A sólo una cuadra de la arena, nuestra nueva casa cuenta con terraza panorámica en la azotea con vistas al océano y la bahía, techos altos con grandes ventanas de mucha luz natural, ropa de cama de calidad, y los nuevos aparatos en una cocina totalmente equipada. A una cuadra de la playa, a poca distancia de numerosos restaurantes y salas de degustación. Cerca de Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, San Diego Zoo (8. 5 millas,) Sea World (3 millas) y el centro (7 millas).

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. Literally only a block from the beach. The rooftop has the most amazing 360 view of Ocean Beach! The outdoor shower was such a cool bonus!

Host communication was excellent. House was like staying in shoots and ladders. House is located right across the street from a Liquor store and we were woken up several times by drunken people. Couches were not very comfortable, felt springs and lumpy.

Beach Vacation

Stayed here to spend some time at the beach. Great location, close to the beach and tons of food and drink options. The host was terrific. Overall 5 stars would stay again!

This was such an interesting and fun house! The kids loved it. Our older joints not so much. Lol. The kitchen could use some more things to make it easier to cook. There were no hot pads and only two towels. I imagine most people who stay here don't cook though. Bathrooms had no washcloths. In general things could use some sprucing up. But the property manager was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. The roof deck was amazing! I loved sitting up there and people watching. The beach was an easy walk and I loved seeing all the dogs on the dog beach. The main bed was too hard for my liking, but my daughter thought it was comfortable. The couch also seemed hard. But overall it was a neat experience. We loved the location.

Perfect location for the local vibe of OB. Walk everywhere easily, for more food and drink than you can consume. Rooftop view is unreal. Porch off the kitchen was our go to for hanging out. Lots of stairs and ladders, so that's a consideration if it applies to you. The property is in the nature of OB. Not the super-fancy, but definitely good value once you realize the scene you are in. We're all in our 60's and it suited us well.

Great Place!

Just finished our three-night stay and would have stayed longer! Plenty of space and room to spread out. Check in was easy as was check out. Directions very specific and easy to follow. Great location - close to Ocean Beach. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Thank you!

Fabulous beach house!

Amazing location a block away from the beach, two blocks from the main strip, where all the restaurants are and coffee shops are everywhere! Incredible house, super well stocked kitchen and breathtaking, rooftop patio, would definitely rent again!

Room had bugs crawling across floor, there was a different sofa tan what was advertised and was filthy. Front door inside handle fell of when first entering unit, hand railing support broken. The sliding glass door would lock. The washer dryer had hair and scum in it. We had to clean for we couldn’t find a place to stay the first night and canceled the rest of the stay while we go charger over 400 dollars for cleaning and host fees.

Our group of 7 (including young adults and teens) had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The teens especially loved having their own suite on the lower level. The home itself was full of fun touches and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite features was the rooftop deck which was perfect for watching SeaWorld’s fireworks at night and soaking in the ocean views. Having a bathroom on every level was a big plus, especially with a larger group.The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants (OB NoodleHouse was a favorite) and shops. We made the most of our time here and honestly didn’t want to leave.Already dreaming about coming back!

We're a local San Diego family, a local designer & developer and realtor who along with some friends had a crazy dream of building three prefab homes on the beach to visit with our family from time to time. These three beach houses, built by local San Diego families, are our slice of heaven and proudest achievement. The portuguese cobblestone, an homage to the Copacabana boardwalk is a nod to my Brazilian heritage. We love sharing our homes with the world and our kids love sleeping in the lofts and hanging out on the beach for days on end. We're often staying in one of the homes with our families, our parents, our kids or some friends and would love to meet like-minded vacationers with a love for the beach, fresh air and good times!

Built, designed, and managed by local San Diegan families, the space reflects their love for and investment in the delightful and quirky Ocean Beach community. It is intended to offer individuals, couples, friends, or families a retreat to one of the last true beach towns in Southern California.

Inside, the home is bright, modern, clean, and professionally decorated and furnished. It can sleep 11 people. The first bedroom offers a queen sofa bed, two twin beds in a loft, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and bathroom. In the common space, there is a semi-private sleeping loft with a queen bed, a reading nook with a twin mattress, and another full size sofa bed. The common space has a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a full bathroom.

The home features a large 600 sq ft rooftop deck with amazing ocean views, chairs, loungers, and a BBQ. You won't find anything like it in the area — dine, listen to the waves roll in, or watch an amazing West Coast sunset from your own private space.
