Esta cabaña cuenta con muchas comodidades como una cocina totalmente equipada y vistas a la montaña. A sólo un paseo de distancia de la cabina de una piscina exterior de temporada. Disfrutar de su café de la mañana o relajarse en la bañera de hidromasaje con vistas a una gran vista de la montaña. La zona de la cocina y el salón tiene techos altos y ventanas de piso a techo para disfrutar de las vistas a la montaña. Hay 2 dormitorios reina en la planta principal de la cabina. Hay una suite principal situado arriba que tiene una piscina de hidromasaje cubierta privada y una cama King Size (incluso se puede disfrutar de la vista de la montaña de esta suite principal!). El nivel inferior de la cabina aloja el entretenimiento. Ver su película favorita o no se pierda sus juegos deportivos favoritos en la sala de teatro. Great getaway

Wonderful cabin

Wonderful cabin! Very clean, everything worked, beautifully laid out. If I had to have a complaint it would be there’s not enough room around the pool table to play a good game but that’s very minor. We’d love to stay here again in the future

One of the best I have stayed in

Pine Mountain unit 215 was a well supplied cabin especially the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the upstairs bedroom had an amazing view. The outdoor living area was great also. We stayed during the Thanksgiving Holidays (it even came with a turkey and pumpkin pie) and the hot tub with a TV on the porch was great to watch ballgames. The biggest advantage is the proximity to Pigeon Forge but still feels secluded. Definitely recommend as I will be a repeat customer.

Location! Location! Location!

Can’t beat the location! The size of the house met all of our needs. My teenage sons loved the downstairs with the theater room, pool table and air hockey table. My only recs would be to just provide one hand soap upon arrival in one of the bathrooms, more utensils, and washcloths. Would def stay here again.

Renting it was easy. Didnt appreciate not having property address until checkin time as I had to pull off the highway to reprogram my GPS. Also sofa bed was full of crackers

Good but could be better

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it. It is easily accessible and in a great location. The layout of the house is great with plenty of amenities. However, there are several boards that need replacing on the lower deck that are rotten,the dining room chairs are very weak to the point we don’t sit in them, and the shower faucet in hallway was steadily dripping last year and still is this year. Other than the few minor items, we highly recommend this rental.

The place was fine but the air conditioning on the niddle floor stopped working day two so it was hot for most of our stay. The upstairs bed looked to have bed bug dropping so worried us.And the toilet paper in every bathroom was almost empty had to go out the day we got tthere to get some

Check in was great, place was clean and exactly what we needed.

Everything was great until check out. I wanted to inform them we left a little early and that the bathroom sink upstairs did not drain properly. I was placed on hold several times at length. I finally hung up

Trip with Our Adult Kids

We loved the location and we loved the cabin. The cabin was not clean but the property manager was quick to offer a cleaning service to come. We declined because we cleaned areas ourself. It just needs a good cleaning. We do think it hadn’t been properly cleaned in certain areas. Bathrooms were clean though. We would stay again if we knew it would be clean.

Great stay! Relaxation and Fun all in one

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Winter Ridge. The layout of the home was exactly like the photos. It was clean and neat. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. Each bathroom or bedroom had cloths and towels. Everything was in working condition with the exception of the freezer handle that was significantly loose. The cleaning guy came a hour before our leave and sat there...a little weird but we were packing up anyway. He was no bother. We enjoyed all amenities including the hot tub, air hockey, pool. We even watched a movie in the movie room. All in all great trip. We stayed in all weekend. I would return again to this property or property by Fireside

Could be cleaner

The location was good but the cabin has seen wear and tear. I was a little disappointed with the cabin with the cleaning. You could tell they just did a spot clean. There were dead spiders in downstairs bathroom, dead stink bugs by nightstand in bedroom on main floor. The hot water for a shower does not last long and two people cant shower at the same time as one shower will get cold. You can see the wear and tear on the place and some freshening up needs to be done. We woulrld not choose to stay in this cabin again

Christmas Escape

Overall, it is a beautiful cabin in a great location. Only a few minutes away from the main road and all of the attractions. 5 min drive to The Island at Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg was about a 20-minute drive. Perfect for our family. 4 king-sized beds and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Based on past reviews, it seems that there were some improvements from previous stays. Cleanliness, no complaints, it was pet friendly and satisfactory. The TVs, game room, fireplace and hot tub worked fine. The cabin stayed cozy warm during the deep freeze even when temps dipped to below 0 Celsius. The staff was professional and super courteous. Cons We understand the cold was unprecedented but we had no hot water for 3.5 daysof the 5 days. We were told the tankless water heater froze. The dishwasher did not work during this time, due to the lack of hot water. Ice maker did not work. We did have ice trays, but they were all severely cracked. I agree with other reviews that storage for clothing was limited in rooms. Pool Tabke was a nice touch, but only one pool stick had a usable tip, others were broken/missing All in all, when focusing on what mattered most, we thoroughly enjoyed this place, location, and lifelong memories. We would stay here again!

Wanted to love it.

We are not new to renting properties on VRBO but this is the first time I’ve ever had to write a negative review. We booked this cabin for three nights to celebrate my sons 18th birthday/graduation. The cabin was not what we expected. The place was DIRTY. We found a bra and trash under the master bed, the master shower was covered in mold from floor to ceiling, there was some pink substance dried on the tile next to the living room couch, trash and sticky substance under the media chairs in media room, roach in the kitchen, deck plank left open where the water hose goes for kids to fall into, and electrical cover left off. All of this on top of having a ball missing from the pool table, no hockey puck to play air hockey, and no pantry to store all your food so it all had to be left out on top of the counter. As these things were found I contacted the rental company each time. They did send maintenance out to fix the electrical cover but he left the deck plank open and had to come back out a second time. They offered for someone to come clean the place again but it was our last full day at the house and I wasn’t willing to give up several hours of my vacation while waiting around for cleaners to come and clean a place that should have been cleaned to begin with. After paying 1800, they offered 112 back (partial cleaning fee) but with the stipulation I couldn’t write a negative review on any type of social media/review site. I turned that down so I could give a TRUTHFUL review.

Very Disappointing

No washcloths, no kitchen rags, dust everywhere, nowhere to put groceries away in kitchen, nowhere to put clothes away in bedrooms (need furniture for clothing), Keurig coffeemaker dirty, popcorn machine had old popcorn and grease in it and it didn’t work, main level first bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, master bathroom needed lightbulbs, media room trash everywhere around couches. We enjoyed our family time together but this was not in any way worth what was paid for our spring break stay . The cleaning crew needs to be changed . Very disappointing Had to sweep and vacuum when we arrived and vacuum was full of dirt and stunk . This was not worth what we paid .

Great stay!

This place was a great stay! Ite wasn’t too bad but wasn’t the greatest because of the trees obstructing the downtown view but it was still a great location. Only problem we really had was that when we called to tell management that our stove didn’t work on the first day, they forgot all about us. We had to call a second time the next day for them to tell us that we only called that morning…If we didn’t have our griddle that we brought m, we would have been eating microwave food the whole time. They did switch out the stove later that night but we was going home the next day anyways. 🤷‍♀️ They compensated $56 👍🏿 😂 which was thoughtful lol but other then that, place was still great! The front deck chill spot makes the whole cabin!

Our little piece of heaven

I can't say enough about this company. We some how missed our email for registration because it came from another source but they handled it with professionalism and speed. The cabin was just remarkable and everything we hoped for and so much more. The location was perfect. We could look out over the town and all the lights and it was minutes away from everything but far enough away to not be bothered with the noise. Highly recommend and I will be booking with then again.

Was disappointed in the cabin

We had only 3 wash cloths, no hand towels, master bedroom shower did not work and the trash bins outside were full of trash.

Had to request light bulbs for bathrooms, animal hair in carpet and pool table, bath linens, soaps, hand soaps not adequate, washer not accessable, personal toiletries from previous guest let in tub, dish cloths, towels, detergent not present...
