¡Reserve unas vacaciones inolvidables en Park City, Utah!

Se han actualizado dos condominios de más de 1600 pies cuadrados para su disfrute. BR # 1 y BR # 2 tienen una cama queen y BR # 3 tiene dos camas individuales. Todas las BR tienen televisores. La sala de estar (con CATV y DVD) tiene una chimenea de gas y acceso a un patio a nivel del suelo con una parrilla de gas. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos pequeños y una lavadora / secadora. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis y da al patio abierto ajardinado. Hay estacionamiento para dos autos con un lugar cubierto. Se proporciona acceso inalámbrico a Internet para su conveniencia.

No se puede superar esta ubicación de Park City. La parada de Shuttle gratuita está a unos pasos y te transporta a cualquier parte de la zona. Perfect spot for 6

This was a great clean and roomy place with all the necessary amenities, covered parking, and easy access to the Park City mountain base that was about a 15 minute walk. Less than five minutes to the shuttle stop to access downtown and the other bases. Grocery store also 5 minute walk. Communication with host was quick and easy and they accommodated us for a late check out due to our late flight, which was much appreciated! Would stay again.

Perfect for our needs

My wife and I, our two adult children and their spouses and their children (one 22 months and and on 3 months) all traveled several hours by car to meet in Park City for four days over New Years. Suzanne was great to work with and check in was a breeze The unit is only four blocks from the Park City mountain lift and a fifteen minute walk to old town Park City. The unit was perfect for our group, with room to spread out. The master bedroom is remote from the other two. We cooked all but one of our meals in and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with all the pots, pans, bowls and gadgets we could ever use. The unit was clean and comfy. If you have toddlers bring a child gate for the stairs. Nice to have two parking spots, one covered. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Park City ski trip

Nice property - roomy, clean and fit all of our needs. Five stars to property owner/manager Suzanne. Park City closed for skiing an hour before we arrived due to COVID, and she adjusted our trip very perfectly. Could not ask for anything better. Prompt and responsive throughout the trip which had to be adjusted.

Wonderful Home Base for Epic Snowboarding Weekend

We had a fantastic time at this great location. The home was clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, free bus and simple walk to Park City lift for adults (with kids & gear hop the free bus). We also enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool at the club house which was a quick walk away. Looking forward to going back again in future seasons.

Excellent location and very well appointed condo.

The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is newly remodeled and had everything we needed to make meals at home. Restaurants in park city are good but very expensive so it was nice to be able to combine meals out and meals at home. There was a hiccup during our arrival but Suzanne made sure to more than make up for the inconvenience and was very gracious to us. One of those miscommunication things that I’m pretty sure won’t happen again. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and Cozy

We had a great trip to Park City. The condo is close to everything...the market, the shuttle bus, Old Town Main St. Suzanne (owner) was very responsive to all our questions. The condo was fully stocked with everything one would need for vacation. We were 6 people and never felt as if we were on top of each other. We really enjoyed our stay.

Much larger than the pictures show!

The property was very clean and loved the large layout! We were there with 4 kids and we had plenty of room. The location is close to tons of shopping and to the ski lodge. There's a fully stocked kitchen so we were able to cook most nights. With the grocery store right across the street, quick trips were not a problem. A bonus was having a large area for the kids to play right out the back door! Suzanne was very attentive and kind and checked in on us periodically. I would definitely recommend staying at this property! We will be going back for sure :)

Location, location, location

The perfect spot...steps to both the base of PC and a Fresh Market. Incredibly comfortable home....so much attention to detail (towels in baskets, labels throughout for ease of use etc.). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay...felt like home!!! Will be back....especially now that Park City is connected to Canyons.

A fine place for a ski trip

This townhouse was very comfortable, with three bedrooms separated from each other. There was no noise from neighbors. The location is quite convenient, both for getting to ski bases and to Main Street.

Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Functional, convenient location, and in working order; well stocked for any kitchen/linen needs. Development hot-tub/pool in excellent condition and about 50 yards away. Bus stop to slopes about 100 yards away. Suzanne (owner) was readily available to troubleshoot any operational hiccups and committed to supporting us through our stay. Traveled with 3 adults and 4 children - 3rd adult stayed on the couch in the den area. Only complaint is that heat/cool was a bit imperfectly balanced throughout the unit (first vs second floor), but manageable.

Ideal location for skiers.

This condo was ideal for our family trip, with three bedrooms and 3 generations, we all had space. While the kitchen is not ideal for people who love to cook, it has what one needs to prepare hearty meals for hungry skiers, there is a nearby hot tub for sore muscles, and the location cannot be beat. Suzanne was helpful and responsive, we loved our stay.

Park City Pleasure

Thank you for a great ski holiday trip! The condo was in a great location and super functional for our large family. We had a car, but the transit stop was just down the block and you can get anywhere without renting a car, if needed. Amenities were numerous and your unit was very clean and comfortable. Minor issue was fixed and dealt with in a timely manner. Definitely will recommend to friends, family, and others.

First Time Visitor to Park City - Perfect Location!

Overall - an excellent experience. Location was ideal - very central with convenient access to resorts (PCMR, Deer Valley and Canyons), downtown Park City and shopping. Suzanne was awesome to work with and the condo was clean and comfortable. Traveled with my wife and three sons (ages 21, 18 and 15) - plenty of space for everyone. Have already recommended to friends and will definitely stay there again when we return.

Perfect Place in a Perfect Spot.

My wife and I and 2 other couples enjoyed an incredible weekend in Park City. The condo could not have been in a better spot with easy access to downtown, restaurants, grocery stores and most important the ski resort. The condo was comfortable, clean and totally outfitted with everything we needed. While we had a car, the local FREE bus was easily accessible right outside the condo and we took advantage of it several times. The owner's provided all sorts of information about the sites and local attractions in and around Park City which was very helpful. We would highly recommend renting this condo and we will certainly look to make this an annual trip.

We had a great time In Pa...

We had a great time In Park City and thought your condo was a great place to stay. It is convenient to just about everything. Had a wonderful time in Park City, skiing was great, got 8-10 inches of new snow while we were there. Really liked skiing at Deer Valley the one day we skied there. Wish we would have done that earlier in the week.The condo was nicely appointed and everyone really liked it. One of the things we didn’t like, and I know you have addressed, it is the buildup on the dishware from the hard water. We have found a product that can be used, we have very hard water here, and it seems to work really well is something called lemon shine (or something like that). It gets rid of all that buildup. Use it a half dozen times or so and it should even leave the inside of the dishwasher sparkling clean. Other than that we really liked everything else about the condo and will certainly consider renting it again should we go back to PC.Thanks for all your help in getting ready for our trip. It was quite convenient and we really appreciate it.

SLC International Airport is about 35 minutes away and this makes is easy to gather with family and friends scattered around the US. You'll have mountain views and super quick access to everything a visitor needs.

Our property stands out with its great value. The nightly rate is very competitive and the condo is kept up to date. It is our second home -- not simply a rental. We use the condo intermittently throughout the year ourselves. You can be sure the beds are comfortable and that there are enough plates and forks, etc. :)
