The Kolob Arch Villa is a 856 Sq ft luxury apartment-style villa located directly in Springdale— the gateway town into Zion National Park.

The Kolob Arch Villa is brand new and part of the ongoing development of LaFave resort at Zion.

The Kolob Arch Villa features modern design and has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4-6 guests.

It has 1 full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower with a European glass door.

The villa features a brand new full size kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, plus a beautiful quartzite island bar.

The living room features a dining table, Smart TV, and a queen sofa bed. A full size washer/dryer is included.

The private covered patio with grill offers stunning views of the soaring red sandstone cliffs of Zion.

Beautiful home in an ideal location! Just steps from the Zion Tram, with so many things to do and see within easy walking distance. Communication with the property management team was excellent—they were responsive and quick to answer any questions. The home was very clean and especially well-suited for those with ADA needs. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Super clean and great location to town. We could walk to the stores and restaurants easily and also get to the shuttle stop quickly from our place. The property was nice, new, and convenient.

LaFave South in Springdale was the perfect way to experience Zion - our family of five had everything we needed at the tip of our fingers and loved a little bit of luxury after many nights camping. Great location and easy to walk or bike to everything Springdale and Zion had to offer. Perfect stay!

Family trip to zion

Great property , nice location convenient to shuttle line. Be aware south pool is under construction, not a temporary closure from the looks of it. Still, north pool wasn’t a bad walk and a very nice way to wind down the evening.

Beautiful property! We loved the mule deer that were rooming around with one walking through the middle of the parking lot. A bit of a struggle with not having lights in the pool and hot tub due to what I think might have been an upgrade.

Zion Fall Break

Excellent location in Springdale! Property was clean and communication excellent. The condo is an easy walk (little over a mile) to the park entrance or an easy shuttle bus ride. The shuttle bus picks up right outside the property and drops at the park entrance. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Zion!

At the Gateway to Zion

The LaFave condos are top of the line. Everything you need is provided. In walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The bus stop to Zion is just steps away. The only issue with our stay was the lack of pool and hot tub due to the flooding sustained.

Wonderful property! We stayed in a two bedroom, one bath villa. It was super clean and very spacious for our family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked for all cooking needs. The management provided Keurig pods and washing machine pods for laundry which we really appreciated! We also enjoyed spending time on the porch in the afternoon. A great location!
