Increíble finca familiar histórica con una gran entrada amueblada, 8 habitaciones grandes, (3 dobles) (5 dobles) 3 baños, 2 salas de estar, comedor, cocina con despensa, cuartos de servicio y mucho espacio dentro y fuera. Terrazas traseras y laterales a la sombra. La casa está amueblada con carácter original y antigüedades, además de todos los electrodomésticos modernos. Zona de aparcamiento para 3-4 coches. Lugar seguro, y piscina segura vallada para niños. Base ideal para pasear o jugar al golf. Hay hermosos paseos desde la finca hasta los próximos pueblos y montañas con la posibilidad de contratar a un guía profesional. Habiendo pertenecido siempre a la misma familia durante más de 300 años, a 10 minutos en coche de la playa en el Puerto de Soller y a solo 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, la casa es una de las mejores del valle de Soller para disfrutar de la vida real. La vida mediterránea.

Lovely stay!

We had a large group of family and friends stay here while in town for a wedding and it was a great home base for us! Lovely outdoor dining areas for our large group, great pool area, well accommodated! Easy walk to the coop, could walk into town in 20 minutes, beautiful setting. Recommend!

A beautiful getaway

This property was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at. It was extremely well equipped with everything you may ever need. The host was lovely and tended to our needs and enquiries. We had a fantastic holiday here with friends. I would highly recommend!

Great family holiday ..

Lovely holiday for 13 of us. Accommodation just right, pool excellent and the area round the house much loved by the children. Trinidad a very helpful and kind hostess .Easy walk to the very useful co-op . Lots of shady bits if it gets too hot. Recommended.

Beautiful property, beautiful location. Everything to hand, local shop excellent & easy walk into Soller. Drive & Lane extremely narrow, difficulty turning round, small cars recommended but you do get used to it and all worth it.

Wonderful Christmas in Soller

We had an absolute wonderful family Christmas at Trinidad and Stephen's lovely property. They were lovely and responsive hosts who live right next door and and helped with small questions and requests instantly. The views from the house are gorgeous - orange groves to one side and mountains to the other - and Soller is just a short walk away. Great hiking in the area as well. Would definitely come back!

This property was a dream, it felt like you were on a movie set. Also, it is much larger than the pictures online. Myself and another 14 friends stayed here and were very comfortable. Trinidad was so welcoming and very attentive. She was very quick to get back to me if there were any questions or concerns. I would most definitely stay at this property again and recommend to others with large groups visiting Mallorca. 10/10! Thank you Trinidad!

It was a privilege to stay in Trinidad’s family home. We booked the villa for 10 nights and I can honestly say it was the best holiday we’ve had as a family. It was my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary so expectations were high. Trinidad did not disappoint, nothing was too much trouble. A lovely welcome pack of local food and drink greeted us. The bathrooms were supplied with lovely local organically produced toiletries including shampoo & conditioner. The villa is furnished in a traditional rustic decor which really fits in with the surroundings area. There is plenty of seating areas around the villa to follow or hide from the sun. Spectacular views of the beautiful hills surrounding us. An easy walk into Sóller plus a more strenuous walk to Fornalutx above us. We even had a local chef do a fantastic Paella night at the villa, recommended by Trinidad. We hope to return for another stay as soon as we can!!

A spacious, comfortable and traditional finca full of charm.

C’an Posteta is a well equipped house set in beautiful grounds conveniently close to Soller, Fornalutx and Biniaraisx, all of which are well worth visiting. They offer excellent sightseeing and several good eating places mostly within walking distance of the house. Our fortnight passed in a most enjoyable peace and quiet. Help was close at hand and immediate if anything needed attention and there was very little call for help. The house offered a great choice of sunny and shady spaces in which to relax in its mature garden.

5 star stay

With a group of 13 friends we stayed at this beautiful place just outside of the center of Sóller. We did not regret this at all. The house has got all the facilities that you need. There is a place to sit outside at all sides of the house so you can always choose to sit in the shade or in the sun, whatever you want. Beautiful mountains around the valley of Sóller to admire from the pool. The host was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. She even left some beers and chocolates in the fridge when we arrived. In short, we will not hesitate to come back in the future!

Australian wedding

We were a family of ten adults and five children under 9 years in Majorca for our daughters wedding. Trinidad was a fabulous host who was available when needed for assistance with booking taxi’s and general knowledge of restaurants etc. House was very roomy and comfortable and very well equiped. Everything was very clean and in working order. Pool was fully fenced which was a bonus with small children. Trinidad supplied us with lots of food and drinks which was great on our arrival on a very hot day.

Wonderful place

Our group of 14 had a fantastic time here. It was a 20 minutes walk into Soller centre. 5 minutes walk away was a fantastic farm shop for buying food, beer, wine and ordering superb croissants. The house has everything for making your stay memorable. Inside it was eccentric and completely charming, with some gorgeous furniture, pictures etc. The house is surrounded by land offering you an array of seating/lounging options. A magnificent (and deep) pool completes the picture. The surrounding area is a walker's paradise. Finally a word about our delightful host, Trinidad, who did everything to make our stay a special one.

Fab Finca!

Wonderful setting, great views from the pool and back garden. Excellent barbecue set up with its own little cleaning area with sink, hot water and cleaning gear. Superb host, really helpful and nice to chat with The property retains its charm and reflects its been in the hands of one family for a couple of centuries or so. We generally had lunch out and cooked and ate in for dinner, cooking was a joy. Every conceivable utensil was available, you just had to find in sometimes in the nooks and crannies of the kitchen and larder. I could go on but find out for yourselves! When we need a large finca in the Soller/Binairaix area again, this will be our spot

Fantastic family holiday

The property easily accommodated 13 people. There are plenty of outdoor spaces, lounges and rooms and so it is very easy for everyone to come together to socialise but also to find some quiet space. The internet works very well and the range of TV channels was great (Wimbledon, Cricket World Cup and Tour de France)! Having said that most of the time was spent outside and enjoying Mallorca. The pictures do not do the house justice. The swimming pool area is lovely with great views of the mountains. There are plenty of shaded outdoor areas which are well lit for the evenings. The kitchen is small but well equipped and there is plenty of crockery etc for 13 or more. The design of the house keeps it cool in Summer. One of the bedrooms has AC as well as the 2 sitting rooms. A number of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, which worked well for me. It is a 5 min walk to the local Co-operative which is a well stocked shop with local produce. We enjoyed the local Rose at 2 Euros a litre! It is about 15 mins to walk to the centre of Soller. Plenty of gift shops/ cafes and restaurants as well as the tram. There are 2 bike rental places on the way in to town- Tramuntana tours and Kilometro Cero. The main Tramuntana tours shop is at the Port. I used both, both excellent. Also take away and delivery pizza from Cafe Circulo in the square was pretty good. We had Paella at the vila, cooked by Juan. It was a lovely experience- ask the owners for details. We also chartered a boat for the day using Bonnie Lass Charters. Again excellent. I think market day in Soller is Saturday and Pollenca Sunday. The owners, Stephen and Trinidad were very easy to deal with and everything dealt with very efficiently- many thanks to them.

Een prachtige vakantie met de familie. Een mooi landhuis met alles erop en eraan. De gastvrouw Trinidad is zeer vriendelijk .De badkamer beneden is nieuw . Op wandel afstand van Soller ,Biniaraix,Fornalutx en we zijn ook tevoet naar Puerto Soller gegaan ,daar je overal moeilijk kan parkeren met de auto ( veel toerisme) Je hebt in Soller goede verbinding met de bus naar Palma . We hebben er van genoten .

Einfach perfekt

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Danke Trinidad. Bei Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet oder ein Treffen vereinbart.Die Lage der Finca ist perfekt. Nahe zu Fuss zum Zentrum von Soller und doch in ruhiger Umgebung, mit Orangen und Zitronen Bäumen. Man stört niemanden und man wird nicht gestört. Parkplätze direkt vor der Finca. Geräumige Zimmer verschiedene Aussensitzplätze und eine Küche die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Grillplatz und der Pool tragen ebenso zu einer 100% Zufriedenheit bei.Für Freizeitaktivitäten bietet die Region Berge und Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ohne Auto nach Palma…kein Problem mit der nostalgischen Eisenbahn.Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, sowie Bikevermietung im wunderschönen Soller…Alles einfach nur Top.

Beautiful house in stunning location

Our group of 16 friends had a fantastic week at Can Posteta. The house is very comfortable, full of character with beautiful furniture and offers good space and privacy for 16, with comfortable beds and several outdoor places to sit. The location of the finca is stunning amid the orange/lemon orchards and vineyards. Trinidad and Stephen prepared us a warm welcome with a delicious welcome pack of local products. The pool is beautiful and refreshing, even with the high temperatures we had during the first few days. We had one car for the shopping even though the Cooperativa at 5 minutes walking distance offers a lot of local products and lovely bread, but the supermarkets in Soller are located on a 15 minutes’ walk. We had a lovely dinner at Rafta, 10 minutes’ walk, and ordered delicious tapas at Lluna Dolca in Soller. For hiking lovers: there are plenty possibilities for beautiful walks from the house. Trinidad and Stephen, thank you so much for this memorable week!

Friends & family holiday at Can Posteta 30 Aug - 6 Set 2022

We all had a fantastic week at Can Posteta. The house was beautiful and situated in a stunning location. A beautiful welcome pack awaited us inside full of local produce. The property itself was very spacious, comfortable and full of character. The pool attached to the house was a good size, clean with ample seating for everyone, they even supplied pool towels. Lying there the views were stunning with a beautiful mountain backdrop. Around the house there is various lovely seating/eating areas we took full advantage of. We didn't hire a car, the supermarkets are in town a 15 minute walk away and there is a lovely Cooperative farm shop a 5 minutes along the road with fresh local produce & nice wine on tap we used a lot. Trinidad is an absolutely wonderful host and Stephen made us feel very welcome, showing us the wine process from the vineyard at the property and a big thank you for taking our daughter to see a doctor for some medical attention. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend. Hugh & Dawn

Fabulous family holiday

We loved staying @ Ca'n Potesta ! A super location for a family break. The pool made it for us as humidity was high. An amazing location, private and within easy walking distance to Sóller shops, restaurants. Trinidad was welcoming and helpful. We'll be back for sure 👍🏻😉
