Amazing ski in/ski out experience

We had a great time at the Canyons! Mitch’s place is exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, convenient to the mountain (literally steps). And Mitch was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Easiest owner to deal with

we have rented from Mitch twice now.. both times, he has gone out of his way to make the reservation process as easy and painless as possible..and to let us know about special rates and programs available at the Canyons.. whehter it be private ski instruction... or where to get discounted lift tickets... you are getting more than just a really amazing condo...

Great Christmas ski week with family

Room size, location, and features were perfect for a family of 5. Mitch was very helpful in suggesting transportation and ski rentals. Grand Summit is a great resort.

Perfect Park City Trip

We had a great time staying at Mitch's place in the Grand Summit. Everything was clean and easy. The hotel also provided clean linens quickly and were very accommodating in our needs. They were very great about COVID protocols. Beware that the washer and dryer is not in the unit. I did not realize it was a shared laundry room for the hotel instead of our own units in the room. Would definitely rent here again. Mitch's communication was always super responsive. Thank you for a great vacay!

Perfect!

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo in early December of 2011. It was a last minute trip for us, and Mitch was very accommodating and made things really easy. He quickly sent emails with our confirmation and we had several quick back and forth emails just to make sure everything went smoothly. He was also kind enough to set us up with a great ski instructor and offered to help us with lift tickets if needed. As for the condo...very upscale, spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room for all of our gear, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We loved being near the pool and hot tubs and the spa facility itself looked fabulous, although we didn't have any treatments. We did use the hot tubs every night, and they were awesome! When finished soaking, we jumped from the hot tub to the heated pool and swam to the indoor entrance so we didn't have to brave the cold wind. The resort...super convenient to everything....in fact, the most convenient. The orange bubble really is right outside, and the ski valet was great. It's also only steps from the gondola, so we used that a lot as well. Valet parking was great, and front desk staff went above and beyond to answer our questions. One restaurant was undergoing renovation while we were there, but it looks like it's going to be nice. We did eat at The Farm which was 30 yards from the back door, and the food was wonderful. We also tried a few other places in the village and they were all really good. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner instead of worry about driving. We found several nice bars for a quick drink and appetizer in the evenings and didn't see lots of crazy party animals. Of course, I was also in that comfortable bed by 9:30 every night! We did feel immediately guilty upon entering our room for not bringing our kids. It's really the perfect place for a family to stay, and we look forward to returning with the kids. Oh, and the skiing (although pathetic in early December on this particular year by Utah standards) was still really great. Even with limited open terrain, we found plenty to ski every day and loved the trails and variety. It's truly gorgeous, and we had a perfect vacation! Many thanks!

Great Experience

Beautiful spacious unit (made up of three attached units), even better than pictured. Hotel amenities fantastic with a very attentive staff. Highly recommended. Owner very easy to work with.

The accomodations exceede...

The accomodations exceeded all of our expectations. Our entire family stayed over the Christmas week and we never felt crowded. On New Years Eve, three extended families came over for games and revelry and the unit easily accomodated all of us. Unit was clean, comfortable and up to date in all respects. Pool, spa and fitness center were awesome. Gondola was right out the door and owner assisted us in obtaining discounted lift tickes,ski rentals and dining. Can't wait to go back.

We always enjoy the Grand Summit. This unit was great. It was spacious and overlooked the pool. Mitch was very easy to deal with and Thank you, we really enjoyed ourselves. We'll probably be in touch for future stays!

My family and I recently ...

My family and I recently stayed at Sundial Lodge Unit C214. Sundial Lodge is very nice and appears to be fairly new construction. The Condo unit itself was clean, comfortable and provided everything necessary for our stay (heated tiles in the bathrooms were nice). The Lodge was steps away from the ski shops (including the equipment rental store), ski school and gondola. It could not have been more convenient for us. The Lodge also had a free shuttle that ran to and from Park City. Overall, I rate the accomodations and its accessibility to the ski school and slopes as excellent. I highly recommend it, particularly if you have kids that will be in ski school.
