Ubicado en el corazón de Anacapri, rodeado de un hermoso jardín con piscina, se encuentra nuestra hermosa villa de estilo mediterráneo.
La villa está compuesta por:
- Una gran sala de estar con dos grandes ventanas correderas que proporcionan salida directa al jardín y a la piscina y una mesa para 8 personas.
- Una cocina de estilo rústico totalmente equipada con chimenea y mesa para 12 personas, nevera, lavavajillas y lavadora.
- Dos habitaciones en la planta baja, una con una cama king size y un sofá cama y otra con una cama king size. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado con ducha y acceso directo al jardín y a la sala de estar.
- Dos habitaciones en el primer piso, cada una con una cama king size y vista panorámica del jardín y el mar. También hay otro baño con ducha.
- En el exterior hay un cenador con mesa para 10 personas, barbacoa y horno de pizza.
- sala de estar cerca de la piscina con sofás y sombrilla.
- otro mirador junto a la piscina con mesa para 8 personas.
- solarium con 8 hamacas

Enjoyed the quiet location and large garden with pool and beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay at the charming Villa Anita in a quiet location, a little walk up the stairs from Anacapri‘s shops and restaurants. The villa has a large garden with a beautiful pool and many seating areas, and a lovely view over the sea. Beverly the housekeeper was very helpful and quick to respond when needed, and kept the house very clean

LOVED! Couldn't be any more perfect

Villa Anita surpassed our expectations! My husband, my mother, brother and cousin were luckily enough to spend time at Villa Anita. My husband and I actually got married at the villa in a small intimate ceremony. There were so many places in the Villa to chill and relax. The place was very easy to get to and easy to get into town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. When I come back to Capri I will be booking my stay at Villa Anita. Shout out to Beverly who was so kind and helpful to us. I will recommend Villa Anita to anyone.

We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Anita! Our family came for a wedding and it was great to be able to spend time together, but also spread out and enjoy our own space. The villa was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed.The grounds were so much larger than we anticipated and absolutely beautiful filled with flowers and fruit trees. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool! I see so many people complain about the the walking, but that’s what Italy is all about and my God after all the pasta and Prosecco we definitely needed the exercise! Beverly was amazing and we called upon her many times for questions and advice. She was always cheerful and willing to help. She went the extra mile by helping us even after we left the villa! All in all our stay was fabulous and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you to both Stefanella and Beverly for a wonderful, memorable experience in Anacapri!

Anacapri Vacation

Beautiful villa that is off the beaten path. If you are looking to escape the tourists - this is the villa for you. It is a bit of a walk from the closest taxi drop off - so I strongly suggest arranging a ferry porter to take any heavy bags directly to the villa for you as their are many stairs. Villa is short walk from Anacapri shopping city center, and we would then go to Capri if we wanted more vibrant nightlife. You truly feel as though you live among the locals in the beautiful villa - and we enjoyed that. Saw previous review and both the AC and Wi-Fi work just fine. The common areas of the villa get a little warm but that is due to the open architecture. The villa came with a housekeeper (Beverly) who spoke English and that was very helpful. Great villa and would stay there again!

Thank you for appreciating being able to stay in the center of Anacapri ( 3 minutes from the main road) but away from the crowds of tourists. This location with the large garden and the swimming pool makes the holiday truly special. And thank you for noticing the perfect functioning of the air conditioning and wifi

The home only has AIr conditioner in three bedrooms, the house was extremely hot,

About your home, I was very happy to see your home, but I was very unhappy with the lack of Air Conditioner, this is one of my priorities. In your listing it says that is air conditioner but it doesn’t say that only three bedrooms have AC the fourth bedroom, the living room and kitchen lacks of AC. I was really disappointed that the living room and bedroom didn’t have AC, it really made it unbearable for us to stay in that family room, opening the windows didn’t help, besides of getting all the mosquitoes and everybody getting bitten by them, we had to maintain the door close which then became a HOT SAUNA.. I have been in capri a few times before and never experience so many mosquitoes or so much heat indoors. The internet extremely slow, I know you said that nobody complained before, my experience has been different, quite often we had to restart the modem to try to fix it, there were times that I just went to a hotel to use their wi-fi to do my work

Dear Maribel, Again thank you very much to choose our Villa for your vacation in Anacapri. I’m sorry you were unhappy about the AC, unfortunately this summer there was an unexpected heat wave in Capri during the days of your stay. It’s true we only have AC in 3 of the bedrooms, but the fourth one has a big fan. About the living room it is a room that is intended to be as an open space into the garden, that’s why there are 2 big french windows and another 2 windows always open to provide draft. I’m sorry you felt like in a hot sauna even if we bought another fan for you, probably you just should have tried to open the windows. About the mosquitoes every year we call a mosquito control technician to treat our outdoor areas and inside our home. However during some months of the year is impossible to control them completely, having a 3000sqm garden and a swimming pool, even if we always provide mosquitoes nets and repellent. I’m sorry you had a bad experience compared to your previous ones but I’m sure you’ll understand that staying in an hotel room is completely different than staying in a Villa surrounded by nature. About the internet, as I already told you, we had several guests this summer before you and they never complained about that. We also checked the modem after your feedback and it’s perfectly working, but I’m really sorry you experienced this kind of problem while you were trying to work.
