Mi condominio está a una corta distancia a pie del Orange Bubble Quad Chair ubicado detrás del lobby de Grand Summit. Te alojarás en un exclusivo complejo de montaña en el corazón de los Cañones en Park City, Utah.

The departure cleaning fee of $331 is mandatory. It is paid directly to the Grand Summit. Ask about optional midweek cleaning and towel changes.

Great place!

Great host! Great place! Great location!

My family and I had never been to Park City/Canyons Village before and Thea was so helpful answering questions before our arrival so we were very prepared for our visit. The unit gives you the best of both worlds in terms of a condo and hotel with a great host like Thea and everything taken care of once you are there like it is at a hotel. We are a family of four and had plenty of space and beds. There’s free ski storage, room service, nearby restaurants offering a great variety of foods, in addition to the great ski in/ski out location. You walk out of the building right to the Orange Bubble lift or you are a short walk to the Red Pine gondola. If you want to ski Park City for the day, you can take the free shuttle or work your way there across the mountain. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here! Our family looks forward to doing so again!

The very best of vacations!

We had a fabulous time staying at the Summit. The place was as you described...beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect for us. When we arrived around 3:30, the small room was ready but the big condo needed inspection. That seemed to take a while and I had to check twice with the front desk to let us in. When we opened the adjoining door, we were delighted with the accommodations! Everything was spotless and there was nothing you hadn't provided for our stay. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful living arrangement and if our youngest is in PC next summer, we would definitely do a repeat trip and stay in your condos. I am glad that you convinced me to take both units...the girls were happy in their huge queen beds and I reveled in the huge MB with jacuzzi! We were crazy busy withe the NAC open house Saturday, an outdoor concert at the Summit Saturday night, the Silly Market Sunday, spa treatments downstairs and shopping on PC Monday. We sat by the pool between events...gorgeous! Thanks for your wonderful assistance, prompt responses to my emails and professional (yet personal) touch. You made our stay memorable, easy and so very comfortable. Ate at Yuki Arashi and Chimayo. Fabulous restaurants. Thanks again, Thea.

Great slopeside condo

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in the Grand Summit. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed, with terrific views of the valley and mountains. The slopeside location also was excellent, and the Grand Summit has great amenities — including a large, heated pool and multiple hot tubs that we enjoyed. Thea was a very accommodating owner and provided lots of helpful info about her condo and the area. We would happily return for another vacation.

This was our first time staying at the Canyons. The location of the condo was perfect. The lift was just outside the door of the property. I was slightly hesitant when booking as there were not many photos. However, I felt like we hit the jack pot when we walked through the door. Everything seemed to be brand new. The living area was spacious and had a great view. We enjoyed using the heated pool and hot tub as well as having apres ski at the resort restaurant. We would definitely book this condo again.

Stay at the Grand Summit

You can't beat the location! Golfing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, are right outside the door . . . literally. Thea does a great job making sure everything is well coordinated and you can't beat the property. With the renovation coming, the property will only improve! We come back every year, and the first one I contact is Thea, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic location!

We came to Park City for 3 days of skiing. The condo location is extremely convenient, ski in/ski out and has a stop for the free city bus just outside the resort. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The resort offers several amenities for non-skiers, and has nice restaurants near by. We had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon!

Family Trip to Park City!

WOW! Great location and great skiing. Thea was wonderful to rent from. She kept me up-to-date on what was going on at Park City, was easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to rent from. Her place was perfect for us. We are a family of 6 of the Condo work great for us. Amenities were great as well. Ski check, heated pool, and wonderful front desk service. Thea also provided recommendations for dinner and transportation. We'll be back!

Quick Ski trip with Business Partners

I was in charge of arranging a place to stay and I can tell you that my associates said " you nailed it". The room was very well appointed with plenty of room and most importantly right at the gondola for easy access to rent skis. We did venture out to Park City one night but we mainly enjoyed the restaurant and bar at the hotel. The most impressive thing for me personally was the customer service from renting the condo at first and then the exceptional front desk service which we relied on daily. I will come back and do this again first chance.

Family vacation for 7

Thea did a great job communicating with our family prior to our arrival and during our stay when we had questions. The property was well maintained, clean and in a perfect ski-in Ski-out location adjacent to the gondola and a ski lift. The property is part of a hotel with full amenities so you have the comfort of a very nice hotel along with the privacy and conveniences of a self-contained apartment. Great spot and wonderful family trip. I would have no reservations recommending this exact property to a friend or going back again as a family.

Great Grand Summit, The Canyons Experience Again!

Thea is GREAT to work with. I have rented from her at least four times now and she is the first choice that we consider when booking our annual vacation to Park City. She is a great communicator and will do whatever she can to accommodate our schedule, even coordinating with other owners if her unit is not available. In my opinion, this is one stop shopping. the accommodations and skiing are second to none.

Excellent

We have stayed at the grand summit multiple times. The grand summit cannot be beat for convenience. It is steps to the gondola, ski lifts, ski school, etc. One huge benefit of being located so close is being able to walk the kids downstairs to ski school then come back up to your room and get ready at a more relaxed pace. Plus, there are all the benefits of a full service hotel and spa. Since this Unit is a corner there is a nice view along with two baths and a full kitchen, which was key for our teenagers. The units are otherwise all fairly uniform in decor, but very nice accommodations. We stayed Jan 2013. Owners very easy to work with and exceptionally responsive. Canyons has incredibly diverse terrain for the whole family. We keep going back.

I really love telling people about all the local spots you might not find on your own and how much there is to do in every season. There is something for everyone and plenty of it whether you're into skiing, snowboarding, Sundance, sports, nature, galleries, fine crafts or just taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Closest to the lift! Only a few steps off the lobby to the heated quad chair. Gondola is on the other side of our building, too. Fantastic skiing. Spa on site. Poramic vista views. Spacious rooms.Park City though most famous as a winter destination since the 2002 Olympics is truly also a 4-season destination. It's the gateway to the Uintas Mountains of the Wasatch Range...filled with trails, lakes and hidden destinations. There is no major ski resort town in the US that is closer to a major airport than Park City is to Salt Lake Airport...just 35 miles and all highway. Salt Lake Airport is a hub for Delta, Southwest, Jet Blue and others....so you can get here very easily on nonstop flights.

The Grand Summit was designed as home away from home for the owners and all the condos are privately owned yet lovingly maintained by the GS staff. The windows are huge so you have expansive views in panoramic fashion from just about everywhere. Proximity to the Canyons gondola is literally steps outside the lobby doors. Guests routinely open the door, step into my condo and say 'Wow!'

Perched on a hillside, there's a wonderful feeling from within and without the Grand Summit. You'll get everywhere in minutes. As my guest, indoor parking is included and the punctual PC transit stops in the driveway to get you everywhere in minutes. Main Street is one entertainment and dining hub in PC. You're less than 10 minutes away to enjoy The Redstone Center and Newpark with the Canyons plaza in walking distance.

Movies? The Blockbuster close to Albertson's Market has row after row of every film screened at Sundance Film Festival going back countless years ...where else can you browse and rent those titles for your stay-in nights?
