Hermosa casa adosada cerca de la plaza de la ciudad con piscina grande y vistas espectaculares

Sa Bleda, situada en el paisaje cultural de la Serra du Tramuntana, Patrimonio de la Humanidad, fue construida en 1914 en estilo Art Nouveau con los beneficios obtenidos del comercio de naranjas con Francia. El nombre de la casa es mallorquín para la "acelga" vegetal y está en la lista de los "edificios más emblemáticos" en Sóller, debido a su arquitectura única.

En 2014-2015, la casa pasó por una modernización, con el objetivo de restaurarla respetuosamente y brindar comodidades como aire acondicionado, una gran piscina y WiFi.

Junio de 2019 será la primera vez que los actuales propietarios de Sa Bleda ponen a disposición esta hermosa propiedad.

La casa tiene una ubicación muy céntrica en la hermosa ciudad de Sóller, a solo 3 minutos a pie de la Plaza, pero disfruta de un ambiente relajado y privado en el gran jardín que rodea la casa.

Aquí encontrará, entre los limoneros, los caquis y los naranjos, las impresionantes vistas de la Sierra de Tramuntana, la piscina de agua salada y una zona de barbacoa y comedor al aire libre.

La casa consta de tres plantas principales y sótano. Los principales espacios sociales de la casa se encuentran en la planta baja. Desayune en la cocina tradicional, o tome una comida más formal en el comedor adyacente o ponga sus pies en la sala de estar. Dos pasillos grandes atraviesan la casa y unen la calle estrecha del pueblo con el jardín aislado. Las seis habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo y tercer piso. En la planta superior, donde las vistas son las más espectaculares, es donde se encuentra la suite. Aquí puede disfrutar de su café de la mañana con las montañas del valle de Sóller como un impresionante telón de fondo.

De manera importante y muy buscada en Sóller, Sa Bleda tiene un amplio aparcamiento privado y seguro para al menos 4 automóviles.

Superb house with great attention to detail, beautiful grounds and a fantastic pool. Perfect location,only 5 mins from the main square,so you don’t need to hire a car. Works whether you are a group of friends or family,as there is enough space for everyone

What a perfectly beautiful house, garden, location! We felt like we’d stepped back in time and thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful community feeling in Soller, the majesty of the house with it’s gorgeous period details, and the comfort and privacy in the back garden where we snacked on fallen oranges and loquats And drank in the view.

Gorgeous Home in Adorable Soller

We spent a wonderful week at Sa Bleda. The home is stunning - filled with original details and modern fixtures and decor, not to mention the lovely pool and outdoor seating with views of the mountains. Tisha was extraordinarily helpful in the planning process and while we were onsite (she even graciously managed our laundry when the washing machine went out of service at the end of our week). This is a wonderful spot for a group or a large family. Some learnings: 1) the roads are very narrow, so having a very small car is ideal and 2) taxis are somewhat limited and the tram to the beach was often full, so getting around without driving was not always easy. That said, there are plenty of reasons to stay at the house or within walking distance. We chose Sa Bleda specifically to be able to walk to restaurants and shops, and we were not disappointed by all that Soller has to offer. Thanks to Tisha and the Sa Bleda team for a great trip.

We loved Sa Bleda

This house was perfect for our family of 9 adults, 2 kids, varying ages. We got a lot of use out of the pool and outdoor kitchen. Loved the quick walk into the square for drinks and/or meals, and enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas like the Port and other small towns. The house was so beautiful, simple, and clean, it felt like staying in a hotel. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend this rental!

Great villa in ideal location

This is a great property which retains its original charm, but with modern finishes in kitchen/bathrooms etc. It's in a ideal location, 2 minutes walk from restaurants, shops & the tram to the port or old train to Palma. I would recommend this place for young families or a group of adults looking for a 'boutique hotel' feel that is quiet, yet close to action/life.

Amazing time in Soller

This house is stunning! Massive inside and with a large and spacious yard. Recently renovated. Lots of sleeping/bedroom privacy for our group of three different families. Situated perfectly near the main town square, maybe a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Beautiful

We loved this house, design and style were perfect. totally welcoming and comfortable whilst still being absolutely beautiful. the tiles on the floors are such a treat, you feel like you are in a designer home. the garden was bliss and every morning you get the sun for coffee, pastries and reading time. the smell of the blossom follows you through the house, so sweet and full of spring. would love a heated pool, but it didnt stop some of us from swimming daily. Thank you. also, the managers of the property are wonderful and totally welcoming.

Traumhaus in engen Gassen

Alles in allem ein tolles Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Der Kontakt ist Super. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und hat dennoch vom Garten aus einen spektakulären Blick aufs Gebirge. Die Zufahrt (wir hatten u.a. Einen Kleinbus da wir 12 Reisende waren) ist abenteuerlich. Die Zufahrt mit Bus ist nur was für sehr erfahrene Autofahrer da die Straßen teilweise nur 1,80 breit sind. Zudem ist vor dem Haus in der Straße eine Baustelle. Somit mussten wir die Einbahnstraßen täglich falsch herum fahren. Aber all das soll den Eindruck und die Lage des Hauses nicht schmälern. Man ist in wenigen Minuten fussläufig im Zentrum und hat eine tolle Auswahl an Restaurants. Das Internet ist zügig, die Ausstattung in der Küche vollständig. Der Pool ist groß (leider unbeheizt) und lässt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Die Outdoorküche mit Grill und Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls sehr geeignet genauso wie die großen Esstische drinnen und draußen. Die Betten sind bequem in das Haus bietet problemlos Platz für 12 Personen und 3 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück . Da wir vermutlich die ersten Gäste der neuen Saison waren, war leider kein Heizöl im Tank, so dass (aufgrund Wochenende) die ersten 2 Tage kein Warmwasser zur Verfügung stand. Das Problem wurde Montag früh direkt behoben. Die zuständige Agenturmitarbeiterin hat sich dafür entschuldigt und auch erkenntlich gezeigt. Somit ist das Thema schnell und ohne Probleme geklärt.

Soller Stay

Sa Bleda is an incredible property in the heart of Soller. Our family of 9 had an amazing week exploring the island from this wonderful home which far exceeded our expectations in terms of the quality of the house, furnishings, amenities, and location. Exquisite from start to finish

Sa Bleda is an exceptional property in an unbeatable location. Our family, 3 generations, enjoyed a one week stay, we wished we had booked a second week - we didn’t want to leave. The communication, before arrival and during our stay, with Tisha was 5 star - kind, helpful, prompt and responsive in a timely manner. The property is beautiful, spotless and located close to central Soller. The pool and outside area are magical and there is plenty of space inside to have your own privacy. The property has been finished to a very high spec with everything you could wish for, comfortable beds, spacious showers, luxury baths, the softest linen. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again - an oasis of calm and luxury - incredible! Thank you Tisha for being such an incredible host!

Spectacular house in a great location

We had a wonderful time at Sa Bleda with one other family. The house was more spacious and beautiful than we expected. The layout with 3 bedrooms (one large master suite and two other bedrooms) on each of the two higher floors worked great for each family to have a whole floor. The yard is lovely and the pool is perfect. We loved the easy walk into the town square and the town of Sóller is picturesque with plentiful dining. Tisha was a great host with lots of local recommendations, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Gorgeous villa - gorgeous location

What a fantastic place. Newly refurbished yet still retained its character. The house easily accommodated our party of 11 people with enough space in the living area, outside etc. But it also worked well for 5 of us for the final two weeks: we didn’t feel we were rattling around in a big house. It was gorgeous. We would not hesitate in going back to Sa Bleda Big shout for Tisha who looked after us: she was lovely, fun and sorted anything

An amazing villa within the heart of Soller

We stayed at this beautiful villa as a base for the week leading up to my sisters wedding and what an amazing choice we made. We were blown away when we arrived by the beauty of not only the villas original features but the magnificent gardens and pool area. The villa inside is very spacious and traditionally decorated and has all the amenities that a family would need, in a great location that meant we could stroll in to Soller in the mornings for fresh bread and milk. With all of the hustle and bustle of the town, the villa was a real sanctuary of peace and tranquility. We had a number of BBQ's for visiting friends and family and the outdoor space really lends itself to that. The pool was a big hit with everyone and being able to pick your own fruit from the garden was a lovely touch. Tisha who manages the house is also a big plus, she was extremely helpful from showing us round the villa, to leaving us information packs which covered everything you would need to know. We could also call on her to arrange for food services delivered to the home etc and she went as far as printing off my dads wedding speech and hand delivered it to him, a few days before the wedding. We would recommend this villa to everyone, it is truly one of a kind!

Stunning Sa Bleda!

We were lucky to be the first family to rent Sa Bleda in June 2015, following its extensive sympathetic modernisation and it did not disappoint. We travelled as a family of 8, 6 adults, one toddler and one baby and from the moment we arrived at Sa Bleda, we were thoroughly overwhelmed by the outstanding elegance of the property. The photographs of the house and grounds, accurately reflect the property and the attention to detail by the owner and manager was faultless. We were thoroughly impressed by all aspects of the villa, both inside and outside. The exterior living space was beautifully presented and was fantastic for all our guests to enjoy the grounds. The magnificent views from the villa and its proximity to the centre of town as well as the local transport links, made our stay all the more enjoyable, as it was so easy to explore the surrounding areas. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again as a family or with a group of friends for a number of reasons but mainly due to the stunning property and its excellent location. We cannot thank the owner and agent enough for their assistance for the duration of our stay in Soller, it was greatly appreciated. Thanks again and we hope to visit again soon. Colette.
