VILLA ROSSELLA 1 Comfort Studio (Carlina)is a 3star Studio.It is located in 15minutes walking distance from town centerand in 20minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 35m2 and terrace/balcony is5m2. It is located on floor: 2. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Within the property, there is a shared seating area and a swimming pool that is available for all guests. The pool is filled with chlorine water.It is sharedwithin 4apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is twenty. The pool is not available for use from 1st October - 1st May.All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (additional bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 100€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

Apartman je bio izuzetno čist, ugodno uređen i smješten u mirnom dijelu Rovinja. Lokacija je odlična – blizu centra i plaže. Domaćini su bili vrlo ljubazni i dostupni za sve informacije. Uživali smo u prekrasno uređenom dvorištu i bazenu.

Fin leilighet med alt man trenger til noen dagers opphold, med unntak av vaskemaskin. Deilig med to balkonger og stor felles uteplass med hage, solsenger og svømmebasseng, selv om man er litt prisgitt hvilke andre gjester som bruker dette. Bakeri og pizzarestaurant kun 5 minutters gåtur unna.

Een ideaal verblijf voor een aantal dagen Rovinj.

Prima locatie op 15 min. loopafstand van de boulevard van Rovinj. Een plus is ook het fraaie voetbalcomplex naast het verblijf. Vergeet je voetbal niet. 😉 De tuin en het zwembad zijn aangenaam.

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed the location oft this AirBnB since it had perfect free parking right in front of the house which is impossible for accommodations in the old city center. The short walk to the waterfront and old town was easy, quick and convenient even in the dark. We enjoyed the pool and backyard which we had to ourselves for most of the afternoon. Had to move inside once the sun started to go down due to the many mosquitoes (late August). The Appartment was clean and provided everything we needed including a French press coffee maker and additional towels for the pool. Air conditioning was a must have since it got really hot on the top floor during the summer. Communication with Aleksandra was brief, responsive and friendly. She met us perfectly timed for check-in and gave us some recommendations for restaurants. Thank you!
