Nuestro condominio Southgate Village de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, bellamente decorado, se encuentra a solo 5 minutos en auto al sur del centro de Moab, justo después del KOA de Moab. Ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo, nuestra casa ofrece acceso ideal a todas las principales comodidades del área: parques nacionales, ciclismo de montaña y senderos para caminatas, aventuras en las cuatro ruedas y más.

Nuestra casa cuenta con un plano de planta de concepto abierto, una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una chimenea de gas en la sala de estar principal, un patio a nivel del suelo con asientos al aire libre y una parrilla de gas, y un garaje para dos autos con una altura extendida puerta de arriba, por lo que jeeps encajan muy bien! Además del garaje, hay espacio para estacionar hasta dos vehículos en el camino de entrada y mucho espacio de estacionamiento en todo el vecindario para remolques y camiones.

Nuestro alquiler ideal para familias ofrece mucho espacio para los niños o múltiples grupos de amigos. Es la escapada perfecta al desierto con hermosas vistas incomparables de las montañas de La Sal y el borde de Moab.

La piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje están disponibles de marzo a octubre. La piscina abre más tarde y cierra a principios de año. El acceso depende del clima y el mantenimiento.

Reserve al menos una semana y se aplica automáticamente un descuento del 10% (no se aplica durante la semana Jeep).

Política de cancelación: Las cancelaciones que se realicen más de treinta (30) días antes de la fecha de llegada no incurrirán en penalidad y todas las cantidades pagadas serán reembolsadas en su totalidad. Las cancelaciones o cambios que resulten en una estadía acortada, que se realicen dentro de los treinta (30) días de la fecha de llegada, perderán el monto total de la reserva. Para reservas de al menos treinta (30) noches, la política de cancelación aumenta a sesenta (60) días antes de la fecha de llegada para recibir un reembolso completo sin penalización. This property was wonderful and exactly as advertised. It’s very close to downtown Moab and all of the hiking locations we visited. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The check in process was easy and my dog was excited to find a welcome basket with balls, bowls, a blanket, and dog bags waiting for him. The kitchen had everything imaginable (and more). The outdoor patio, backyard, and upstairs decks were perfect for enjoying relaxing evenings and seeing the stars. The bedrooms were comfortable and the property management team was prompt and helpful in quickly resolving the one issue we faced. I can’t wait to stay here again soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice quiet place with plenty of amenities. I had problems with the door code but called and they picked up on the first ring gave me a backup code and remote unlocked the door so we could get in right away. They even texted to follow up to make sure everything was ok. Will rent again on next trip if it's available.

We loved our stay. The property was very clean and in an ideal location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The house had tons of space for our family of 4 and we could have easily added 4 more to our party and still have plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Moab. The check in and check out processes were seamless. The only minor knock is there is not much outdoor space as shown in the photos, but this did not impact our stay as we spent most of our time exploring the parks & city.

A piece of Moab

This house really blended in with Moab with its desert themed decors. Located in a good location with great views. Host responded very promptly with any question we had. I would stay at this location again if we return.

We enjoyed this home for four nights while we toured around Moab and the national parks. It was a great location! The home is quiet and clean. It looked like the listing. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared well-stocked. They even gave you a coffee starter kit! The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings and the mornings! Check-in and check-out process was easy. My favorite part is they don't have a page full of chores for you to do when you leave! They just ask you to do a couple of common-sense things. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rental in a beautiful location!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this lovely duplex vacation rental for a weekend of cycling. Spotlessly clean throughout, fast WiFi, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, great deck, even had a bike work stand and tools! Excellent location for all sorts of riding as well. The owner, Lucy, was also great to deal with and is a fellow cyclist. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come back.

Moab Jeep trip 2024

Great property. Awesome location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to park a trailer for a Jeep or a razor. The garage door is plenty high as well for a lifted Jeep. Works out great. Will rent again.

Beautiful Moab Condo Close to National Parks

Charming, spacious, and modern 3bed/2.5bath unit, tastefully decorated. Our family very much enjoyed our stay here while we visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks before heading south to see Monument Valley. There is an upstairs patio with views of the local mountains, also great for star gazing at night. Owner was friendly and helpful and even provided updates and directions on road closures. What a great place to stay if you're ever visiting the Moab area!

Wonderful Stay

Stayed with family and relatives in this wonderful home for 5 nights during spring break. What a wonderful place to relax and unwind after spending time exploring Moab, Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park! Kids loved the place and wanted to stay longer. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances and electronics were in working order. Lucy was very responsive to any questions I had during and before arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time. The neighbor in the duplex we rented was way less than friendly. For that reason, I would not recommend that property to anyone. The accommodations were very nice other than that.
