In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.

We needed an apartment close to puente romano hotel, this place was literally opposite. The apartment is a great size. 3 beds, 2 baths. They provided travel cots for us at a small additional cost - these came with mattresses as well so we were very happy. There is a washing machine and dishwasher which is really useful. It would have been good if some tea or coffee was provided as I think the kitchen gets completely cleaned out from guest to guest. My only gripe is the fact you have to collect the keys from a separate location or pay a 25EUR fee for someone to meet you at the property. Internet and TV was provided. Definitely a better option to stay here than at a hotel if you have kids.

A great apartment. We spent a week there as 6 friends and the apartment was big enough. My only complaint was that the kitchen could do with more glassware and the table outside only sat 4 but we just used the dining chairs from inside. Great location to the amenities of the beach and plenty of lovely restaurants in walking distance or a short taxi away.
