¡Esperamos que disfruten y tengan muchos momentos de diversión durante sus vacaciones! Sin embargo, apreciaríamos mucho si son conscientes y mantienen el ruido al mínimo durante las horas nocturnas. Las fiestas están absolutamente prohibidas durante toda la estancia.

Son Parc es una de las mejores zonas turísticas de la isla. Tiene todos los servicios y entretenimientos. Restaurantes, pubs, supermercados, tiendas, alquiler de bicicletas, farmacia, transporte público, etc.
Además, cuenta con un magnífico campo de golf que también dispone de restaurante y pistas de tenis.
En cuanto a la playa, su longitud es de más de 200 metros de arena fina, y sus aguas cristalinas y poco profundas la hacen ideal para familias con niños pequeños.
A tan sólo 9km de la localidad costera de Fornells, donde se pueden practicar todo tipo de deportes náuticos o alquilar embarcaciones además de degustar sus famosas calderetas de langosta.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
