Lantana es una villa nueva construida en 2019, idealmente ubicada en las afueras del pueblo de Skala y su hermosa playa de 5 km. Esta encantadora propiedad es perfecta para aquellos que desean estar cerca del encantador pueblo de Skala y disfrutar de su maravillosa variedad de tiendas. Restaurantes y bares sin tener que conducir.
En el interior, el estilo moderno y contemporáneo ha sido inspirado por el propietario utilizando una paleta de grises suaves y verdes frescos para una estancia tranquila y relajante. El diseño de planta abierta con la sala de estar principal y el área de la cocina en la planta baja junto con un dormitorio con dos camas individuales en suite disfrutan de grandes puertas de patio que conducen a la piscina. Arriba, dos habitaciones dobles pueden acomodar a nuestros huéspedes, que están rodeadas por grandes balcones amueblados.
Tanto la villa como el área de la piscina están rodeados de hermosos jardines, exuberantes jardines y árboles que garantizan una estancia tranquila y agradable.

Excellent villa, clean and with everything you need. Very short walk to tavernas etc and owner was on hand if needed - but we didn’t need anything, everything was perfect! Lovely pool and fab sun loungers. Highly recommend this property.

Peaceful and idyllic

Modern spacious villa conveniently located close to Skala beach and centre. Costas was very easy to communicate with, and offered the flexibility we needed. Fantastic pool, pretty spacious garden area, with sea view from balconies. Great holiday overall.

Excellent Villa

We enjoyed our stay at villa Lantana, it was very easy to find using Google maps and is located on the outskirts of Skala. The location of the villa is great, being a short walk into Skala, it is both quiet and not overlooked. The villa was both clean and very well maintained, with well planted grounds. In all the owner’s pictures are an excellent representation of what you get. We tried out very many tavernas and restaurants in the area and were not disappointed by any of them. The Bakery in the town is excellent. As has been mentioned in other reviews the internet access in the villa is not that great and probably would be a little borderline for anyone wishing to work remotely. I found the best location for wi-fi to be at the dining table. The smart TV has the usual Netflix, Prime etc to use with your own accounts rather than satellite but would probably be somewhat “laggy” due to the wi-fi limitations. Costas and his family have built an excellent villa, which we can highly recommend.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location

A beautiful villa in lovely Skala. The house was very clean; with a cleaning service that came in once a week to perform a light clean and change towels. The pool was also well maintained and cleaned. The house had all mod cons and all manner of kitchen utensils which was perfect. The Wi-Fi was super fast and the TV connected to all manner of apps that allowed us to catch up with favourites shows while we were in Skala. The beds were comfortable, especially the pillows, and each room was clean and well appointed. Costas, our host, was an excellent person. It was easy to check in, there was lots of information provided on things to do/see and any questions we had were answered promptly. His family also has the most beautiful restaurant in Skala where we are very well. The villa is a short walk into Skala and you don’t need a car to get about. The local supermarket delivers and it’s a great service. I would heartily recommend this villa in Skala to anyone! Thank you

Excellent Villa

Villa Lantana was amazing. Costas was very attentive and all our guests enjoyed the villa. Location was excellent only 10 minute walk to the centre of town.

Perfect Picturesque Family Getaway

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Villa Lantana. It is exactly as shown in the pictures and does not disappoint. The villa is private and quiet and beautifully decorated as shown in the photos. The pool is a perfect size and we also had table tennis which was an added entertainment for us all. The villa has everything you could need for your stay and comfort. It is only a short walk from the beaches and tavernas in Skala, approx 10 mins, although we had a hire car which we used. There is plenty of free parking and the villa has a large parking area too. The location was great for access to many beaches, lovely Tavernas and water sports and Kostas, the owner, was always on hand with help and advice about places to visit and eat. He was very friendly and helpful and just a message away. Skala has something for everyone and is just beautiful with its mountainous backdrop, deep blue sea and bougainvillea lined roads. We had the best holiday and cannot wait to return.

An amazing villa

This is a truly special place. The villa is beautifully presented and maintained, with everything you could need for a fabulous holiday. The pool and loungers are excellent (very comfy) and the addition of the table tennis table was very popular with our family! The position just outside Skala is perfect, only a short walk into the centre and a great selection of restaurants and bars. Two lovely bakeries, several food markets and some lovely boutiques and shops give you everything you need. Costas and the family are great hosts: available if you need them but otherwise leave you to enjoy your holiday. The family restaurant is really lovely with the best homemade orange cake and baklava we have ever tasted! We will definitely be back for another stay.

Great location

Good quiet and very private location. Not overlooked Easy stroll to Skala centre and the beach. New Villa with established hedges and flowers. The grass is a bit sparse at the moment but shouldn’t be too long before it’s established. We enjoyed our stay. On arrival the owner introduced himself then left us alone but I’m sure should we have needed anything he would have assisted.

Just book it...

We have stayed in quite a few villas over the years but this one hands on heart is the best yet, it is absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail is fantastic, really modern, I loved the light fittings! It is a new villa located about a 15 minute walk into Skala, (we did use the local taxi company a few times if we wanted to go to one of the restaurants further along the coast road as had my elderley parents with us) The villa is extremely well equipped I honestly couldn't think of anything that I thought, oh I wish it had this.. The only thing that could be improved is WiFi it was a bit laggy at times if my parents were trying to watch a movie or something. The location is so peaceful, I am already missing the crowing from the nearby Roosters, but you have the beach and lovely little town of Skala so easily accessible. Costas was fabulous always quickly answered any questions or queries I had before travel and would check in on us when we were away by WhatsApp, their family restaurant Paspalis was just amazing too and the only restaurant we went to more than once the food was just beautiful a definite must if you go. Costas and family thank you for looking after us so well we will 100% be back

Stunning Villa in great location

What a beautiful Villa .. three bedrooms all air conditioned and two of the bedrooms had huge terraces. Two large bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all that you need for your stay. The outside area is stunning with a large table and seating area with a BBQ as well. The pool is cleaned every day and is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Towels are provided for the pool area. We were offered a cleaning service and all towels were changed. There is ample car parking should you have a car to the side of the villa. It is a short 7 minute walk to the main town of Skala and the road is lit at night if you are walking back late in the evening. Costas could not have been more helpful - he came and met us at the Villa and had arranged the taxi to and from the airport for us as well - so accommodating and helpful. All in all we loved the Villa - it was so peaceful and could not have asked for more .. Skala is a beautiful area to come and stay and we will be looking to re book - Thank you Costas

Villa Lantana

Lovely villa set in a peaceful part of Scala, but easy to walk into the centre. The villa itself is very modern, well equipped and of course with aircon. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms with great showers. Lounge and kitchen well laid out. Finding the villa was a little tricky as google maps takes you into the centre of Scala, but a quick call to Costas and everything was sorted. All questions answered very promptly both before and during the holiday, which really helped. Whilst we’re not new to the island Costas has produced a great guide to help you make the most of your stay. The pool is ideal, with comfortable loungers. Towels provided. The only thing missing would be more hooks to hang up towels. If there’s more than 2 in your party you need a second key as all the lights/air on goes off if someone goes out with it! If you’re looking for a modern, peaceful place to stay this really ticks all the boxes. Definitely top of our list to book when we’re next in Kefalonia

Relaxing Holidays

We - 2 two couples - fully enjoyed our stay at Villa Lantana. The new built house is fully equipped and offers all kind of facilities - from AC to mosquito doors in every room. The interior design is really selected carefully and used inside/outside material is at a very high standard. Our host Costas was very friendly and most helpful. The location is just outside Skala - close enough for a short walk to the town center but already far enough to enjoy a quite area. We can fully recommend Villa Lananta and hope to return.
