Welcome to this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. This house comes fully furnished. The spacious primary suite (King bed) have patio doors to a private pool to swim in. Temperature of pool will vary depending on temperature outside. Covered patio with grill. There are 2 other bedrooms (Queen/double bed and twin) A large, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a coffee bar! Washer, dryer, two car garage and Wi-Fi. Open living space with comfy couches to watch TV and lots of games to play. There is a security camera in the front & back yard for security reasons. Next to the popular Westgate Entertainment District/State Farm Carinal Stadium/Gila River Coyotes Arena/Peoria Sports Complex – All less than 7 miles away. Close to shopping, dining, hiking Trails. Close to Highway 101 Loop. Near lots of golf courses and baseball. This relaxing home is ready for you with central a/c and heating. I really enjoyed my stay me and my family. It was close to dining attractions and shopping. The house was absolutely beautiful very spacious. The only disappointment I had was that the tub did not work or it wasn’t connected to a waterline but other than that, it was pretty amazing. I definitely would stay here again if I had a chance.

Great location and neighborhood. Home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Outdoor seating area and grill were great to have. Overall we really enjoyed the space for our family!

This house was beautiful. Everything you need to cook. I loved the pool. It was a little cool but was very clean and nice. I was a little worried getting into the pool with a grab handle,but I made. The neighbors were wonderful. It would be great if there was a spot in the backyard to smoke. But i understand.

Lovely home, fantastic location

We spent 10 days in this lovely home with friends. The home was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, knives, coffee maker, Keurig, etc. Appliances were in good shape and worked well. Furniture is comfortable. Having access to the garage is great. Cable TV is excellent. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable seating on the front patio. No steps to get into the home nor on the inside was very nice. The location is fantastic for what we like to do. Very close, like minutes away, to a lot of dining options, golf, shopping, spring training facilities of the Royals and Mariners. Very quiet street and neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The owner communicated very well. Pool is very nice tho not heated. The loungers in the back yard are ready for replacement and a little on the flimsy side so we didn't use them. The grill looked ok, but we didn't need to use it. We were very comfortable at the home and all agreed we would stay there again.

Very nice

We visited Arizona for Spring Training baseball games, and the location was wonderful. It was in a calm and safe neighborhood, and it was close to plenty of bars and restaurants. All 10 ballparks were within 45-50 minutes of the location, so it worked out perfectly. One drawback was that the pool wasn't heated, but we knew that going in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location Northwest of Phoenix

This house was perfect for what we wanted to do which was to ride our bicycles, hike some mountains, eat some great food, soak in some Winter warmth, relax and not get caught up in the Phoenix traffic. There is an excellent paved bike path starting just 3 blocks from the house. There are some great hikes at nearby parks that are moderately challenging and afford great views. There are resturants galore. The house was very comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood and has a beautiful back yard to relax in. Our host was very easy to get ahold of if needed. We had a great trip.

Sun, mountains, & pickleball

This home is centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Arizona this winter. On top of that, we enjoyed staying in the house. The backyard is absolutely lovely, and it was nice walking around the neighborhood.

Great location & clean!

We really appreciated the great pool, clean house & great location. The outdoor space was perfect for people and our pet. It was close to sporting events the Peoria bike trails and parks. The inside was bright, comfortable and had plenty of amenities. Thanks for a great stay.

Micromanaging Owner Making Our Stay Uncomfortable

We are VRBO A+ renters and this is the first unpleasant experience we have ever had. Although the host stated that there are security cameras front and back, we had no idea that she was monitoring them so closely. I had asked that they be shut off during our stay, as we are a couple in our 60's and felt there was no need. Her response was very aggressive and she made it clear she would not turn off the cameras, as she had every right to protect her property. The camera on the back porch had a motion sensor light. We covered it the second night as it was annoying, and she sent an immediate email demanding we uncover it, which we did. She also made comments about the conversation we were having on the back porch at the time. She claims she doesn't just watch her guests' every move, but I did not get that feeling. She also sent pictures of me walking my dog, stating that I did not pay for a dog. I thought I checked the box stating that I have a dog. She says this isn't true. When I rented the property there was a charge at the end for $99 that the host said she would return. She can keep that in lieu of me paying another $100 for the dog. On two occasions, people showed up unannounced, one person letting himself into the back yard. I was taken aback when a strange man was suddenly in the back yard. The pool is advertised as heated, but was not. After notifying her of this, she had a person go to the house and turn the heater on. We were notified about this person, not the other two. On two occasions, we had family members over for a visit and a meal. Her rules state no "events" or "parties" and I didn't feel these visits qualified as either. What her rules should state is that you may not have any guests at the property unless you ask her permission first, as she sent a nasty email with pictures of our guests. There was hair on the floor and cabinets in the bathroom, and we had to wipe out the refrigerator before we could put our things in it. The back porch and pool deck had to be cleaned before we could use the area. I did not complain about any of this because of our unpleasant experiences with this host. The week spent at this property was very stressful and I will never rent here again.

Property was great. Very nice home and well decorated and supplied. Pool was great, spent a lot of time in it. Jessica was very responsive to questions, etc., and very helpful. We would stay at this property again.

Lovely Home

This is a very nicely laid out home. It is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is close to shopping and the 101. The host is very pleasant to deal with and is very accommodating. We really enjoyed our two week stay!

Property was located conveniently close to highway, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Friendly neighborhood. Use of the Swimming pool was not conducive because it was un-heated. ☹️

Wonderful Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay…the pool was a nice place to cool off on those hot summer days while cooking those burgers on the outdoor gas grill. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with wonderful neighbors as we have made some new friends. Very pet friendly. It was a wonderful stay. Thanks again.
