We rented a one bedroom unit and about a month before our stay we were told the hvac system wasn't working correctly so we were then given a 2 bedroom unit! The unit was very clean, very organized, attention to detail was very clear. The unit was great, pool was great, stay was great!! Would stay again!

Everything was great and I’d have 5 stars all the way through except the hot tub jets were broken . I wish it had been communicated there was an issue as it was the main amenity we were booking for after long days hiking on the trails, the hot tub was something to look forward to and even though it was there the jets were not working the whole week along with no lights at night to use the hot tub or at least be able to see to use the hot tub . I guess this was just disappointing since we spent so much more to book this place and to get there and find a sign that just says sorry for the inconvenience . I think an adjustment would have been nice or at least a heads up !

Beautiful accommodations in beautiful town!

This is our second stay at this property, and was just as perfect as the first! This property is beautifully furnished, clean with many thoughtful touches making our stay comfortable. Very close to the park and many restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Road Trip to Zion

This was a great vacation rental for a little road trip to Zion. The property was very close to the park and conveniently located near a bunch of restaurants. We loved utilizing the hot tub after our snowy winter hikes through the park. The little gift basket was a nice touch as well!

Property was as advertised—beautiful and more than enough room for the two of us. The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi on our half of the property was down for repairs, but that happens, and the owner responded to our question about it immediately

Amazing location

Incredibly clean, amazing location and perfectly comfortable. We highly recommend Lafave. This unit specifically provided a great deal of privacy. The pull out couch was actually comfortable — not one of the saggy ones you usually find in rentals. Housekeeping was delightful. The welcome gift was so nice.

Great Condo In Beautiful Place

Really enjoyed our stay at the Zion Suite. The condo is very modern and wonderfully decorated. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows and nice sofa bed for the kids. The shower is amazing and the private parking space right next to the entrance is super nice.

Beautiful and perfectly located

We had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hosts provided a binder filled with hike and activity suggestions as well as restaurant menus. The kitchen had everything a cook could possibly want. The bathroom was large and beautiful. This apartment worked well for our family of four. The location was very close to Zion and the shuttle routes. Highly recommend!

Great attention to detail

We've stayed at several VRBO homes but this one takes the prize for the best attention to detail. So many creature comforts are anticipated, from scents to Q-tips. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a complete set of bottled herbs! Kathy was very helpful in accepting a FedEx package we had delivered to the Suite. The only slight complication was the smart TVs, which apparently are a little smarter than we are used to dealing with.

It's the little things that count!

After a 16 hour day of cross country travel it is very nice to come to lodging that is well decorated, looks comfortable and has - at ready hand - the small yet well-received amenities. LOTS of coffee for the Keurig, oils for bathing, herbs and spices for meals to be cooked and the list could go on. Steve & Wendy, while not present, showed their 'presence' by giving us a clean and well thought out place to stay. The location itself is very good; plenty of restaurants to which you can easily walk and a quick drive to the visitor center within Zion National Park. Of course, the challenge with that drive is keeping your eyes to the road and not on the spectacular views! Thank you Steve & Wendy for a great stay! Keith & Lynda (aka Diane)

This wonderful place was our base for excursions into Zion throughout the week. With only two units in this small building, there are no problems with parking or privacy. "Check in" was effortless. The front of the suite faces a large natural area with good views of the mountains all around. The suite was extremely clean and spacious for two people. Decor was very modern and featured art pieces from the gallery. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves and grill some dinner on the front deck. We were there in the summer so the A/C was mandatory and worked well. A washer and dryer also helped us out when we got into the river. Location is just south of the town center by shuttle stop 6, right next to some good restaurants and the town liquor store. Bed and bath were deluxe and just fantastic. Some minor issues to disclose: The front deck is not exactly "private", to the left is a large parking lot and some new building was being constructed so we had a work crew out there sometimes. There is also a large trash bin visible there as well. To the right of the deck is a large lawn area where people would frequently congregate. Nothing bad about that, but just not private. Also, in the summer the front deck is basically useless until dusk, the sun bakes the front of the suite in the afternoon. (Blackout shades throughout help the interior) All in all we were thrilled to stay here and would do so again without hesitation.

Perfect Zion Condo

This condo was a perfect stop for Zion. Convenient to the park with shuttle stop outside. Check in process was very easy. Check out process was simple and didn’t require a checklist of things to do/clean. Will definitely stay again.

Great luxury rental in Springdale

This was a brand-new, ultra clean, modern rental unit that was a great base of operations for Zion Nat’l Park. The back patio was an especially nice feature. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Comfortable and convenient

The bus stop to Zion was right off the property which made it very easy. The property was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the air conditioning which was set at 72 and was frigid. It was comfortable around 76/77. The back deck was nice in the evening when it was cooler.
