Great for the price

I'd give 10 stars if I could!

The condo we rented was extremely clean when we arrived! We were also pleasantly surprised with the amount of room this condo offered; the pictures didn't do it justice. It was the perfect location, surrounded by the theme parks and right around the corner from Walmart. The pool and waterslides in this gated community were a favorite attraction for our 4 kids. We definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful and relaxing 🙂

Tim and Katie's unit felt just like home. The unit was very warm and welcoming and the Disney accessories topped it off. I didn't need anything but my bags, the unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool is Amazing! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the shower door in the bathroom was really loose and off track. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

It wasn't very clean, needs major updating

It was ok. We didn't feel that the condo was very clean. It wasn't decorated like the video portrayed. It definitely needs a lot of updating and cosmetic work. I liked that it was fairly close to the parks.

We booked a last minute stay and stayed here. We have stayed in this location before, not this specific property. The location was great. The condo was ok. As other stated, the beds were not super comfortable. Since we were only staying a few days we were ok. If I were booking a longer vacation, I would have preferred more comfortable beds. Also, the dining room table was extremely sticky. It was pretty gross as everything we put on their stuck. If I were the owners, I would want the people I used to look after the house to make sure everything was super clean. Overall, we had a good short stay,

Poor Cleaning!

When I first entered condo, everything seemed to be fine. When going to shower, there was no hot water; didn't get service until the morning after. Upon going to bed, linen had not been laundered; dust and hair covered the sheets on one of the queen beds. In the other room, urination was on one of the twin beds. All the bed linen had to be washed before sleeping on beds. Dining area only has seating for five when it should accommodate eight. Kitchen does not have sufficient pots to cook a full course family meal; dishes but no pots. Also, NO teaspoons at all! I don't believe the condo had been checked or cleaned since opened up from COVID.

Enjoyed our stay but unit could use some TLC

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 6 stayed here in Unit 205 from 7/8/23 - 7/15/23. We are actually returning guests to Windsor Hills as we rented a condo here with VCF back in 2016. It is a wonderful location and has a fabulous pool. As for this specific unit (#205) it could definitely use some updating and improvements. As I said, we are a family of 6 so we go through kitchen items pretty quickly. The unit could have had more silverware and glasses. There were no larger casserole/Corelle dishes for making meals, no large pot to make spaghetti, and no hot pads or oven mitts. It just could have used some additional kitchen items. Two of the 3 couches were soiled and could either be cleaned or just replaced. We put a sheet on both so we felt comfortable sitting on them during our stay. The furniture in the bedrooms could use replacing as the pieces were definitely dated. The bed skirt on the master bed was torn. The laundry area could use a good cleaning as there was dust/lint everywhere in the laundry closet area. In looking around the unit, the baseboard areas were just dirty (esp. the corners) and all areas could use a thorough deep cleaning. I think the master shower could have been cleaned a bit better as well. Before our stay, I had requested to have 6 chairs around the dining table when we arrived. I was assured there would be, but when we arrived, there was not. I did immediately call our Director of Guest Relations upon our arrival, and she promptly brought one to us. Overall, the condo was okay, it just needed some TLC. I would use Vacation Central Florida again, as the staff was friendly and attentive and their rental prices are affordable.

If you are expecting clean, you might want to keep looking elsewhere

Arrived on Tuesday to find the linens soiled and the carpet filthy. Contacted property owner. New linens were delivered on Thursday and left on the table. We were notified that someone would be in to clean the carpet on Friday. We checked out this morning and the carpet remained soiled and stained. My family and I visit Disney every Christmas season. These accommondations were by far the most disappointing we have ever experienced.

Reviewer Comments: This location is great if you are going to Disney, but I will look for a different unit if we go back. The unit was not well maintained. Very low water pressure from the sink. Toilet paper only provided in one bathroom. Beds in the secondary bedroom are worn out and the master bedroom was too hard. Silverware needs to be replenished, not enough to set a table. I would not recommend this unit.

Last minute stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this because Storm Ian didnt allow us to go to the keys. The condo was big for 4 people, but overal it didnt meet our expectations from what we are used to in windsor hills.The main bed was very hard, the kitchen was a bit sticky including some plates and cups who werent properly cleaned out.Overal the condo could use some TLC and better cleaning in the kitchen. For what we paid it was ok. We have stayed at 4 locations at windsor hills, and this is cheapest and less attractive location. Aircon was working fine, tv was nice and big, the condo was close to the pool.

Reviewer Comments: El centro vacacional es hermoso, seguro, limpio, ordenado; la piscina está super bien, el departamento q alquilamos era amplio, cómodo, la limpieza podría mejorar, lo único que realmente no dejo mal recuerdo es que dejamos unos audífonos wireless nuevos y no los recuperamos, la gente de limpieza dijo al dueño q no encontraron nada, pero estamos seguros q se quedaron en el depar, de igual forma volveriamos.

Loved it!

Nice place! We loved the neighborhood. I enjoyed my morning walks around the property. We went to the pool everyday. Son didn’t want to leave the pool or splash zone. He enjoyed the castle playground. Everything was close to the property. Will be back here again when we visit Disney again.

Not sure if no one had stayed there in a while or if the cleaning service just didn’t pay attention to details. They was some dust on the commode in the master bath, and a game that was left under the master bed from a previous renter, I assume. The bed gave off the vibe that it was just made instead of washed and then made. But other than those few miner thing everything was great and to put standards!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a gated community, so I felt safe. Also, there was much to do including the pool in the winter. The only downside was the a/c did not work great. You couldn't go lower than 75 so at times it got hot. Some of the furniture was a little worn, and it wasn't cleaned as well as it could be. But none of these reasons would discourage me from recommending. The location from Disney was perfect! About 10-15 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay

The owner was very easy to reach prior to our travel dates, the on-site team dealt with any issues that came up. Great location, close to all amenities and theme parks. This condo was the perfect size for my husband and I.
