¡Bienvenido a su hogar lejos de casa! Este baño de 4 dormitorios y 2 tiene algo que ofrecer para todo tipo de viajeros. Está ubicado en un vecindario seguro y acogedor y está cerca de los 60 y Val Vista, que tiene muchas opciones para comer y pasar el rato a poca distancia. La casa está lujosamente amueblada con 1 cama king, 3 reinas y 1 colchón de aire (para personas adicionales) y viene con una cocina totalmente equipada y área de lavandería. Si está de vacaciones divertidas en familia, hay una mesa de billar y karaoke para entretener a toda su familia. Si es el único viajero que busca, esta casa tiene un hermoso patio trasero con un arboreto para que pueda relajarse con una copa de vino y reflexionar. Ven y experimenta todas las bondades que esta casa tiene para ofrecer.

Instrucciones de piscina climatizada:

1) Hay un cargo adicional de 25 dólares por día (costo de energía) para todos los días de su estadía si desea que su piscina se caliente
2) La bomba de calor de la piscina tarda aproximadamente un día en alcanzar una temperatura de 80 grados en invierno, por lo que el huésped debe confirmar por escrito al administrador de la propiedad, 1 día antes de su llegada, que está de acuerdo con el costo adicional y que le gustaría tener su piscina climatizada
3) Dado que utilizamos una bomba de calor, no será posible calentar la piscina si la temperatura ambiente durante la estadía de los huéspedes es inferior a 40 grados Fahrenheit. Por lo tanto, las personas que se quedan durante los días más fríos en Phoenix (segunda mitad de diciembre a fines de enero) pueden tener problemas para que la piscina alcance la temperatura o incluso no puedan alcanzarla. Host was responsive. Easy check in check out. Great location for our needs. Not well stocked with needed items such as toilet paper and normal kitchen dishes, 2 coffee cups in the home and poor quality and lack of essential kitchen items. Refrigerator smelled bad and was dirty. Propane for BBQ gone, we replaced tank. Home is NOT well cleaned or maintained. Fair value for price. You get what you pay for.

House is VERY dirty and trashed - inside and out

This house was very dirty. Dust on masterbedroom headboard, dirty dishes in cupboards, stains on all the carpets, the patio filthy, a trail of blood across back patio, no light covers, exposed wiring by pool, pool had green ring, dead landscaping, front door area filled with cobwebs and dust, toothpaste on the mirrors, crumbs in toaster over, shower not cleaned - soap and conditioner all over glass, garbage on side of house, dead indoor house plants, filthy air grates/filters, huge empty boxes cluttering garage, holes in walls, door frames banged up and dirty, dust every where including blinds, clocks etc, no cover on kitchen light over sink, dirt ring around tub, dirty ceiling fans, dirty neon green tape on the floor, broken pool furniture, weeds growing into pool area, all broken noodles at the pool, a filthy green non working fountain. And we were charged a cleaning fee of $150.00 up front! I sent a message to Goku and he sent a cleaning crew to fix it but they hardly addressed any of it. They hardly cleaned anything! When I pointed out the crumbs in the toaster oven...she said "oh, it's not that bad". There was still a thick layer of dust on the headboard and toothpaste splatter among most of the stuff listed. The property manager also stopped by and her explanation was "they only do a deep clean every 2 months". Most of these things listed should be done everytime not just a deep clean. And it is obvious that it has been more than 2 months since their last deep clean. If we had not had scheduled plans for every day, we would have found somewhere else to go. Our plans were rigid to maximize family time. We never planned to scramble for a place to stay. I have pictures of everything. I also have a video of our departure showing the condition of the house and that we took out all of our trash, the keys were on the table as instructed and the house was in order despite the way we received it. I asked Goku if he plans on making this right and he has not replied and it has been almost a week. We will never rent this house or from this person again.

I disagree with everything Andrea has mentioned in this review but for the carpet stains. This review is totally wrong and is written as such because i declined to give money back to Andrea as she expected. My home is cleaned professionally after every checkout and we did the same before Andrea checked in too. Andrea never said anything for two days after she checked in and suddenly the 3rd day she complains that the house was not clean. In efforts to make her happy, i scheduled another cleaning for her. My cleaning company sent their "A" team (meaning they sent two people) and they cleaned the house head to toe. Andrea never said anything after this for 3 days. Out of the blew just a day before her checkout day, she sends me another text saying she wasn't happy with the clean and the house and demanded "i make it right, if i wanted a good review", meaning she wanted money back. I do not appreciate guests like this who use reviews as a means to get money back for their stay. So i never replied. Another thing to mention is that maybe Andrea was scouting for business. My property manager mentioned that she herself is running a professional cleaning company and offered her services to my property manager. So I ask VRBO that that they remove this review as this is not honest and was personally motivated..... Her comment about carpet stains in correct. Yes, we do have stains in our carpet. This is because previous guests used to wear shoes/sandals on the carpet and made these stains which is not removable even after deep cleaning/shampooing. So this is going to show. But rest assured we shampoo our carpets every 2 months and sanitary wise its as good as new. We have plans to replace carpet with tiles soon.

Perfect trip visiting grandsons

After reading all the reviews thoroughly I had some concern. Goku Assured me that everything was clean and shipshape. We found the place to be as advertised, fantastic and Goku was a wonderful host! Do not be discouraged by any of the negative reviews. It is a beautiful home, spacious with a fantastic backyard. Our two grandsons had a wonderful time there playing in the backyard and in the swimming pool. Anyone who wants to use the pool should pay for having it heated unless you’re there in the heat of summer. We paid to have it heated for our March visit and it was as warm as bathwater! Worth the cost. It has four good size bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, with a large kitchen and living room. The home was Much larger than we needed but was worth it. A great place for a family reunion. You can Count on Goku to make things right, enjoy your stay.

Daughters wedding

The property is not well managed or kept up by the property manager, it was poorly cleaned. The trash on the side of the house was flowing over and stacked up. The smell was awful. There was no place to put our garage. The barbecue didn’t work the regulator was broken. We called the property owner/host he responded very quickly. However, the property manager was not available to come fix the bbq. We had to go buy tools and parts to fix the bbq ourselves. We paid extra to have the pool heated, I confirmed with the owner/host that it would be turned on. The pool was 68 degrees when we got there instead of 80. The heater was not turned on to heat the pool. There was only one roll of toilet paper half way used for 2 bathrooms and no soap. We had to go buy toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and soap to wash our hands. The neighborhood was beautiful and location was perfect. They house was the perfect size for our family and had lots to do and entertain the kids, beds were very comfortable. The owner was great with responding to us. I think the issue is the owner should evaluate the property manager and his house keeper, they are not doing their job and the owner lives in another state.

Nice naborhood but the house was not clean nothing like the photos. Pool was covered and inside of house was dirty. Bathroom shower in master bedroom floods the floor. Bedding was dirty towel stunt so bad did not use. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!

Another Wedding down

Well we stayed at Meadows with my wife and I as well as my eldest daughter and husband and my father inlaw and his friends. We all enjoyed the house immensely. It was roomy clean and beautiful. The pool was amazing and the putting green, pool table and foosball were all used and in great shape. Definitely would come back. My wife is saying the beds were comfy as well.

Chill get away

First let me start by saying that the host went far beyond with making sure he had an amazing response time for the few questions that I did have, our stay was very nice the home was nice full of activities for us to keep ourselves entertained while there. The area is peaceful and quiet, we felt safe and comfortable not to mention the location is great. We did I encounter minor hiccups nothing major, the Internet connection was poor which sucked because we spent lots of time indoors due to the nature of our travel. With that being said TV and Internet connection was a must have so if I had to complain about something it would be the lack of Wi-Fi connection . One other thing would be the use of a second outdoor trash can I guess the previous guest had a overload of trash so there wasn’t room for our trash in the outside can. Other than that nice spacious home with a chill vibe. Thank you GoKu

Family Reunion

We rented the house for our adult children and their young children while our extended family was in town for a memorial. The house had room for aunts and uncles and cousins to gather (we got permission from the host) for visiting and eating and swimming. It was a great place to hang out after an emotional day. The pool is very nice, fun putting green. We hung outside and didn’t take advantage of the pool table inside or the ping pong table. I was able to communicate very easily with the host. Only two downsides, and I shared these privately with the host, would be to have more swim towels available and remove all of the inside planters full of dead plants. The house was clean but definite wear and tear on the floors and could benefit from some fresh paint on the walls, but I would not hesitate to rent again. Easy check in and check out. Host was very kind.

It was a relaxing stay.

The property owner and manager were great at responding to all our questions and concerns. It was my first experience with an induction stove and I learned that it requires special pots and pans which the owner provides with the house. I will definitely plan to stay here again.

This place was very nice and very close to perfect. A couple issues were the kitchen pots and pans and the outdoor water fountain area. Some of the pots and pans were had baked on residue and some did not work well with the convection oven. We ended up buying some new fry pans for our stay. Also the outdoor water fountain was not being used and it was full of nasty water and had Modela beer bottles floating in it. Other than these two issues this place met our expectations.

House was Exactly what we were expecting. The owner And Property Manager were very quick in responding to our questions. The two TVs were difficult to use, in fact we never did figure out the one in the master bedroom. The pool was nice but due to Mother Nature and cold temps, only used twice in 7 days so the pool table and ping pong tables were a great alternative. The only recommendations I would have is to leave detailed instructions for TVs and appliances and to include simple condiments that everyone could use such as ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Overall, a very good location and good first VRBO experience. Thank you!

Great place

House was set up perfectly for the two families that stayed there. We had a 5 month old, two 18 month olds, a 5 year old and 4 adults. The fenced pool was what sold us on the property. The putting green was lots of fun. We bought a little plastic kiddie pool for the younger kids and they loved it. (We left it behind for future renters). The house is set up good for entertainment and located in a great location. Easy to get to the freeway and close to all the amenities. The host was super easy to get a hold of which made the whole experience great. If we go back to Phoenix next year this is where we would stay.

The house was exactly what I needed for this trip. When I was directed to this offer during a regular hotel search, I thought this sounds too good to be true, but it wasn't.

Great for families

Two things caught my attention upon finding this listing: the pool is fenced in and there is a crib. This house is great for families. I felt better knowing my young children could not get to the pool, and my toddler had a comfy crib (not a pack n play) for the week! Goku was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we asked. All floors are now tile and bathrooms look to be updated. It was 105-111 while we were there and we enjoyed the pool multiple times. There was plenty of towels and dishes for all of us (5 adults and 3 kids). The garage will hold one car which really helped keep it from being so hot to get into. The location is great and there are many places to get groceries and shop. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
