Our recently renovated condominium offers a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living area, completely stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Designed with relaxation in mind, the coastal style living area features plush furnishings, an HDTV, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading to an expansive balcony overlooking the Gulf. With 3 bedrooms (King, King, 2 Fulls + trundle) and a bunk alcove (Twin over Twin) in the hallway, there is ample sleeping space for everyone in your party. The gulf front master bedroom offers a cozy king bed, a large closet an HDTV, direct balcony access and en suite master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a king bed, an HDTV, direct balcony access and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a full over full bunk with a full trundle and has an HDTV. Our guests enjoy complimentary high-speed WIFI and a spacious walk-in laundry room complete with a brand new washer/dryer. Near this area is also a twin over twin bunk alcove. This gorgeous unit was completely refurbished with new quartz kitchen countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, paint, furniture, artwork, etc.

Resort amenities include a split level courtyard with 2 pools (one is seasonally heated) - one zero entry and a wading pool with built in water toys and a play area for children, gas grills, Lazy River, numerous hot tubs, courtyard pavilion and a spectacular 10 foot waterfall. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
