Cardamon Villa es una villa de 2 dormitorios con todas las comodidades modernas y aire acondicionado, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa de arena blanca y cristalina de Flic en Flac, en la costa oeste de la paradisíaca isla de Mauricio. Tiene una cocina abierta totalmente equipada, comedor y sala de estar con cómodo sofá de cuero y tumbona. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos modernos, como cocina, horno, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, cafetera, nevera-congelador, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Tiene una gran terraza para relajarse y cenar al aire libre con instalaciones de barbacoa en el césped al lado de la terraza. Tiene un gran jardín bien cuidado y una gran piscina con zona de relajación.
También cuenta con un camino pavimentado con portón eléctrico controlado a distancia para mayor seguridad.
Cuenta con una caja fuerte compatible con laptop.
La playa, tiendas, restaurantes para todos los bolsillos, bares, supermercados, farmacias, cambio de divisas, parada de autobús, parada de taxis, etc. se encuentran a 5 minutos a pie de la villa.

The area of Flic en Flac is one of the nicest place on the island. It enjoys year long sunshine with very little rain. It is very sheltered from the wind.
Flic en Flac has a 2 km long pristine white sand beach with lots of restaurants, bars, a perfect base for sea excursion as well as visit to the rest of the island. There are several tourists shops / tour operators lining the streets so our guests can shop around with them for suitable excursions / excursions packages whether on land and sea.
It is very well served by public transport / buses which are very reasonably priced.

Whilst Flic en Flac has hundreds of rental properties, most of them are small apartments with very small gardens and swimming pool shared amongst many people. Our villa is indépendant. It has a large garden and swimming pool shared with just 1 other villa belonging to us. However most of the time we rent only one of them at a time so our guests can enjoy and have exclusive access to both the pool and garden. We have a lot of large groups of family and fiends who rent both properties at the same time.
Our villa is just on one floor so ideal for families with young children and people with restricted mobility, very spacious with a very beautiful garden and swimming pool (shared with another villa belonging to us).
It has everything you would need for a family holiday.
All the linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern cooking appliances.
The villa is only a 5 minutes walk from Flic en Flac beach, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, chemist etc.
The property is fully fenced and has electric gates for added security.
Cars can be parked securely onsite.
We have high speed wifi throughout the whole villa and garden.
