We're sorry, but your description is extremely exaggerated. A pipe broke and we fixed it; no shots were fired, no injuries were reported. The compensation we awarded is the cost of four nights. The toilet was unblocked several times, and after you checked out, we had to dig up and open a pipe that was full of material not suitable for flushing.
