Piso superior bellamente amueblado, unidad final con vista al mar ya la piscina. Mira el amanecer desde tu balcón privado. A pocos pasos de la playa. 2 millas al muelle de Kure Beach, 2 millas al acuario de Carolina del Norte, 5 millas al paseo marítimo de Carolina Beach. Esta unidad tiene una habitación con una cama queen, un sofá cama queen y dos literas gemelas. Cocina completa con microondas, lavavajillas, máquina Keureg, tostadora y todos los utensilios, platos y vasos. La unidad tiene WiFi, Netflix y cable básico. Televisores en salón y dormitorio. The condo was beautiful, including the “beachy” decor, and so clean, with everything you need to make it your very relaxing home away from home. Walking through the front door and seeing the ocean was amazing. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the pool and beach, as well as a Civil War fort (Fort Fisher). We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect stay for the two of us - condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and we absolutely loved coffee overlooking the ocean each morning. Beach was just steps away and we especially loved the recommendations James sent prior to our visit - we took advantage of several of the restaurants. Overall a perfect vacation!

Beautiful views and condo!

My daughter and I stayed here for a short vacation. We stayed 4 nights. James, property manager, was wonderful. He was very responsive to any questions. We were even offered to stay an extra night since it wasn't booked and he gave us a discount on that day. The condo was exactly what they advertised. Very clean, fully loaded kitchen, and right on the ocean. We could not have asked for better views. This was the first time we went to this beach and we will definitely book this condo again next year. The beach was beautiful and the sand was very soft. We went in May (before Memorial Day) and it was very peaceful and relaxing. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I highly recommend renting this unit out. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful condo great views and location

Great stay wonderful ocean views, very clean. Close to ferry to go to Southport. The place was very convenient to everything. We enjoyed being at the end of isle not as busy on the beach. James has great communication and goes above and beyond for his guest. 5 stars all the way around

Lovely location on quiet beach

We have stayed at this property before but a different unit. The condo was accurately described in the listing and very clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked with what we needed, and the living area was spacious and comfortable. The bedding on the king bed was fluffy and relaxing, and the kiddos enjoyed the bunk beds. Would recommend.

Perfectly Peaceful! Everything you need...

Lovely home. Super clean (germ freak here so that's really important). Highest communication EVER with any owner/property manager on VRBO. Most well-stocked home with kitchen supplies, towels, hand soap, and paper goods.Ultra comfy King bed and pillows. Perfectly peaceful getaway! So quiet and right on the ocean. And ya'll, the beach in NC? Even the predicted rain days turned out to be sunny and 64. It was so warm in the sun that I actually got sunburnt! Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

Great place towards the end of Kure

Perfect place to stay at the end of the residential portion of Kure beach. Not a whole lot of beach front to work with, as the tides come up to the front of the forward condos, but still a great view. The condo is great! Beautifully decorated, comfy bed, and well equipped with everything you need. Very easy check in. Great communication!

Great Girl’s Getaway!

Myself, sister and mom stayed here for a long weekend/girls trip. It was amazing! The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be convenient to dining spots. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was a perfect start to the day. We walked on the beach and found some nice shells and a few sharks teeth. The condo itself was spotless! It had everything we needed and no detail was overlooked!

Hello, I am James. After running a business in Raleigh NC for 20 years, I decided to sell my business and become a full time host. This was my second home at Kure Beach for many years and I just loved providing vacation rentals for my wonderful guests. I have since expanded my business and own three condos in Kure Beach, one condo in Carolina Beach, one cottage at Badin Lake and one home in West Jefferson in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I strive to provide rentals that are above and beyond what people expect to have in a rental and wouldn't rent anything to our guests that I wouldn't enjoy staying in myself.

We are fully stocked with all the necessities, allowing you to just bring clothes and toiletries. This property sits at the end of the island, so the beach is very quiet. If you are looking for a relaxing beach, this is it! If you want to see a crowd, drive a couple miles up the road to Kure Beach public access and you will have it. We are right next to Fort Fisher, where you have lots of walking trails, sidewalks with amazing views of either the ocean or the Cape Fear River. Kure Beach pier is just a 3 minute drive or a long walk down the beach. Carolina Beach is about a 10 minute drive and there you can access the boardwalk with all the shops, restaurants, carnival and fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. What can be better?!
