This is a pet friendly house. Pet fee is $30/nt and prior approval is required for the pet. Please do not bring pet without prior approval. If pets are brought without approval, we reserve right charge additional cleaning fee up to $250, This is a No-Smoking house, smoking penalty of minimum $599 applies

Important Information:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement and provide photo ID after reservation

Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Primary guest is required to sign the rental agreement and provide government ID prior to check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 3.25% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per PAYMENT PROCESSER. This applies to ALL bookings.
1. Legal Agreement & Mandatory ID
By confirming your reservation, you explicitly agree to all house rules and policies listed herein. The primary guest must sign our Rental Agreement and provide a valid government ID before check-in. Managed by SMV House Rental.

2. Putting Green & Outdoor Conduct

Putting Green: Use of the professional putting green is at your own risk. Please use only provided putters and golf balls.

Prohibitions: Do not place heavy furniture, grills, or sharp objects on the turf. No glass containers are allowed on or near the green.

Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times when using the backyard amenities.

3. Refund & Amenity Policy

Non-Essential Amenities: No refunds or credits will be issued for the temporary failure of non-essential amenities (Putting green equipment, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, or individual appliances). Our priority is immediate repair, not stay-related compensation.

Climate & Nature: No refunds are provided for encounters with local wildlife, insects, or weather-related outages beyond our control.

4. Check-in & Checkout

Hours: Check-in 4:00 PM | Checkout 10:00 AM.

Late Checkout Fees: Unauthorized stays past 10:00 AM incur a $100/hour fee. 2 hour past late checkout entire day rate apply. Late Check out may be available for a fee

Early/Late Requests: Subject to availability For a Fee

5. Smoking & Pets

Smoking: 100% smoke/vape-free indoors. A $599 deep-cleaning fee applies for violations.

Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed with prior approval. A $100 flat fee per pet applies. Pets must stay off all furniture and beds; unauthorized pets incur a $350 fee.

6. Property Care & Maintenance

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No parties or unregistered guests.

Doors & Windows: Must remain closed at all times to prevent AC failure and pest entry.

Grill: Please clean the grill grates after each use to avoid a $50 additional cleaning fee.

7. Trash Schedule

Trash: All trash must be bagged and placed in side-yard bins. Monday: Regular Garbage | Thursday: Recycle/Bulk.
