Este condominio es para amantes de la playa que disfrutan de las cosas buenas de la vida. El condominio cuenta con 2 dormitorios / 2 baños y se encuentra en Indian Shores entre Clearwater y St. Pete, a 30 minutos a Tampa.

Si quieres el mejor vacaciones en la playa, lo tenemos todo. Estamos frente al golfo, en el segundo piso, directamente sobre la piscina, con impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México y la arena blanca. Nuestra gran piscina climatizada está directamente en la playa. Para su disfrute contamos con una cancha de tejo, tres grandes parrillas para barbacoa y vóley-playa. Nuestro edificio está bien mantenido. Lo único que tiene que preocuparse de que no se encuentra ninguna de las puestas de sol.

Nuestro apartamento ha sido completamente renovado de arriba a abajo. Tenemos una nueva preciosa cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y totalmente equipados para cubrir todas sus necesidades culinarias. Las habitaciones tienen nuevo rollo y lujosa ropa de cama. Nuestro baño privado cuenta con una ducha a ras de suelo, gabinetes nuevos con encimera de mármol. El condominio cuenta con una nueva capa de pintura con un montón de fantásticos colores de la diversión.

Esperamos que usted puede caber en una visita. Nos gusta compartir nuestro pequeño pedazo de paraíso.

It was our 2nd time staying in this building. Area is easy to navigate and the beach access is easy to get to.

Vacay 2025

We had a great time! Location is great, and the beach is beautiful. The condo is adorable and well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beach chairs and umbrella were awesome to have available. Just a couple minor maintenance things - we communicated a couple already and the property manager responded quickly. These things did not hinder our stay at all. The blinds for the slider are missing a few slats, and the master bedroom mattress will probably need an update soon. Overall the condo is awesome and we would stay again!

Great Condo

Condo was clean on arrival and the check in was easy. Condo has everything you need to make a meal. Beach chairs, a large durable umbrella (there were two umbrellas but the smaller one was broken), and some beach toys were provided. It was not a long walk to the edge of the water and plenty of space to set up late in the morning. Previous places I’ve stayed along the Gulf I had to wake up early to claim a spot. The beach was not busy at all. Plenty of places to eat with 20 minutes, however, our favorite was Beach Pizza Plus right down the street. The only knock was that the mattress in the master bedroom could be replaced. It didn’t affect my sleep though. Speaking of sleep this is the first condo in which I haven’t heard anyone above, below, or to either side of us the entire stay. I would stay here again.

Property is in a great location with many restaurants nearby. Easy walk to get coffee & pastries. Beach is beautiful and great to have the pool on the gulf side of the building. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries. Very relaxing and a great escape for our family of 4. The unit was very spacious & had everything we needed.

fun in the sun

We really enjoyed the condo, but were very disappointed that the pool wasn't open yet. They had told us they hoped it would be ready by then, but no such luck. I understand recovery from the hurricane, however, we were there for 12 days, overlooking the pool, surrounded by construction fencing, and only saw 1 person working on the pool 3 days. It probably will take a long time with that type of effort :( Also when we checked in, the front desk was very specific about parking in our numbered spot. She couldn't find it to show us where and wandered around the parking lot for 5 minutes before saying I think this is it.

Nice place, Great view

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 202. Had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. There was some renovations going on around the building but it didnt immediately impact us. Also most units are switching over from keys to keyless entry - just a minor hiccup or 2 with that. Overall, would recommend.

Pure Bliss

We loved our vacation in Indian Shores, FL. The condo is very close to the beautiful beach, and the sand on this beach is like baby powder, it's the softest I've ever felt. The Condo is great, it's decorated very nicely, the paint colors are perfect, both cheery and calming. The beds are comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family of four (including two adult kids). The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses. It was great not having to constantly wash dishes. The furniture is very comfortable and the view is amazing. We hope to stay here again as soon as possible! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, it is now the standard we'll use to compare all other rentals.

Condo was in a perfect location, beach was SO nice. Pool was big and clean. Condo had everything we needed, front desk staff very nice and friendly. Had beach chairs which was awesome since we flew in. The one and only small thing i would change would be the air conditioner is on the balcony, so it was loud when it was on. We still really enjoyed the balcony though!

Awesome Condo

We stayed here for a week with another couple! Condo was updated, very clean, and fully stocked. The view from the balcony is AMAZING! We spent a lot of time on the balcony, at the pool, and on the beach. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The location of this condo between Clearwater and John's Pass was very convenient. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful beachfront stay

This condo was everything! Loved the view. Super quiet and well kept building with the best beach location! The condo itself has a fully, fully stocked kitchen, two great bedrooms and bathrooms that have been updated and was overall just perfect for a weeklong stay for my daughter and myself. We barely left the beach and spent every night in the comfy living area having movie nights!

Great view!!

The property was comfortable and roomy. We had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive when ever we had questions and the property managers were on site and helpful. The best part was the view overlooking the gulf out our patio doors. The sunset comes streaming right into the kitchen each night. There was construction going on in the building but it was not a problem in this unit. The unit was quiet with very little noise from neighbouring condos. There are laundry facilities on each floor and they were always available when we needed them. Just be aware they are pretty old appliances. But they did the job.

Great family vacation

We loved our stay at the condo, best location and such a beautiful view. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, check in was very easy, and the owner was easily reachable with any questions we had. We loved that the condo was on the second floor, and the balcony was directly over the pool; easy to see my husband and son swimming from the balcony. You can beat the location, literally on the beach, shops, restaurants, and easy drive to Johns Pass boardwalk. Loved that the owner had beach chairs, umbrella, and toys available for us to use. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back for another stay!

Early birthday get away

Had a great time!! Everything as advertised . Clean, comfortable, & right on the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants, and many others 2 to 4 miles away. Would definitely come back. Very easy and laid back vacation!!

Excellent location with large heated pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic gulf views. Love the pelicans flying by and the dolphins swimming up and down the Gulf.
