Esta joya de 1395 pies cuadrados se encuentra en más de 13,000 pies cuadrados de propiedad. El patio privado cercado tiene 3 árboles frutales maduros (naranjo y 2 toronjas), pozo de fuego y un patio de más de 1000 pies cuadrados, así como una gran sala de Arizona.

La casa cuenta con 2bds / 2baths plan de piso dividido, con cama King size en master y Queen size en 2do dormitorio. El dormitorio principal tiene un amplio armario con vestidor, el baño principal tiene ducha a ras de suelo y disfruta viendo la televisión de 50 pulgadas en la comodidad de tu cama.

La segunda habitación espaciosa tiene un armario con vestidor y TV de 50 pulgadas y el segundo baño está al otro lado del pasillo.

La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama Queen para invitados adicionales, un televisor de 65 'con reproductor de DVD Blue-Ray y PlayStation 3 con juegos (para los niños de corazón). La casa está equipada con WIFI panorámico.

Great experience!

We enjoyed staying at this comfortable home located in a quiet neighborhood in Peoria. The house has quality furnishings, three TV’s, internet, and Alexa. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could ask for. There is an enclosed porch and a good sized backyard with a table, seating, a barbecue grill (which we didn’t use, and three fruit trees. One minor issue: the mattress in the master bedroom is quite high. My wife has a mobility issue and could not climb into bed, however she was comfortable in the queen bed in the second bedroom.

We really felt at home here

If you want the short and sweet, the property was as pictured and advertised. It is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, which is convenient to shopping and dining. Our host was responsive and accommodating. But if you want the way we really feel, it's hard to find words to say how much we have enjoyed and appreciated our stay here. Among all the things we have enjoyed are the big back yard which our dogs have loved, the delicious grapefruit which lasted through the first month of our stay, the beautiful and comfy living room, the really comfortable bed (and we are picky), and the shower which we would like to take home with us. And in turn, we have appreciated the MORE than fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom amenities, the games, books and movies that were enough to last for a year, and that basically ANYTHING we could possibly want was here. Add to that, our wonderful host who immediately responded to any questions we had. This was a complete package!

Story book home with amazing views!!

Ideal location close to shopping, interstate and Lake Pleasant. Can be to most places within 35-40mins. Amazing sunsets from the back yard watching seven hot air ballon's in the distance!!

The best!

We have stayed in all three of Trish’s homes in Westbrook Village over the past several years and have never been disappointed! We won’t stay anywhere else! The homes are always clean and fully stocked. She even leaves a basket of toiletries in case you forgot something. She also leaves a “welcome” dish of chocolates which I thoroughly enjoy being a chocoholic! Trish is in contact throughout the stay to make sure everything is ok. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Peoria area look no further. Thanks again Trish!!

Westbrook Village - Scent Sensitive Travelers Please Read

This home was centrally located and the perfect size for the 3 of us. Upon entering the house my adult daughter and I were overwhelmed by the strong scent smell. I immediately looked for any plug in air fresheners. I found 6 and each seemed to have a different scent. I put them outside, opened all windows and doors, turned on the fans and we were still over whelmed. When my husband arrived he was just as uncomfortable. I did contact the host and was told that the cleaner uses Fabreeze. That explained a lot. ALL fabrics seemed to have been sprayed. The sofas, any cloth chairs and throw pillows all smelled. We put what we could into a closet and shut the door. The master bed cover still smelled scented. I put it in the wash and realized that the fabric softener and detergent were super scented. I washed the cover two times with a non-scented detergent. Also, all soaps are super scented from dish soaps to hand and body soaps. There seemed to be no continuity with the scents - there must have been over 8-10 different smells. We also have short term rentals and use non-scented products in all of them. Besides being floored by odor the home was fine. There were two heavy clogs in the master bath that I alerted the owner about them and feel that they will be tended to. If you don't mind super scents this home is a good place to stay.

Our 2 time staying here very comfortable and relaxing.

We really enjoyed the backyard. Loved having coffee outside every morning.. Our dog really like the yard and all the birds. The kitchen was great has everything you need.

A cool retreat from the heat.

We so enjoyed our stay here, especially our morning coffee on the back patio while listening to the birds. The home is tastefully decorated and well equipped with many amenities. Tricia was prompt with all communication. We will certainly stay here again.

VERY clean, nicely updated cozy getaway in quiet neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay at the house!! The decor is fabulous and creates a relaxed pampering vibe, home is spacious, very well equipped, and the backyard provides a wonderful mix of shade and sun to help adapt to the afternoon summer heat. We really appreciated the attention to details both inside and out that made our stay so pleasant. We enjoyed picking fruit from the trees in the backyard to add to our breakfast smoothies each day. Our 2 small dogs absolutely loved the fully secured backyard so they could safely run and explore. The neighborhood is quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for during our long weekend getaway. Keeping this one at the top of our list for our next Phoenix getaway 😊

Beautiful

When we arrived the house was ready with a bottle of wine and chocolates. The house was beautiful and clean just the way it looked in all the pictures on the website. Communication with owner was immediate never had any problems at the house . The backyard was perfect for my dogs! I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for something in the perfect area. I traveled to Arizona to visit family and I would stay here again.

We are avid travelers, when we are not traveling we live only 5 minutes from this property. We have 4 cats (much to my husbands dismay), and love pets. We knew that if we had a property it must be pet friendly as we appreciate that your animals are family not just a pet. Recently acquired my Realtor license as well (Tricia)

We looked for years for the perfect vacation rental, when we found Westbrook Village we knew we found it. The neighbors are amazing, friendly and so very helpful. The amenities are amazing, 2 heated pools, hot tubs, library, gym pool tables, tennis courts and 2 restaurants on site!

Newly renovated with a large fenced/walled in private yard. Great for pets and privacy. Enjoy the expansive patio for get together's and enjoying the warm phoenix nights.
