Interior size is 48m2 and balcony is7m2. It is located on floor: 1.The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

Autumn delight in the town of Rovinj

The apartment was well equipped with everything one might need; everything was clean and functional. The owner was a very kind and accommodating lady. The apartment is within walking distance of the town center of Rovinj, which is absolutely wonderful. Our stay was very pleasant, and we will remember it fondly.

Great stay!

Very nice flat, there are every thing to cook, very nearly from the old city, 15 minutes to walk, the owner very very friendly, as a mother. A big kiss. I recommend don’t look elsewhere.

Special place!

Very nice and friendly host Ingrid and Dorjano. Great location, quiet, 10min walk to old town and supermarket, with parking. Apartment itself is clean and tidy, kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Highly recommended!

A perfect getaway

Everything was great! Lovely host who met us and showed us everything in the apartment, she also checked in with us before departure which was lovely. Apartment had everything we needed and there were some welcome snacks and drinks which were very appreciated. Great parking and excellent location away from the centre of town but convenient walking distance and lovely quiet beaches nearby.

The host was so friendly and helpful. She even helped me to hang our jeans on the laundry wire to dry. The unit is very well equipped with a full kitchen, and they gave us a lot of welcome food and drinks. The washing machine was very useful for us.

Nice place to spread out a little bit

Ingrid was lovely - nothing was too much trouble for her - she arranged for her son to take us to the bus station as well which was very kind. Her personal manner was so nice. Although the apartment was a bit out of the old town we didn’t mind walking and going swimming not at away ( 10 min walk).

Perfect location, close to the beach and to the old town in a quite & safe neighbourhood

Upon our arrival there were some misunderstandings but all settled with the help of the tourist agency and with the kindness of Ingrid. The apartment is good, looks like exactly like on the pictures. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is at a perfect location, close to the beach and to the old town in a quite & safe neighbourhood. Ingrid is an amazing host, very helpful and friendly. She made our stay at Rovinj more pleasant! Thank you!

Tökéletesen felszerelt apartman egy nagyon szép városban, a tengerhez közel, kedves tulajdonossal.

Rendkívül jól felszerelt szállás, nagyon kedves szállásadóval! Minden rendelkezésre állt, amire csak szükségünk lehetett, az apartman barátságos, tiszta és kényelmes, a szállásadó könnyen elérhető volt és figyelmes. A tengerpart közel van, de az óváros is egy kellemes sétányi távolságra van. Kisgyermekkel utaztunk, vele különösen kedvesek voltak a szálláson. Nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat, szívesen visszamennénk bármikor. Jó szívvel ajánlom. :)

I proprietari sono stati estremamente accoglienti, disponibili e affettuosi, facendoci sentire pienamente a nostro agio. L'appartamento ha tutto l'occorrente per un passare piacevolmente alcuni giorni di villeggiatura. Si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla ed è in posizione strategica sia per l'accesso alle spiagge che al centro di Rovigno. Infatti, abbiamo potuto spostarci comodamente sia a piedi che con le biciclette che i proprietari ci hanno gentilmente prestato.

Minden a legnagyobb rendben volt. A szálláson az érkezésemre jelzett időpontban vártak, emeleti, minden igény kielégítő tiszta szállás, rendkívül barátságos, vendégszerető házigazdával. Ajándékkal várt. Bár végül nem került rá sor de kerékpárt is használhattam volna. Köszönöm a vendéglátást, szeretnék visszatérni.

Lovely host, super friendly and very hospitable. Found many refreshments at free of charge which was a nice touch. Kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you would ever need, paper towel also. Several towels also provided enabling us to use some at the beach as well as for showering. About a 5-10min walk to closest supermarket or 3km to big lidl or Kaufland. Car parking also directly out the front of house making it a short walk up a small amount of stairs to bring luggage in. Also has a washing machine provided which was convenient.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Ingrid is a wonderful host. Her little touches made a huge difference. There were treats and cold drinks available on arrival. Bikes to borrow and explore. Nothing was a hassle and while Ingrid was always available it always felt private and relaxed.

Brilliant service!

Apartament bardzo wygodny, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie naczynia oraz przyprawy, kawa, olej, itd. Chyba pierwszy raz nam się zdarzyło, że w kuchni nic nam nie brakowało. W sypialni bardzo wygodny jest materac oraz pachnąca pościel. Apartament ma dwie duże szafy z wieszakami (na zdjęciach jest tylko jedna szafa). Gospodarze sa bardzo mili i troskliwi. Na powitanie dostaliśmy napoje i słodycze. Bardzo dużą zaletą jest darmowy parking przed budynkiem. Wszędzie w okolicy są strefy płatnego parkowania. Do centrum Rovinj jest około 15 minut piechotą, a do plaży tyle samo tylko w przeciwną stronę. Było tak fantastycznie, że dokupiliśmy dodatkowe dwa dni pobytu.

High-end vacation!

el departamento es perfecto. tenía todo lo necesario y más también. Muy limpio y cómodo. Ingrid y su esposo fueron super amables. Nos fueron a buscar con su auto porque equivocamos la dirección (google maps no la encontraba). Además, como llegamos tarde, Ingrid nos regaló 4 huevitos para el desayuno del día siguiente 🥰. Además, en la casa había café, té, leche, bebidas, y muchas otras cosas que fueron muy útiles. Se encuentra muy cerca del centro adonde se puede llegar a pie. Agradecemos mucho a Ingrid y esposo por su amabilidad, y recomendamos sin dudas el alojamiento.

Glorious residence!

Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hatte sogar paar Snacks bereit gestellt (Kekse, Schokolade,..). Es gab keine Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten. Zimmer waren sauber, und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir würden wieder die Unterkunft buchen wenn wir in der Gegend Urlaub machen!

Appartamento comodo e ben attrezzato: lavatrice e detersivi, ferro da stiro, cucina attrezzata con microonde, bollitore ecc. Per la colazione c'era anche una moka con il latte, il caffè a disposizione e dei biscotti. Nell'appartamento c'erano già sale, olio e zucchero. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato all'ombra davanti casa. Sia il letto che il divano letto erano comodi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno fornito anche del latte senza lattosio benché che lo avessimo chiesto. Il frigo era pieno di bevande (acqua, te, succhi, birra). Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Rovigno e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Ingrid qui habite la porte a côté. Il y avait des rafraîchissements pour nous dans le frigo et elle était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons eu des échanges amicaux avec elle et il y avait même des vélos à notre disposition! Le lit était confortable et le lit d’appoint également. La ville historique est à 1.5km alors nous n’avions pas besoin de l’auto pour aller visiter. Merci pour tout, nous y reviendrons certainement.
