This seafront villa was built in 1950 and renovated in 2020. A unique feature of this villa is its close proximity to the sea, with its terrace being just a dive away from the beautiful water. All on one floor, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people, with outdoor areas, the private swimming pool, the private external tub perfect for enjoying the sun and coastline of Marina Grande di Sorrento.



Inside is an open-plan living room and kitchen, containing original furniture, which leads onto the terrace. There is a sofa, smart TV and a dining table for up to 8 people. The kitchen is also well equipped with appliances to suit every need. The bedrooms, en-suites, can be reached from the living room.



The impressive private garden contains tables and chairs. The terrace overlooking the sea has parasols and deck chairs, allowing guests to comfortably enjoy the magnificent views from morning till night. There is also an English garden with gazebos, tables, chairs, a external Jacuzzi, a private swimming pool and a barbecue grill.

•En-suite bedroom 1 contains a King-size bed which can become two single beds, a TV, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning and heating and has access to the sea-front terrace.



•En-suite bedroom 2 contains a King-size bed which can become two single beds, a TV, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning and heating and has direct access to the garden.



•En-suite bedroom 3 contains a King-size bed which can become two single beds, a TV, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning and heating and has direct access to the garden.



•En-suite bedroom 4 contains a King-size bed which can become two single beds, a TV, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning and heating and has direct access to the garden.



• The 4 en-suite bathrooms all have a sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and a chromotherapy shower cubicle.



• There is a separate WC containing a sink, toilet and bidet.

• Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM 60,00 euros until midnight. After midnight: 80,00 euros

• Final cleaning 380,00 euros

• Extra cleaning on request, for a fee

• Extra change of linen, on request for a fee

• American breakfast, on request for a fee
