Esta villa de nueva construcción se destaca del resto. Distribuido en tres plantas, ofrece un alojamiento increíble para sus huéspedes. Hay 4 habitaciones dobles con baño, la suite principal tiene su propio vestidor y la quinta habitación es una habitación individual con un sofá cama.

La planta baja consta de una gran cocina abierta, sala de estar y comedor con impresionantes vistas sobre Ovacik. La sala de estar mira hacia las áreas de la piscina y el patio y tiene un atrio central abovedado con área de galería en la característica acristalada central semicircular. La Villa tiene su propia piscina infinita privada y bañera de hidromasaje. Hay un gran patio con barbacoa de obra y mesa y sillas, una cabaña exterior y un jardín paisajístico. También hay un área de estacionamiento de buen tamaño para vehículos.

El establecimiento cuenta con aire acondicionado, cocina totalmente equipada y WiFi. Hay una televisión en la sala de estar con Netflix y Sky Sports para que todos disfruten.

El establecimiento está escondido contra la ladera de la montaña, y está a pocos pasos de los bares y restaurantes locales.

La propiedad fue equipada con muebles e imágenes por el experimentado propietario del arquitecto británico con un buen ojo para los detalles, y no se han ahorrado gastos al terminar esta impresionante propiedad.

Absolutely gorgeous villa with stunning views all round.We were 6 adults and there was more than enough room.Location is high in the hills hence the amazing views but there is a taxi button outside if you don't fancy a hike!Also highly recommend Soner the taxi driver, his number was on the fridge in the kitchen. He was lovely and very convenient and reliable when all six of us wanted to go out together.All in all, fabulous holiday.

Can’t praise this villa enough, it has everything you need for an exceptional stay, the villa is exactly how it looks in the photos. Rooms are huge and decorated beautifully, sofas are in all the bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen and lounge area. Views are amazing. Communication with Martyn was excellent, he will answer all questions arrange transport from the airport, nothing is to much trouble to ensure you have a perfect holiday, I have stayed in many villas, this is by far the biggest and the best

Lovely villa!

We came in the May half-term with the family and weren't disappointed! The villa is as described, the pool is a decent size as are the bedrooms. We would definitely come again. Any issues were quickly dealt with as minor as they were.Thanks Martyn

Fabulous!!

The villa exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, clean and beautifully presented. The location was perfect, it was easy to get into town but far enough away from the centre to feel tranquil, the sunsets were amazing! Very well designed with plenty of space for 7 people. Would highly recommend.

Excellent family holiday!

The villa is stunning! My family of 9 people stayed in this huge villa for 10 days, the villa is extremely spacious with a great outdoor swimming pool that has fantastic views. The is a taxi call point a few metres from the villa, they only take a few minutes to arrive and so convenient to take you to the town and other places. Cleaners came twice during our stay and provided fresh towels and bedding. I would highly recommend this villa, the owner is extremely helpful and responds to any questions via email quickly.

Outstanding Villa

Just came back from a two week stay, we have to say this was the best villa we have stayed in and also the biggest and best villa in the area. It literally had everything we needed, was very modern and in truth we chose to stay in the villa a lot more than we expected as it was so nice !! The views were also as spectacular as described. Also Communication with the owner from start to finish was exceptional. We were a family of 9 with ages ranging from 17 to 42. Everyone one of us enjoyed our stay !

1 week stay at Ovacik 360 Villa

The villa is beautiful clean spacious and incredible views. Martyn was a brilliant host nothing too much trouble. From picking up keys to dropping them off everything so easy. The only shame was Jacuzzi not working but did it spoil our experience not a chance would highly recommend the villa. The pool is amazing and facilities at villa were brilliant. Thanks Martyn would definitely love to come back amazing holiday

Stunning!!!

Just returned from a 2 week stay and wow!!! The villa …….. stunning is the best word. Great property, very large and easily better than the description . Amazing views from pool, terrace and every room.The location …… steep hill to villa 40metres long, so worth thinking about if mobility issues however alll taxis drop you off outside the gate so not really an issue. 20mins walk to hisaronu, supermarket 10-15 stroll, taxis button at bottom of drive.Communication ……. First class. Martyn and Fatih were on hand for any question, providing speedy responses and resolution. Nefes (round the corner) is definitely worth a visit, we spent many a morning there.Would 100% stay again at the villa …… already planning our next trip back.

Fantastic property

Wonderful villa, very spacious and well laid out, it was a great location to easily walk to local bars and restaurants. Local taxis are really easy to catch. We had a wonderful stay, owner arranged a mini bus to pick us all up. Villa was regularly cleaned and fresh towels provided during our stay. There are even pool beach towels. The villa was stocked up when we got there, food and wine in the fridge, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets & washing powder. Owner was really supportive and I would highly recommend this villa.

Amazing

The villa is beautiful. Location is perfect for getting to anywhere you may want to go although chillin out at the villa is just as good. One and only disappointment was although we were here early September the pool was very cold. Too cold for our nine month old grandson so bought a paddling pool for him. Taxis are really cheap. There are soo many bars and restaurants to choose from you are spoilt for choice

Quiet location in relaxing villa

I visited the villa with my husband and three teenage children. It is very spacious and exactly as described. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. Situated in an elevated position with incredible views. The pool is sizeable with plenty of sun loungers and sunshine all day. There is a restaurant close by but only for breakfast and lunch. We hired a car from Dalaman airport with was very easy and the drive to the property is straightforward. We did a pin drop of the hotel where the keys are located and the villa before we left England. You do need a car or a taxi to get to the supermarket or any of the restaurants in Ovacik or the beach. The property is very well maintained and was spotless when we arrived. Martyn is very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to our requirements. We would definitely recommend a stay in the villa for a relaxing week of Turkish sun.

Fabulous Villa

We have stated in villas a few times before but this one has to be the most spectacular Martyn is very accommodating and very informative , always at hand for any questions we had . This was a family holiday for 6 and the villa was so spacious, beautiful inside and out with everything you would need There were plenty of sunbeds and a great size infinity pool with beautiful view's over Ovicik We did find some rooms air conditioning were slightly better than others and we had the odd morning were the water was off but not for long, It is off the road a bit but then its a mountain villa with fantastic scenery and we chose it for that Taxi stand were you literally press a button and its there in a few minutes is a few yards away from the villa , so no problems getting into towns were there are great bars and restaurants Overall all 6 of us had the most fabulous time, actually didnt want to leave , a week is not enough in this beautiful place ! . Thank you again Martyn your villa certainly did not disappoint and we all would highly recommend it We will definitely be returning .

Beautiful, Modern, Large and comfortable.

Our group of 9 stayed at this amazing villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa is very generous with space: Large and beautiful kitchen, Very spacious living room and sitting area. There were Four large rooms, all with with their own en-suite, and balconies and gorgeous views. The fifth room, however is a disappointment, barely enough for one person, and no en-suite. Since we stayed in November, off peak, the weather there was a bit chilly. I am sure this Villa would been amazing during the season. Couple of issues while we stayed: The main pool and the hot tub were not available (out of season) Some of the A/Cs were not strong enough to heat some of the rooms. (it was a bit cold outside). We also did not have hot water for two day. Complements to the maintenance team, they attended to all of our requests, and fixed the hot water in good time. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and would stay there again.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa with fantastic views and pool. Very clean and well looked after. Disappointed jacuzzi wasn’t working and thought owner should of let us know before we arrived however the villa is so nice this is just being picky. Good communication throughout from owner. We found villa a little off the beaten track and cabs quite hard to get but once they arrived very they are very cheap. All in all lovely place you couldn’t be more than delighted with how lovely the place is.

Family & Friends trip

Great Villa and location, extremely clean and great location. Kids loved it. Only issues are temporary shortage of water from time to time and odd 2 seconds blackouts. Definitely need a car next time as taxi takes long to arrive and transfers always 30mins late. Other than that it was great and will definitely come back again.

An Absolutely Stunning Property

We absolutely loved our stay in the villa. The property itself is flawless throughout, every single angle is eloquent and truly feels class. The grounds have been updated from the photos with more flowers and plants to compliment the property. Any issues we had were promptly resolved by the Orka team, though their lack of English and our lack of Turkish made things slightly confusing at times. The property is located within 200m of an amazing breakfast and lunch place called Nefes, which is as cheap as it is brilliant, meaning there’s plenty of opportunity to enjoy the local food. The town itself has its own water park, many supermarkets and restaurants/take-aways, plenty of tourist trip companies and even its own bar and shopping district. If you aren’t renting a car, there’s a convenient taxi stop which requests a taxi at the push of a button, less than 40m from the property. We were welcomed to the property with a fridge full of essentials and alcohol, cupboards stacked with towels and beach things, and bathrooms kitted out with everything you could need for washing. The price for the villa is astonishing when considering the quality of it, and I can’t wait to come again. We’d all thoroughly recommend saying here and experiencing Oludeniz. Truly beautiful.

Amazing villa with lovely views

The villa was incredibly clean and well equipped! The 4 main bedrooms where spacious with lovely large en-suites but the 5th “bedroom” was more of a cupboard with no air conditioning and no plug socket, fine for a child if not to hot! We rented a car and struggled to find the hotel to collect the keys from, it definitely wasn’t 500 yards from the villa so would suggest taxi transfer and then hire a car locally if you don’t know the area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This part of Turkey is a good holiday area being only approximately one mile from Olu Deniz and its famous beach and lagoon, and approximately 4-5 miles from the historic harbour town of Fethiye.

Our villa is in the area of Ovacik, between Olu Deniz and Fethiye being on a plateau on the side of the Babadag mountains where we get a welcome breeze during the heat of the day. The villa is within walking distance of the local restaurants and bars.

I bought this Villa when it was a concrete shell, enabling me to put my own personal touch on this property was a great experience. The Villa is set with a mountain backdrop and has fantastic views over Ovacik and to the mountains behind. The location is special and unique for a large villa.

The property has an amazing infinity pool and lots of private space externally and internally for you and your family to enjoy. The facilities are all brand new and are all finished to a very high standard.
