Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location, perfect for Disney and Universal parks. Ground floor next to entrance and car parking so very easy when unloading the car. Clean, tidy with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Only thing to note is that there is only a fridge and no freezer so can't freeze ice blocks if using a cool bag for day trips. Otherwise lovely condo I would be happy to use again.

Great property with zero support from property management

This was our fourth year staying at Windsor Hills. We love the property and we’re happy with the size and decor of the room. However, upon arrival after a 12 hour car ride our reservation was not in the system at the resort gate entrances we called property management multiple times with zero answer or response. The gate workers were very helpful and contacted the owner for us directly. The issue was resolved after an hour wait but property management never followed up once. Overall, we were happy with the room and cleanliness except the washer was moldy and unable to be used. There were also no pool bands left for use of the pool as listed. We would love to stay at the location again, however, we would not rebook due to the lack of support from property management.

We had high hopes for this apartment, but unfortunately we didn’t read enough reviews. We were not able to sleep 2 out of our 4 nights there. There was some type of exhaust fan that would turn on and off every 4 minutes making a loud noise and vibrate. Others have mentioned this in their reviews so it isn’t something new and yet not fully fixed. Communication with the host was poor. First said someone had gone to check it, no fix. Then said someone else was going to go, but gave no timeline when. Wifi information was never shared prior to arrival nor left written down. Had to reach out to host directly to get wifi information. Bathroom locks didn’t work. Outside patio light did’t work either. All of these concerns have been brought up previously by other reviews and still not fixed. The good thing about this apartment are the community amenities. The kids playgrounds are great and the pool was fantastic.

Stayed June 9-15 2024 Very clean Condo . Really close to all theme parks and roads to get there . Loved the screened patio porch with the screen door Very convenient to load and unload suitcases . “WOW”

The complex is beautiful. The unit was adequate.Good air conditioning. Nice amount of space. Good value for the price. A number of lights didn’t work/were blown out bulbs. Sliding glass door doesn’t lock properly. Master bedroom sheets were very low quality (pilling). Contacted the owner through the app and they didn’t respond.

Needs a good cleaning

The place is unit 101, which was confusing because it said 101B. Called the host because of that, no answer or call back. The condo could use a good cleaning. There is mold in the washer so that’s gross. Thick dust in vents and doors. Right outside the master bedroom is a very loud air exchanger vent that makes a terribly loud noise every five minutes when it kicks on and off, makes it very hard to sleep at night. The property itself is beautiful with gorgeous views! The pool is so warm and nice. Water slides are fun!! The staff are sweet and helpful. It’s close to Walmart which is great for getting all the things you need. There are tons of places to eat close by. Quick drive to Disney.

Great stay

The apartment is great 3 rooms, nicely decorated, as in the pictures. The kitchen is well-equipped. The swimming pool and water slides are 3 minutes away. There is a nice playground as well.

Disney Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall vacation was awesome! We have stayed at several rentals at Windsor Hills over the years. This place was okay in that it did the job. We had nice beds and decent kitchen appliances. The kitchen definitely lacks in tools for cooking/ eating in but we ate every meal out anyway so it wasn't too much of a big deal. I did miss having wine glasses (only 2 on site). The decor was a little too much for my toddler and she wanted to touch it all. Again we didn't spend much time in the condo so it worked out okay! The only really annoying thing was the loud noise outside of the bedroom window. We called the manager and she agreed that it was so loud & would fix it, but the next night it was the same. She said it may have been the dryer vent, but we did not dry clothes at 3 am. So weird.

We love staying at windsor hills and my kids loved this unit, especially the bunk bedroom! Condo was clean and had the basics in it that you need! Ww look forward to coming back!

Excellent Stay for Disney Vacation

Our family of 4 had an excellent one week stay. We usually stay at a Disney hotel but decided to try a condo as our kids our now teenagers. Kids said they preferred the condo due to the extra space and property amenities. Property was clean, quiet and centrally located. It was as advertised and had everything we needed. We would definitely return.

Condo of our dreams

I always go thru Vrbo, but can honestly say this was the best. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The only complaint I would have is the security gate employees. We ended up having to rent a car and I got the feeling they were not going to let me in after I went and picked up the other car. Eventually it was worked out but could not have a small gathering due to not being able to get anyone in for the celebration after winning Cheerleading competition.
