Este rancho recientemente renovado de 3 dormitorios y 1 baño rodeado de 19 ventanas amplias y luminosas se encuentra a 1 cuadra de la playa de arena de Wells. Las escaleras a la playa están a 2 minutos a pie de la casa. La marea baja proporciona una enorme playa de arena, perfecta para largas caminatas / carreras o andar en bicicleta.

Great place!

We had cousins weekend with 6 adults it was a beautiful welcoming home! Quick walk to beach we all would definitely stay here again! Owners seemed very sweet 😀

Family Tradition Continues

Our family has been spending a week or two at Wells for 35 years. The house was perfectly furnished with everything we needed for our week. The grill and kitchen were put to good use and having a washer and dryer was essential. Paul and Lyndsay are very gracious hosts. Communication was prompt and accurate, answering all our questions within minutes. Looking forward to next year already.

Excellent location and comfortable accommodations; we forgot a few things at home and were delighted to find those items at the house for our use during our stay. I thought the home was more spacious in person than it appeared on VRBO.

Birthday weekend

The property was very clean and provided everything we needed. It was close to the beach but away from crowds. We only stayed 3 nights but I could imagine staying a week or more and being happy.

Wonderful getaway close to the beach

Our stay was wonderful. The check in process was seamless and the host was very welcoming and helpful. The house was fresh and clean when we arrived and smelled amazing. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Very close to the beach (you could see the ocean from the front of the house) on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of town. Beach was very clean and not too crowded. Everything you needed was a short walk away if you didn't want to go far. Lots of beach toys to use and games to play. The house was perfect and we would love to come back again some day.

Best Wells vacation yet!

I’ve been vacationing at various places in Wells for 20 years and this was by far my favorite! The rental was clean, cozy, conveniently located, beautiful, comfortable, and the owners were wonderful. I highly recommend this rental! :)

Perfect location

We so enjoyed the clean and comfortable house, just a short walk to a great beach. Owner was very hospitable and checked with us once we were settled in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Kitchen was very well appointed and house super clean. We hated to leave....thank you!

Christmas Prelude

This property is wonderful. Very cozy, clean and had all the amenities needed. The property is very clean, even the basement! We used the property for a winter getaway for the Christmas Prelude, we had 2 children 6&7, who loved playing in the basement with the toys available for guest to use. The 4 adults couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and sleeping arrangements worked well for us with one having bunkbeds for the two kiddos. Great stay, great location and wonderful hosts. We will be back!

Beautiful cozy beach house steps from the beach

We had a wonderful stay in Wells thanks to the host and their wonderful beach home. It's literally steps from the beach. Lyndsay provided clear check-in instructions and was easy to get in touch with. The home was perfect of us, our 14 month old, my parents and sister. While in the area, we visited the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge for a peaceful, short hike and the town of Kennebunkport which are both a short drive away.

Great place to stay in Wells

The house is small but nicely updated and has everything you need. Having an umbrella, beach chairs, etc available. The beach was a quick walk but is only accessivle by stairs and is completely covered at high tide. There is another slice of sand that stays dry a short walk away. It was also nice to be able to walk to a smoothie shop, cafe and casual restaurant. Pros: Convenient location Renovated Crib available Beach equipment provided Easy check in and out Responsive and helpful hosts Cons: Had to provide own linens Have to walk a distance to get to a better section of beach TVs don't have streaming services. Only limited cable channels

Perfect location, amazing place, great hostess!

Our off season stay for the Christmas prelude in Kennebunkport was perfect thanks to the great location and house! The hostess was very communicative and offered great suggestions :) We want to come back in the summer but it’s already fully booked- not surprising!!!

Enjoyed our stay!

House was very convenient to the beach/town on a quiet street. You can see the ocean from the edge of the driveway! It had plenty of space for our family of 5, and is great for young children (complete with bunk beds, toy closet, books, beach toys, etc...). The owner was very pleasant to work with!

We had a great time in Wells Beach!! Highly recommend this adorable place. Short walk to the beach, shops, smoothies and breakfast bowls and a short drive to the best seafood!! We will definitely be back!

Amazing place!!!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Neighborhood is quiet, low traffic. The property was clean, beautiful, exactly as show in pictures. Kitchen was wellstocked with everything we needed. And there were so many extra items we could use including all the beach items you would need and toys and books for the kiddos. The owners were extremely nice, accomodating and had fantastic communication. Removed so much of the stress of travel. I would recommend this property to anyone. We will be looking to stay again on our next trip!

Cozy cottage great location

This little cottage was exactly what we wanted and needed. It isn't huge but it's not at all cramped either- the layout and flow worked great for our family of 5 ( 3kids between ages 4 and 6). They had toys and books and beach equipment galore, kids bikes and a stroller, etc etc... the beach is incredibly perfect for small children and is literally a 2 min walk from the house. Also a few min walk away is a cute playground and a couple of small shops and restaurants. Within a 5-7 min drive you can be at any type of restaurant/shop/grocery/ice cream etc. It's not a walkable town but is within 15 min of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We also went up to Portland for an afternoon very easily. The host was super accessible by text giving me live info and suggestions as needed. The kitchen is well stocked including children's dishes. There is ample closet space but somewhat limited dresser space- they do provide several hangers but I recommend bringing more esp for kids! Although I did eventually discover some drawers under the bunk bed. Washer dryer in basement were super helpful. There's no ac and only one ceiling fan (in biggest bedroom) but there are some plug in fans around the house and tons of windows- so you can get a great breeze since the ocean is so close. Extra bonus is that there's a lovely view of the marsh at the other end of the street and even from the windows. Being on a dead end street was also wonderful for our kids. My kids absolutely loved it here and so did we. Highly recommend!!

Lovely home close to the beach!

My friends and family had a wonderful weekend in this cute cottage. The owners were extraordinarily accommodating and communicative. The house was spotless and nicely decorated and just a short two minute walk to the beach. The street faces east and west so you’ll get good views of both the sunrise and sunset. Our weekend was a little chilly and the house was nice and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

We are a family of five and know how crazy it can be to pack for a beach vacation with kiddos so we have equipped our home with everything you could need including toys, books, movies and beach toys.

We have been fortunate enough to spend a week in the Ogunquit/Wells Beach area for the past 20 years. "Maine, the way life should be" are our family's words to live by. It is the perfect combination of enjoying a sandy beach in a residential neighborhood (no busy streets to worry about) and being able to walk to shops, coffee shops, restaurants, arcade, playground and the Wells Trolley. The Trolley can take you up to the grocery store, movie theater, stores, miniature golf, brewery and much more. Now that we have children of our own, we feel very blessed to have purchased this amazing home in the best neighborhood Maine has to offer.

It is perfect for families with children, because you never have to get in the car. It is a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach and a trolley that can take you everywhere in Wells. We are excited to share this gem with other families looking for a lovely vacation spot to create memories for years to come.
