Spacious 2-bed, 2-bath Sand Dollar 111-GULF FRONT CORNER UNIT

Home Away from Home -Sand Dollar 111 is a CORNER two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 111 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home.

Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local calls is also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom.

Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom.

Loved this unit, very clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and being right on the beach. We stayed in this complex before and the location is great for walking.

Very clean (and I’m picky)! Unit was just as described!! Beautifully decorated and lots of space. Couch was super comfy. There was some construction going on at the complex due to the recent hurricane damage, but Karla was upfront and informative of that prior to booking our stay. Just steps to the beach, and the new pavers and chairs by the pool and hot tub were very nice. We found that the stairs just next to the unit were faster than waiting on the elevator that’s located in the center of the property. The unit is on the first floor, but with covered (owner) parking located underneath on the ground level. Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings, drinking coffee and watching the dolphins play. Unit also had beach chairs and towels for guests to use. Hope to revisit!

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay due to the condos location in a quiet area and proximity to good restaurants. Enjoyed the ocean front pool and view of the beach from the condo. Parking easy and convenient. Condo was spacious with plenty of space to relax and kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking meals indoor. Only downside was Master bedroom mattress was extremely soft and needs replacing. Overall we had a great week!

The best condo on the beach that we’ve ever stayed at. So very very clean, beautiful view, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds and couch were so comfy…really felt like home for a week. Also located on the first floor next to the stairs, so we didn’t have to fuss with the wait times of the elevator. The grounds are very well maintained, pool and hot tub were amazing. Will be staying here again!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our vacation at the Sand Dollar! It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The ocean view was wonderful! I look forward to visiting again.

Great location and quite beach.

We had a fun time! The beach wasn’t busy and the pool and hot tub area was clean and provides a lot of sitting. This condo seemed to have everything back to normal after the hurricanes. Condo provided beach toys and extra blankets which was a nice plus!

Amazing Stay

We had a great time staying at this property. More than enough room for 5 of us and the view was nothing short of spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and relaxing. If we ever head back to this area again, would definitely look to stay here again!

Great view and very nice condo. It was very clean, just above the pool and very close to the beach. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed for the week. Would definitely stay there again.

During Hurricane Helene

My review is based solely on communication with the owners during hurricane Helene. We were not able to stay due to the evacuations. The ownsers were under mandatory evacuation but continued to communicate with us during their own challenges. The owners refunded our trip no questions asked. We cannot stress enough how much it meant to us that they communicated with us every single day leading up to our trip and when we canceled they were so understanding. Im so grateful to these people.. they didnt selfishly take our money and allow us to try and make the trip. They kept us safe.. Thank hou guys so much!

Great for families

This is an older building but it has been really well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. They even provide dishwasher tabs and garbage bags. The property is very secure and the beach is private. There was an umbrella , chairs, and beach towels for our stay which helped a lot with packing the car. This unit has a great view. Would be helpful if the light switches were labeled. Definitely would recommend.

The property listing pictures does not do justice, the property was extremely clean and very fitting. We didnt expect to have the amount of room in the condo this unit offered based on pictures. The views from this condo where amazing. My family and i would love to stay again, we loved it so much.

We had a wonderful time! Great location! Great restaurants nearby. Everyone on site was very friendly. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean!

Great week on vacation!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Nice space and comfortable living quarters. The beach was beautiful and our girls (10 and 6) loved the pool as well. It was nice to have a few sand toys and a little cooler at the condo as well as beach towels. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay again.

Great location! Needs update and cleaning

The resort property was great! The view was spectacular and the balcony is perfect. We loved the beach location as well. Overall the rental was good but it was much dirtier than I expected. The master bathroom didn’t seem like it had had a deep clean in a long time. The shower was gross and dingy. Everything was rusted and dusty as well. We had to keep our shoes on at all times as our feet would turn black from walking around. The rugs were very dirty as well. I loved the layout and the living room and dining room was good but again the kitchen needed a good scrub. Despite all this we had a great time! Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was remodelled or cleaned deeply. Kelli-Ann

Wonderful beachfront location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect for sunrise walks on the beach! The owners have furnished everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The only thing we would suggest for improvement is a new shower curtain rod for the primary bathroom in order to keep the curtain closed while showering.

We have been owners at Sand Dollar since 2005 and currently own units 110 and 111. We love the area and have enjoyed spending time at the condos with family and friends over the years.

This property offers both a heated pool and hot tub, along with a private fishing pier. It's centrally located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg and close to a number of great restaurants.
There is also a rental office on site which is open daily.
