VILLA "NEFELI" - AL LADO DEL PUERTO DEL PIREO

Casa entera de lujo de 90 metros cuadrados. con jardin.

* Al lado de la parada de autobús-tranvía No 20 para llegar al puerto deportivo de yates ZEAS con muchas cafeterías, restaurantes, juegos infantiles y plage.

* A 10 'a pie del puerto del Pireo. Desde allí sale el tren eléctrico para cualquier destino al centro de Atenas: Thision, Acropolis, Plaka hasta Kifisia. Además, desde el Pireo parten los ferries rápidos para cruceros diarios a las islas de Saronikos: Aegina, Poros, Hydra, Spetses, Porto Heli, sin necesidad de pasar la noche.

La casa es de lujo con techos de roble, puertas de caoba y vitrales originales (vidrieras). Es muy tranquilo, acogedor y seguro.

La villa se encuentra a poca distancia del puerto del Pireo con fácil acceso a cualquier tipo de transporte (barcos, trenes, tranvías, metro, autobuses) para visitar en menos de 30 'el ACROPOLIS y el resto de los lugares históricos de Atenas. La estación de autobuses del autobús expreso X96 desde y hacia el aeropuerto internacional de Atenas está a solo 5 minutos.

Acceso al jardín (lugar para fumadores)

El anfitrión está disponible en cualquier momento cuando sea necesario, brinda ayuda para organizar cualquier cosa que pueda ser útil para los invitados como chef profesional para proponerle un menú durante su estadía (para obtener más información, consulte al anfitrión). También existe la posibilidad de organizar sus vacaciones: entradas para viajes y visitas turísticas, taxi, etc.

An absolutely amazing stay!

The property was very clean and well located to the port where our cruise ship left out of. It is located in a comfortable neighborhood that seems cozy but is near everything. Lily, the owner, went above and beyond. Truly one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met! It was a wonderful stay.

Oasis in Piraeus

A walk through a beautiful city garden takes you to the front door of the home. It is wonderfully peaceful and calm despite being in the middle of such a crowded and bustling city. The hosts were very gracious and gave great advice regarding restaurants and parking. I’d gladly stay again.

Just what we needed

Lovely ,clean and comfortable. Just what we needed after a long hot journey. Lilly and her family were great hosts . They were very communicative and helpful throughout our all to brief stay . YaYa even brought us cookie's! A very enjoyable experience

Lovely time!

We had such a nice time in a traditional neighborhood. We ate at a locally owned family restaurant and also went to the neighborhood bakery- both were fantastic! We spent most of our time relaxing in the garden which was lovely and cool. Hosts were fantastic and even arranged a cab to the port for our cruise and walked us to the restaurant. Great hospitality!

Quaint villa near the cruise terminals

Villa Nefeli was a great stopover in Athens before our next leg of our trip on a cruise. Liliya was so exceptionally helpful with all arrangements and making sure we had everything we needed, including help with all forms of transit. We were sad to leave but look forward to.returning. We also had the please of meating Nefeli, her daughter, who was a pleasure as well. Overall, close and convenient stay near the port of Piraeus and close to transit to explore so much more of Athens, which we did.

Awesome host!!!!

Communicating with Lilly was absolutely amazing! I had a few changes to our upcoming stay and she quickly responded to my requests. Our home away from home was wonderful and tucked away nicely. My only regret is, we were only there for one night! I wish we arrived a day earlier. One of our best VRBOs while travelling.

Looking forward to next stay!

Our stay with Liliya was fantastic! She was an amazing host that helped us with anything we needed, even picking up our son from the bus station at midnight. This apartment was clean and comfortable. We took a couple of overnight trips to Poros and Hydra and upon returning felt that we were coming home. The courtyard has beautiful foliage and provides a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your dinner or drinks.If you had younger children, this would be ideal to allow them a secure place to play outside. I would highly recommend Liliya's chef services, absolutely delicious and extremely reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, quiet home.....

Libya is absolutely a marvelous host. The home is beautiful and close to everything you need. Best suited for a couple or family of 4 or 5. Parking mat be a bit tricky, but Lilya will (did) help with that. Follow her directions exactly for using a GPS to get there, make sure you put Drapetsona in the GPS. We would definitely recommend Lilya and her home. Vince/Joyce Lemons

Wonderful Place to Stay in Athens

We had a wonderful time in this house, it was clean, roomy, comfortable, secure, safe and peaceful. The house had everything described on the website and more, it's in a very nice quiet area with lots of shops, supermarkets, cafes, ATMs and more all the way from the house to the port 10 to 15 minutes walk to the ferries. The owner (Lillya) lives in the same complex, and was extremely pleasant, helpful, kind and bilingual. She stayed in contact with us all the time to offer any kind of assistance we needed for the whole month we stayed in this house. Definitely and strongly recommend this house to everyone, especially to senior couples or families wanting a quiet, safe, peaceful and pleasant vacation.

Lovely villa and a wonderful host. Would recommend!

Liliya could not have been more helpful. She waited for us to arrive and with delays it was very late. I had asked her to prepare a meal which she did. The food was homemade and delicious. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. When we needed advise about transport and where to find things she went out of her way to help. She couldn’t have done more. Thank you so much x

2 weeks in Athens

Host was awesome! Excellent communication and so accommodating. Due to flight delays, we didn’t arrive until 4am, but the host was there and was so great. The apartment was everything as advertised and suited our needs to a T. The location offers a good butcher, a well stocked grocery store just meters away and the best bakery in Athens. Our only issue we experienced with the location was there wasn’t a lot of restaurants or pubs in the area, and we felt we had to drive a little bit. I would highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed.

Adequate, but disappointing

Looking at the VRBO listing and pictures, we thought we were staying at a farm with animals. The pictures were extremely misleading as we ended up in a small place in the city. Turns out, the farm pics are 45 minutes away (including a ferry). My daughter and I were very much looking forward to seeing the animals. That being said, it was fine for one night. Note: about an hour from Athens airport

villa nefeli è una casa molto comoda, pulita e accogliente, vicino ci sono supermercato e porto. È presente inoltre l'aria condizionata ed è in un punto molto tranquillo. Lilyia è un'ottima proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la consigliamo!

Because it is in the center of Piraeus, close to the all of the transportation - ships, buses, trains, metro, ect., 40' away from the airport, at the same time - it is a quiet, cozy place with all services around.
