Disfruta de la mejor ubicación de Moab y del aire libre en nuestra casa adosada de un solo nivel con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Grandes vistas de la llanta de Moab y Rim del Oro y sólo un par de minutos a pie de la zona central del centro. Hay un garaje para 2 coches más 3 espacios adicionales calzada y abundante aparcamiento en la calle hace que esta casa muy conveniente para llevar a todos sus remolques y juguetes!

Un plano abierto y un montón de asientos para todos en su grupo con un 60 "TV y chimenea en la sala de estar, un 45" TV en el dormitorio principal, TV de 32 "en el dormitorio de la reina, WIFI y una lavadora / secadora (detergente es previsto). Un patio protegido con una barbacoa Kitchen Aid además varias otras zonas de estar al aire libre y un patio trasero cercado privado hace que este hogar perfecto para los niños y los animales domésticos. También se proporcionan una gran cantidad de juegos y guías y la mesa de ping pong se encuentra en el garaje.

La piscina cubierta de la comunidad es una de las únicas piscinas durante todo el año en Moab.

Very nice property with comfortable spaces. Easy access to the property and local sites. I'd definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Moab. We loved the ability to quickly reach local restaurants and shopping, as well as the national parks and sites. We had one maintenance issue that was quickly and efficiently resolved.

Beautiful property with lots of room to spread out

Close to the main drag in Moab but in a very quiet neighborhood. Well furnished and could easily have slept 6 or more people (we had 4 and were very comfortable). Everything you look for in a short term rental and much more!

Great place

Very clean, updated and within close proximity to everything in Moab. Loved that we could take the dogs too. Master bedroom is very private. Loved having the community pool.

Good place to relax after visiting the parks

Loved this as our “home base” while we were in Moab to visit the parks. Quiet neighborhood with nice views from the backyard. Restaurants and grocery store are a short drive away. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had the tools we needed, and it was clean.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was nicely appointed with amenities (Aveda soaps) and nicely furnished. Short stay and did not use complex pool. Enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Location to town and nature trails/parks was great.
