Relajarse y reducir la velocidad en la punta de la aguja Point. La comunidad más baja densidad en condominio Perdido Key con más de 900 pies de playa privada con poca gente. Esta unidad superior en el tercer piso frente al golfo cuenta con un balcón grande recientemente renovado con un maravilloso panorama del golfo. Esta unidad tiene las mejores vistas de la playa en Needle Rush. El maestro junto a la playa tiene una cama king de lujo, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen, una cama doble y una litera. El salón tiene un sofá cama también. Un tamaño completo lavadora y secadora, 3 TV, conexión Wi-Fi, reproductor de DVD, 2 cuartos de baño completo, cocina totalmente equipada, y un bar cumplen las comodidades para facilitar la vida de vacaciones. La unidad se actualizó recientemente con una nueva gama, microondas, alfombras en las habitaciones, sistema HVAC y un gran televisor en la sala de estar. (no se muestra en las fotos)
El complejo cuenta con una gran piscina junto al golfo y una segunda piscina junto al río. Un astillero privado seco, mojado muelles / muelle de pesca, la cubierta de observación río Ole, pistas de tenis privada, zona de barbacoa, y jardines exuberantes motivos ecológicos satisfacer sus instalaciones vacacionales de playa. Compras, entretenimiento, y muchos restaurantes están cerca, incluyendo la Flora-Bama Roadhouse que es un fácil caminar por la playa.

Great place!

We had a great time in this well appointed condo. Parking is great, location is perfect - close enough to shops and resturants for convenience but far enough away that its quiet. Thebeach was perfect!

Great vacation

The condo was exactly as it was listed and photographed. Well stocked with all essentials. Quite and family friendly small complex. Third floor so be ready to climb the stairs. The owner was very attentive. We will be staying here again!

Quiet place with an awesome view.

We went in the first week of August so it wasn’t crowded. The condo had everything we needed. Mr. Terrell was very helpful and we didn’t have any problems. The view was awesome and we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely go back to this location.

We throughly enjoyed staying here. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. It has everything you need. Plus a beautiful view of the ocean while overlooking the pool. The condos also have access to the bayside, which was perfect for fishing off the docks in the evening. We were pleasantly surprised that the beach was not more crowded especially since we were there over Memorial weekend. And it’s a small walk down to Florabama for music on the beach if that’s your thing. We will definitely be back and recommend this condo for a nice getaway.

Great 4th of July visit to Perdido Key

Tim and Diane were awesome hosts and their property is awesome. We spent the week at their condo and had a great time enjoying everything they had to offer. Watching 4th of July fireworks from the beach was a blast (no pun intended). We saw fireworks from as far away as the Hangout to the West and Pensacola to the East. What an amazing sight! We walked for ice cream one night, and if we wanted to, could have easily walked to the Flora-Bama. We were there during one of the busiest weeks of the season, and yet, the beach area is so large, we were not crowded at all. We enjoyed eating lunch on their balcony over looking the beach and hanging out there at night (the string of lights was the kids' favorite thing to have on). We travel with 3 teenagers, and the sleeping arrangements in the bedroom were great! Everyone had comfy place to call their own at night and during "down time" after lunch. :) Tim and Diane were so helpful and easy to communicate with. We had a special request and they were able to work with us to make this request a reality. I don't think I can say enough about their hospitality and open communication. We try to make 1 beach trip as a family each year, and normally try to stay in Orange Beach. The location at Needle Rush Point is hands down better than anything in Orange Beach and I know that we will attempt to book with Tim and Diane the next time we travel to the area. If you are looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy the beach, book a stay at this condo, you will be glad you did.

Great location and communication with property owner. Condo was as advertised. Only complaint would have been the beds had sand in the sheets upon our arrival so we had to wash everyone’s sheets before the first night.

Loved our stay

We had a wonderful time and loved this property. Very comfortable condo for our family of four. Beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Tim, the owner, was exceedingly helpful in every way and always available with questions. If we get to come back this way again, this is where we’d like to stay -hands down!

Perfect vacation spot!

The condo exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean, and everything we needed was stocked. The beach view was perfect, and the pool was clean, large, and closeby. We loved the larger balcony, which opened onto the master bedroom. I would stay here again over a high-rise in a heartbeat. The lack of crowds at this beach made a hugh difference. This was a very nice place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

The condo needs updating, but that did not stop us from having a great month. I would consider renting it again.

perfect fall break

The property has beautiful views and is very comfortable. The second room has 2 full size bunk beds and one queen. Great use of space! Good communication with the owner. Highly suggest this rental!

Perfect get away!

Beautiful views! Plenty space for myself & 2 kids. Family friendly. Clean. Safe. Easy communication with owner. It’s not too close to high rises & the beach isn’t crowded! The ice machine doesn’t work in freezer. I would have bought ice on my 1st grocery run if I’d of known. But the Tom Thumb is super close, no big deal. Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven! We hope to return sooner than later!

Restful and very nice

The condo was very comfortable and view was nice. The only complaint was all my fault for being too OLD. LOL A 72 year old has a hard time with 3 flight of stairs. I do recommend this condo highly.

The owner was great to work with. Condo was great and roomy for our group of 5 with room for a couple more. The ocean front view was amazing & the beach was not crowded at all!! Perfect place for families. We will certainly stay here again!

Amazing!

Plenty of room for all of us with the bunk beds and big master bedroom. The living room has a pull out couch. The condo was very clean and accommodating. The view from the balcony was incredible and an amazing place to relax. The private beach was a very short walk from the condo and not crowded at all.

We love the the low-density and natural environs of Needle Rush Point. The boat access to Ole River creates great adventures to explore and enjoy the back-bays from Orange Beach to Pensacola.
