Las autocaravanas, remolques, botes y motocicletas no están permitidos en Wild Dunes Resort.

The interiors are decorated beautifully! The home had all of the amenities and cooking supplies we needed for my family. The several spaces to watch TV, especially the Gamecocks were great. However, I wish there would have been a large TV in the living area with the sectional sofa to accommodate the eight of us watching the game. We would be more than happy to rent this home again in the future! Thanks again for the hospitality.

Wild Dunes is a wonderful resort and this home was just perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We really enjoyed the layout. The location is perfect and so close to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

We txtd with maintenance 1 time re garbage disposal and they were very responsive guiding us thru resetting the 2 button unique setup at this houseOnly recommendation for property mgmt company was the nearby community pool water appeared unclean. Water was cloudy vs clear. We spent most of our time at the beach so not a big issue for us.

Spring Break get away!

My family of six and my brothers family of 4 comfortably fit and enjoyed this house for. 5 night stay. House was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Steps away from the beach. It was perfect!

Overall, nice.

The house itself was nice. Some things are a little rundown/outdated and need fixing. The "beach items" it states they provide, are left over items from other visitors. Nothing of real substance. Not enough towels for the 5 people who stayed, no kitchen towels, and very miscellaneous utensils. Overall, still a good house. Cleaning service needs to update their checklist.

Overall enjoyed our stay

The location is great and we love staying inside Wild Dunes Resort. The beach and pool are very close to the property and with a two month old it was very convenient. The property needs to be better maintained and bug treated. We found large roaches through out the house and contacted the management company. They were quick to respond and sprayed the next morning but that problem is not going to be solved overnight. We also had a big issue with mosquitos out front. Anytime we went to get in our vehicles we were swarmed by them. It was literally a race to get into the car so they didn’t get in with us. Overall enjoyed our stay but for that price point it definitely could have been better.

Great location, screen porch and front porch.

The location was a short, easy walk to the beach. We loved the front porch swing and spent most of our time on the back screen porch. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked and we had everything we needed. The home's exterior could use pressure washing and repairs, as it looked tired. The wood on the screen porch was filthy and could have been at least wiped down if not washed. The interior was clean enough and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the living area was cozy. It's a lovely home but needs a little TLC. We enjoyed our stay and liked the home. The rental agency was responsive and very helpful. We rented both bikes and an umbrella and beach chairs, which was a nice service that we enjoyed.

Great for a family!

My family stayed here, and it was perfect! The home was clean, and the beach and pool were a short walk for my kids! I even loved the gate on the stars to keep our toddler contained safely :) will be coming back.

Great location for beach-walking, bicycling; & easy access to Charleston, county parks, sites of interest, & national forest. We “wintered” here (January-March) & had plenty to do, while feeling comfortable & safe, with just enough conveniences on Isle of Palms & nearby Sullivan’s Island. We’d highly recommend both Island Realty & this particular property. The only amenity we missed was an outdoor grill. The well-appointed kitchen made up for that, & we quickly came to understand why such a lovely neighborhood might want to keep renters’ fire hazards at a minimum! Bottom line: all good.

Beach Weekend with the Girls

This was a super cute house, very clean, and super close to the beach for a girls weekend! Back deck is great for coffee in the morning. High recommend for a vacay to Wild Dunes.
