A Kings Lodge está ubicado en las estribaciones de Cove Mountain (justo afuera del Parque Nacional Smoky Mountains) en 7 acres. No hay colinas para subir y es muy accesible en los meses de invierno. Estamos a 10 minutos de Paloma Forja y 10 minutos a la entrada del parque nacional. Hay una mesa de billar, air hockey y futbolín para entretenimiento en el interior junto con wifi y televisión por cable. Juega unas zapatillas para caballos con el nuevo foso para herraduras que se acaba de instalar y disfruta de un bonito fuego en la hermosa área de la fogata.
La cabina cuenta con 5 hermosas habitaciones, 3 con baños en suite. Hay una sala de juegos / litera adicional con 6 juegos de literas. Hay 5 1/2 baños en total. El comedor abierto tiene muchos asientos para un grupo numeroso y es un excelente lugar para organizar divertidas cenas familiares. Hay una nueva lavadora y secadora también.
Manejamos Blairs Valley Ranch al otro lado de la calle del albergue, por lo que estamos disponibles en cualquier momento. Puede contactarnos sobre cualquier cosa que necesite.
El barrio es todo acerca de Ubicación Ubicación Ubicación !! En A Kings Lodge, estás en las estribaciones de las montañas humeantes con impresionantes vistas de la montaña Cove. Aquí no tendrás cabinas apiladas una encima de la otra. Serás la única cabina con más de un acre de tierra para jugar, correr, lanzar el balón y divertirte al aire libre mientras haces barbacoa. Si tienes niños pequeños, no hay cubiertas altas u otros peligros de seguridad. Usted está a 10 minutos de la entrada al parque en la primavera de Lyon, a 10 minutos de Pigeon Forge y a 20 de Gatlinburg. The retreat was absolutely beautiful! We held a small wedding while we were staying there and I could not have asked for a more perfect place! David and Erin answered any questions we had before and during our stay with quick responses. Very very clean and area is well taken care of! We all had an amazing time! The views are absolutely beautiful!

We rented this cabin for our church group. The place was phenomenal. The pictures don’t do it justice. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was close enough to town without being on top of everything. Great communication from the owners. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for kids

Cabin was great and plenty of flat ground for the kids to burn off some energy and play outside. Also, the location is nice when a few people in the group aren't fans of heights

Perfect place for a family vacation or having a wedding

We had my daughters wedding here and the owners could not have been better host. They truly are exceptional and helpful in every way. The lodge fit our needs perfectly for our large group. All our guest commented how great the wedding and lodge was. Thank you Thank you Thank you. PerfectA+++++++

Church retreat

A King's Ranch was an awesome place to stay for our youth group trip. The room with the 12 bunk beds was perfect for our guys while the girls enjoyed the rest of the house. Plenty of room for 20 people, and so much room outside to spread out. The place was very clean with all the things we needed for our retreat. I would absolutely recommend place to anyone. It was fantastic and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant and low key

Worked very well for our family, 5 couples and 12 kids from age 6-18. The kitchen/dining area was smaller than anticipated but we made do with the children eating outside on picnic tables. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go back sometime!

The best wedding stay and venue

I cannot rave about A Kings Lodge or Erin and David enough. We found and booked the Lodge for our destination wedding and it did not disappoint. Erin was super helpful through the planning process and during our entire stay. Our wedding party (and us) loved staying at the lodge and it was more than enough space for all of us. Don’t think twice about booking A Kings Lodge. Just do it. We will be back, that’s for sure.

Beautiful rustic setting for our family reunion.

A Kings Lodge was the perfect spot for our gathering of 5 families. We had 10 adults and 6 children. The older children absolutely loved the "bunkhouse" bedroom....they named it the FUN ROOM! We had so many laughs around the campfire each night.... wonderful memories were made for all of us. Thank you, David and Erin..... you couldn't have been nicer to us.

Beautiful location and very convenient

We have been traveling to the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area for Thanksgiving each year for the past three years. This year we booked this beautiful property and couldn't have been happier. The location was great, close to the things we wanted to do but away from it all at the same time. The house was beautiful and had tons of room and all the things you would need for a week long stay. The animals over at the ranch were fun for our kids to go and visit, and we had chickens in the yard that came to see us as well. My son and I played football in the huge back yard. The whole place was great. Highly recommended for anyone coming to the area. In fact, we wanted to book it again for next Thanksgiving but it was already taken!

Great place for a large group

The house was able to sleep 19 of us !!! Ranging from 1 yrs old to 45 yrs old, we need lots of places to sleep. The house had a great room for all the kids to play and sleep. And plenty of rooms for the adults to get there own room and bathroom. It had a great big back yard for the kids to run and play , while the adults could sit by the fire and socialize . Kitchen had lots of place to sit and eat when the weather would no allow us to be outside . The host was great to deal with and the kids loved to visit his Farm across the street. It was a wonderful place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay .

Amazing family trip

I highly recommend King's Lodge for a family vacation especially if you have children. The property is large with lots of space for the kiddos to run and play including space in the backyard to set up a kickball game. The kids loved the animals and we made multiple visits daily to see the chickens and horses (there may have been tears when we had to say good-bye to some favorite horses). The location was perfect with easy access to the National Park and the ability avoid the craziness of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (but close enough if you want that). The house was clean and large enough for a large family with 3 generations all on different schedules. We would recommend it for anyone.

Three Generations Huddle in the Lodge

The location of the King's Lodge is ideal for a multi-generational family retreat. The yard surrounding the house is flat, so both the elderly and the babies can walk with fewer accidents. The environment is peaceful with the Smoky mountains looming above the valley and the quiet neighborhood. Blairs Valley Ranch operates across the road from the lodge, and all the children in our family loved seeing the chickens roam freely and hearing an occasional rooster crow. We fed watermelon to the chickens and carrots to the horses. Our family does not gather in vacation venues often, and my experience in reserving lodging facilities is limited. This was my first time using the VRBO listing service. I used a phone number that I found online to communicate with the owner, and I discovered too late that I should have used the VRBO chat platform. We found the space at the lodge to be perfect for our group of 19 ( 3 of our intended group of 22 had conflicts). Though the space was great, we also found the cleanliness in two rooms to be inadequate. The kitchen countertops had not been cleaned, and the carpet in the bunk/game room had not been vacuumed. Roaches scattered every time we opened the left cabinet doors. I reported the roaches, and the owner was surprised, as no other tenant had ever mentioned them. We did have fun reconnecting, but two of us contacted poison ivy from the gazebo. So, be alert.

We loved our time in The Valley

We loved the amount of flat outdoor space for the kids to run around. Large fire pit. Large bunk room. Picnic tables to eat outside. Hosts were helpful and accommodating and so kind. We did the farm experience and enjoyed watching each child’s smile as they connected with Arrow and tried out the saddle for themselves. Kids loved eating eggs they gathered themselves. We used the hot tub a few times. Kitchen is a little small for such a large party, but well stocked. Lovely property with history and beauty!

Wonderful stay at A Kings Lodge! The property was perfect for our group of four adults and 14 girls. Beautiful setting with room to run. David, our host was very accessible and answered our questions promptly. He was even kind enough to invite the girls to come see the animals at his ranch across the street. Everything was perfect. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend for groups.

A Kings Lodge was one of the original farms here in Wears Valley, owned by the King family for over a century, this property has so much history and stories to it. Our main Lodge is the largest lodging option on property, we can sleep up to 22 guests which makes it perfect for large families or groups. The gigantic flat yard that surrounds the lodge is such a bonus to let kids run around and play and not have to worry about being on a steep mountain side or deep in the woods. We also have some of the best most dramatic views in the smokies...it's just breathtaking! Our farm is a huge draw for our guests, wether you want to take a walk and enjoy the scenery or feed carrots to one of our friendly horses, having access to our 24 acre farm really elevates your experience. We also have potbelly pigs, goats, sheep and chickens, plus we have farm fresh eggs!
