Villa Ruya is a spacious villa situated on the Turquoise Riviera, between the Mediterranean and the Toros mountains.

It has four floors and a fantastic swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The large terrace is great for relaxing and al fresco dining, overlooking the pool and offering superb sea views. Perfect for large families and groups wanting a place to get away from it all in a beautiful private villa without being isolated.

The villa has marble floors throughout and air conditioning in every bedroom.
The large ground floor is an open-plan kitchen/lounge leading to a wide terrace running the full length of the villa.

On the first floor is the large master bedroom with en-suite, and a spacious king-size bedroom.
These share a balcony at the front of the villa with a fantastic sea view.
The third bedroom on this floor has its own balcony with views of the magnificent Toros mountains.

The second floor has two generously sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. These share a balcony at the front of the villa with the same stunning sea view.

The spacious basement has been converted into a games room with darts, table tennis, pool table, table football, and a selection of games and toys to suit all ages.
