Beautiful location

Excellent and beautiful location on the beach. We stayed here two nights before driving on to Port Canaveral for our 7 day cruise. The beach is incredible and we liked to convenience of walking for eating and shopping as well.

The unit has a great view of the beach. The unit is a little worn and needs some attention though. The unit is also lacking some things in the kitchen.

Wonderful stay! Absolutely loved this location and beach access. Management company exceptional. Functionally I had everything provided for a great stay, however, aesthetically the condo interior desperately needs painting, the bathroom light is finicky (abd missing bulbs) and the blinds in bedroom are broken. Easy fixes for a fabulous 5 star stay. I would book this unit again.

Great Location

Everything was as described, perfect location for beach time. The only issue we had was the sliding door to the balcony was hard as heck to open and close, and we never could get it to close enough to lock it. Loved having heach towels, chairs, and umbrella for us to use!

North FL get away

Apartment was clean and well supplied. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Easy access to the beach and having the pool area was nice.

The door to the balcony was broken - it wouldn't close so the wind would come whipping in all night. Asked to have it fixed. They came but never fixed the door. Disappointing.

Good condo for those on a budget. Some minor issues like no blinds/curtains on bedroom window, broken handle on the back door to beach. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. Not the owner’s fault, but early mornings were very noisy with neighbor dogs barking at each other and chain saws right next to window from landscape crew. Great view and right on a good spot for surfing. Lots of beach towels and a few beach chairs for use were a nice touch.

All went well, the bed is slightly smaller than we would like it to be, the front door handle will get stuck, couple of the electrical outlets in the living room didn’t work, no large mirror in the bedroom, other than that all went well

Great location/view

This place had a great location/view of the beach and was the perfect size for just me and my husband. However, there were some issues with construction going on right next door early in the morning until mid evening, the plugs in the bathroom didn't work so had to do hair elsewhere, and the property has no blow dryer. Other than that our stay and the location were great!

Three weeks in Jax beach

Property was as expected by was locked out for a half day because the door was broken. Property management was not very responsive. Check out was 12 cleaning service showed up at 1130 and asked why we were there?

Good spot but needs some love

The location and area were great. There was construction on the building directly outside the patio doors, this should have been disclosed in the description because this started at 8:30am and went until 5:30pm and it was extremely loud. There were also issues with the front door - it's falling apart, some had to come fix it so I could leave. The patio door also would not lock.I also had issues with the bathroom lights not turning on - I believe there's something wrong with the switch. And half of the plugs ins I tried did not work.In saying all of that, the apartment was very nice and clean which was great however I believe there are some basic maintenance items that need to be completed on the property.

Clean and quiet

After reading some reviews, i was a little anxious about this place but found it appropriately clean. The kitchen has updated appliances including a Keurig coffee maker. The place could use some touch-up painting in the bathroom, the bed squeaked, and some rugs and soft furnishings (pillows, etc) are looking a little worn, but overall, we were comfortable. The beach was not crowded, and there were stores and restaurants within a few blocks' drive. I would recommend also that the owners provide some instructions about how to use the TV--there were three different remote controls and it took me some time to figure it out. A list of channels would also be helpful. Many places I have stayed provide these and other helpful tips in a little notebook for guests.

The condo is absolutely unacceptable to have on VRBO as a rental. The place was disgusting. There are stains on the couch and on the rug. The water smelled like death. The slider handle was broken and would not lock. The deck outside was so dirty you could see your foot prints in it when you walked. The furniture on the patio was rusted, we didn’t even dare sit in it afraid that it would break. We called maintenance to come and fix the slider they were not able to get anyone out that evening to fix it. Seing as I was just staying with my daughter we never even spent the night, I syd not feel it was safe. We packed up and left and went to a hotel. Still working with Vtrips to get a refund. (Which is proving to be difficult, apparently lockimg doors Is too much to expect). This condo was totally misrepresented. I can’t imagine it’s ever rented without multiple complaints

Happy to find a simple place to stay on the beach

We are low maintenance and we know there are always going to be minor things that come up. I was able to reach the management company so they will likely be taken care of. I did not get a chance to tell them that the toaster and frying pans need to be replaced, so hopefully this will be sent to them.

Great Location

I read a couple of negative reviews but tried this property anyway. The location is fabulous for the money but the home is not well updated and the sliding patio door to the beach front balcony need immediate repair. I will definitely stay there again but if your looking for a well decorated immaculately maintained place this probably isn’t for you.

Property should not be listed

The property I rented for three nights should not be listed, the bathroom was smelling foul due to swage well malfunction, I called and meet the manager Melinda in the office, but she didn't do anything meaningful, just empty words, I left the property one night sooner and they told me, they will compensate this, now more than two weeks, I have not received any call, I am going to place a dispute on my credit card for the rental charges.
