First let me say I am not one to give stars lightly. I give this unit 3 stars because it’s decent and average. It is a good price for this rental. The unit has a good floor plan that reasonably accommodated 4 adults and was reasonably clean with average comfort beds. The teflon pots and pans were so severely and deeply scratched we bought new ones (thankfully we drove and could get them home) so if you plan on cooking a lot prepare yourself. There was one real issue in that at least two towels in two different bathrooms were clearly soiled and smelled unwashed which had been folded and placed for use in the cabinets. We found this late at night and threw all the towels in the laundry so we could not shower that night. There are barely enough towels to go around for 6 so we ended up washing them daily anyway. Dining room table has a really sticky finish and dirty chair cushions so we did not eat there. Nice view from patio. Patio would benefit from more table-height chairs with backs (only 2 with backs and 2 stools) so more adults could enjoy patio together. Table outside is too small for more than 4 to eat. Host responded quickly to texts.
