Crestview Estate is your luxury escape in the Smokies with oversized rooms, a thoughtful design, and more than enough space for all the extended family to make picture perfect vacation memories. When you walk in a large foyer greets you with a long bench seat and 16 shoe cubbies for everyone, along with 25 custom forged railroad spike coat hooks. On the other side of the foyer is a wood burning fireplace with cozy leather loveseat flanked by two overstuffed armchairs overlooking the sunken living room with its three full sized power recliner couches, three bar top tables, and bar stools to ensure everyone has a seat. The massive 20 foot long dining room table can comfortably seat 16 adults plus kids. At the end of the house is every kid`s dream: a bunk room with arcade game room, wall mounted games for every age, board games, and the movie theater with 85` HDTV flat screen, theater chairs, bean bags, and a couch that can convert to a queen sleeper. The horseshoe bunk bed setup with four twin over two full bunkbeds can sleep everyone comfortably. Enjoy the views from the floor to ceiling windows in the upstairs master bedroom with a king size bed, full sized couch, massive walk in closet, private balcony, and en suite bathroom with glass door shower and jacuzzi tub. The upstairs double queen bedroom also has its own private balcony with sweeping views. The third upstairs bedroom has a king bed and the same floor to ceiling windows with views galore. Downstairs there is another double queen bedroom with direct deck access. The downstairs master with king bed, en suite full bath, and direct deck access. The Crestview Lounge can be accessed either via the deck or by heading out the front door and using the separate entrance. Inside you will find a custom made bar and barstools, commercial ice machine and beverage refrigerator, darts, pool table, and massive 85` HDTV, along with two additional flat screen TVs behind the bar, the perfect place to watch the game... or even three games at once! The Lounge also serves as the seventh bedroom with a large sectional sofa with queen sleeper, and its own full bathroom. The heated pool has a photo-worthy 10-foot long window where you can look out into the yard from under water, or get that great underwater picture to post online and make all your friends jealous! The deck also has numerous sitting areas, a separate hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with prep counter, six-burner stainless steel grill with infrared burner, and dedicated beverage cooler. The grounds seem to go on forever, both secluded and open, with a path down to the private pond. Once you stay in your own private luxury estate, you will never want to cram into a cabin again!

What we DON`T guarantee:
-We don`t guarantee to be as cheap as smaller properties with `more bedrooms` in Wears Valley or way-out Sevierville where everyone will feel cramped.
-We don`t guarantee that this clean and well-maintained mansion in the Smokys will feel like a brand new home built in 2025. Yes, it will be clean, yes, it is updated, but it isn`t brand new. Every deck board isn`t straight, every paint color isn`t the latest trend. If you want the best location, 5 minutes from the strip, clean, set up for multiple families to gather together, this is it. If you want brand new, this ain`t it.
-We don`t guarantee you wont see a single bug or spider, especially outside... this is a 7,000 square foot home, in the woods, on 5 acres. We use professional pest control, but nature exists, cobwebs can form overnight.
-We use a professional cleaning pool service that cleans and sanitizes the pool and spa, and we guarantee a clean and sanitary pool and spa. We don`t guarantee that a leaf won`t blow in between the cleaning and your check in. We do guarantee to resolve any issues.
-We don`t guarantee if you nitpick in bad faith or try and threaten us with bad reviews that we will give you some part of your money back. If you can`t afford to book at the rate you see, please do not book. We guarantee to fix real problems, we don`t guarantee to give you money for frivolous complaints or for extorting us for reviews. We don`t play that game, and it`s sad we even have to write this. Making threats against our family income to save a couple bucks on a vacation you could never afford isn`t good for the rental community, and it isn`t good for your soul. We are a family, sharing our family home with your family. If you come to enjoy it, we will do everything humanly possible to make sure you have a good time.
