Ubicado en el extremo más oriental de la playa de México, Windfall está situado en la cima de un acantilado que ofrece vistas excepcionales del golfo y las increíbles puestas de sol. Encontrará que Windfall es privado ya que la propiedad está rodeada de árboles y ubicada en el extremo menos concurrido de la playa. La cubierta superior tiene una increíble vista de 180 grados del hermoso golfo y la cubierta inferior es un gran espacio sombreado donde puedes disfrutar de la relajante brisa del golfo.

Beach Vacation

The entire process went well from booking to departing. The host communicated well and answered all my questions along the way. We were all pleased with the accommodations. The outside porches were used alot in the early mornings and late afternoons/evenings. Our adult children found plenty to do when not on the beach with local karaoke and inshore fishing. The host has a great toy shed with all the things we needed for the beach and more. We used the grill for grilling one night and enjoyed a night in. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was the perfect size for us and we couldn’t have had a better location. The owner was so responsive and helpful. The house had everything - EVERYTHING - we needed. It was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we loved it. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Mexico beach. The house was in a great location. We chose to enjoy the beach and cooked most nights. The house was perfect for our families!

Great place at the beach.

We rented the home for a New Years celebration with friends and family. 9 adults and two kids was a bit of a squeeze, but it all worked. Excellent access to the beautiful beach. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Working Internet. Great deck for relaxing and watching the waves, and excellent under-house space for grilling, hanging out, and epic ping pong battles. Everyone had a great time. Definitely recommended.

Wedding weekend

Me and five of my best friends stayed in this house to go to a wedding. The house is fantastic. We were a group of a bunch of middle aged friends and we had a blast.

Great location with Fantastic view.

We had 10 adults ranging from 18yrs to 74yrs old and one infant and had plenty of room. The house was equipped with many items that you need in a home for cooking and comfort. The outside downstairs area with the bar and ping pong table was great and we spent many late afternoons playing games there. We like to cook at and enjoy where we stay and this place was perfect for that. We will for sure be back?

Peaceful and relaxing

This property is located in a great spot in Mexico Beach. Beach traffic was light and peaceful. We enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to get back.

We all enjoyed the house, the beach, and each other. The house is awesome with plenty of room and so many amenities. The home owners were very easy to work with and were quick to answer any questions we had. We are definitely going to stay again.

Fabulous Vacation

This property was everything that we expected. The home was wonderful! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us (aged 10-69). The proximity to the beach was perfect. The newly renovated lanai was great. We loved sitting there and enjoying the ocean breeze after we had been to the beach. Communication with our host was extremely easy with quick responses. It was obvious that she loved her place and wanted us to love it too.

We enjoyed our stay so much!

Our stay at Mexico Beach was wonderful! The accommodations were perfect for our large crew of 12, including 6 adults and 6 children under 10. The main floor was perfect but then to add on the bonus room downstairs off the outdoor area made it the perfect space for us (note this is a separate area not attached to main house so keep that in mind if you’re looking to use the Queen/bunk beds for young children. It worked for us as we put parents in queen bed and kids in the bunk room). Speaking of the outdoor area, Wow!! The evenings after a long day at the beach were spent enjoying the huge outdoor area under the covered porch with lots of seating, a tv and bar area to eat. It also had a ping pong table to entertain the kids and adults as well. The outdoor shower was also impressive with the hot and cold water options. Most we’ve used only had cold water. Coming in from the beach, we were able to go straight to the enclosed shower area and get our showers before heading upstairs. This kept the sand out of the main area so it was a huge help. We loved our stay so much we’re already booking for next year!

Great beach house!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. My only critique would be to add a hand rail to the ramp to the beach, or replace with stairs. It was a little difficult for me carrying a baby and my older relatives.

Annual Spring Couples Retreat

Our stay was Wonderful! The beachouse was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect! Literally only a few steps from the beach. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the upper deck! The Lanai was the perfect spot for everyone to get together and watch a movie. Very clean! The host was Awesome and available to answer any questions. We look forward to staying here again in the near future! I highly recommend anyone whose looking for that perfect getaway to look no further. THIS IS IT!!! Brenda Robinson April 17, 2022

Beautiful view, comfy beach home, friendly/responsive family owners

We are a family of 7 (2 grandparents, 2 adults, 3 kids) on spring break from GA. This place did not disappoint. Super clean rental with many comforts of home including stocked kitchen. All the beds, including the sheets and provided towels were clean, soft and comfortable. Lots of extra pillows provided too. TVs in every room made everyone happy. We loved watching the waves roll in while drinking our morning coffee and sitting on the front porch at night watching the sunset. The walk to the beach was short and before we knew it our toes were in the water. The outside shower makes after beach clean up a breeze. We sure enjoyed the new ping pong table and watching Netflix outside when we tired from the sun. Our girls (9-15 yrs) LOVED the bunk room and downstairs bedroom. I would be hesitant to leave younger children alone as the stairs up/down are outside, but our girls were fine with their private space. We felt safe and secure during our stay. Not having a key to keep up with was a great decision on part of the homeowners. Brilliant! Check out instructions are easy and minimal which made packing up and heading home super quick and convenient. Figuring out the time zone change was about the only frustration we had, but that had zero impact on our opinion of this rental. When we finally gave in to vacation/beach time, we didn't have a care in the world. Places to eat: Mr. G's (across the street), Mango Marley's and the Key Lime Pie sold at Mexico Beach Marina. It's frozen y'all and it looks like nothing, but it is unbelievably delicious!

Beautiful getaway!

The beach was beautiful and the house was just as described in the listing! Very clean, spacious, and the view of the beach was incredible. Easy walk to the beach for our kids, and we enjoyed riding our bikes to the nearby food trucks and ice cream. Would definitely come back again!

Fabulous Beach Vacation

I can’t say enough good things about this beach house. The view from the balcony was amazing!! Property was clean and described accurately. Plenty of parking. Great location and convenient to so much. The owners were so helpful In offering suggestions and always quick to respond. We will most definitely be booking with them again in the near future.

Beautiful ocean view!

We enjoyed this property and the amazing ocean view! The house was cozy and comfortable for our family. The kids loved playing on the beach while the adults relaxed and watched. We felt the 1/2 shower and bathroom situation upstairs was not ideal for multiple families, but we made it work. Also the 5th bedroom is more of a bonus bunk room, but definitely worked well for the kids. Overall, we very much enjoyed this cozy beach home and will definitely be back!

Amazing views

We had the most amazing week! Despite the yucky ocean water all week we still made the most of the week! The most amazing views! The owner was super accommodating and very helpful with everything! The most layed back vacation on the Gulf coast in years! No getting up early to get a spot for a tent! Differently felt like we were on our on private beach! Loved it! Will be back!!!

Loved this one!

This beach house is my favorite! Since we were going to have my mother in law with us (and I knew she wouldn’t be down at the beach all day), I was looking for someplace that would allow her to have a nice view of the water and spots where she could relax and still feel like she was at the beach. This adorable house exceeded my expectations! Between the huge deck outfitted with wicker rocking chairs and comfy cushions, to the downstairs area with porch swing and Adirondack chairs (and tv!), I was just amazed at the way the owners have made the most of their space. Not to mention the views from inside-views from all of the main living spaces! It was comforting knowing my newly-widowed mother in law was enjoying the house while we played on the beach. There were just so many different areas to relax, and the kids had fun catching lizards in the yard and watching tv on the porch swing, too! The owner, Taunya, was a great communicator and made me feel welcome and like she was there to help with anything needed. The house was extremely well stocked, with lots of big pans for cooking. The beds, linens, and furniture were super comfortable. And not that this really matters, but I loved the decor! Taunya has a great eye, and I enjoyed all of the art she’s chosen. The path down to the beach was easy and quick, as well. This is also a great location if you want to head over to Port St. Joe and even Apalachicola. We went to both of those places and enjoyed it. Mexico Beach is quiet, but there are still tons of dining options available. And Taunya gives you a helpful list of recommendations. The quietness is such a nice change of pace from the more crowded beaches to the west. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Great house, great memories, hope we can come back soon!

Absolutely outstanding!!

We had such a wonderful time!!! The beach was so nice, and not crowded at all. The recommendations for food was fanatic. The raw bar is definitely our favorite place. The house itself was in great shape and had everything we could need. We look forward to staying there again.

Amazing beach views

The views from the deck of the house are amazing. The road below did not distract from the view. We loved the short walk to the uncrowded beach(less than 3 minutes). We played many card games at the dining room table while still being able to enjoy the beach view. The half bath in two of the bedrooms was a nice addition, and the shower in the hall had great pressure. We enjoyed the tv in the area below the deck, especially for youtube yoga videos and sports. Shipwreck just down the road had great oysters, and Port St. Joe is just a short drive with many dining options. Despite the clouds and some rain, we had a wonderful beach vacation.
