On the Golden Mile, within walking distance of Marbella Town and Puerto Banus, and with direct access to the promenade, this development features lush gardens, swimming pools and 24 hour security.

The Space:
This idealic apartment located in the famous Golden Mile offers direct view on both the pool and sea and has direct acces from the urbanisation to the restaurant are and the beach area.

Guest Access:
Everything in the apartment and resort can be used.

The Neighborhood:
Las Canas Beach is located near the famous Puerto Banus. Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, the local markets, all famous restaurants such as La Sala or Breathe. Being situated close to all amenities means you do not need a car as main transportation.

Getting Around:
Marbella is a very spread out area and the main transportation is a car. We have an underground parking space.

Other Things to Note:
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. The key collection is done via a lockbox. The lockbox is 9 minutes from the accommodation and the instructions are provided one day prior to your arrival.
9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.

Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
