El apartamento puente de Rialto está situado a unos pasos del puente de Rialto y su famoso mercado, y en menos de 10 minutos a pie de la plaza de San Marcos. El departamento esta en un primer piso de un edificio antiguo veneciano, está completamente renovado, a prueba de sonido, totalmente amueblado y decorado en estilo veneciano. Todo alrededor de la zona hay todo tipo de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, farmacia, la moda, puntos de Internet, iglesias, museos, monumentos, y la verdad los pequeños canales existe la Gondolieri los remos góndola y cantando las canciones venecianas. Esta es el área donde vive la gente venecianas, y donde hacen sus compras.

Excellent location, quiet and pleasant

Very much enjoyed our stay. It filled all of our needs while we stayed for three nights; close to all that we wished to experience, food, restaurants and shopping, and many canals, small roads and passageways, and the beautiful and intriguing Venetian buildings, homes and amazing architecture and old world feel … all lovely!!

Monica was a wonderful host and very accommodating. She was helpful and answered every question and even left us some lovely snacks and drinks in the kitchen upon our arrival. Air conditioning worked well in the June heat, and shower was hot with great water pressure. Location is very quiet and private, but very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. King size bed was a plus!

You Gotta Love Venice

Absolutely great location! Such good access to the major attractions and easy boarding to the valporetto. Our suite was charming, but the bed was a challenge. Our hosts were really good. We loved the locale, too.

Monicas property is beautifully kept, well appointed in a good location. The welcome package of food & drinks was unexpected and very thoughtful. We will definitely look to return when next visiting Venice.

Everything about this stay was amazing. It was my husband’s and my first trip to Italy and I was so glad we stayed here. It was so central to a lot of options for food and activities. The hosts were helpful and responsive when we had any questions. It was the perfect little apartment for the two of us.

Rialto Bridge Stay

Check in process was very easy. Loved the refreshments in the room. Shower was great and everything was very clean. Bed was a little hard. The boat ride was confusing. Maybe a better explanation on how to get to the room from the two different parking garages. I’d stay again.

Nice comfortable apartment close to the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge

The property was centrally located in a quiet area just a few minutes from Rialto Bridge. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions, not only about the apartment but also about the area in general. They also went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location and friendly,

We enjoyed staying here and Monica did everything she could to make check-in and arrival very nice. Surprised to find complimentary beverages, coffee, tea, etc in place and available at no charge. My only concern is htat I was not aware that this was on the 2nd floor and I am somewhat mobility impaired. We did make do... and if it were on the first floor, I would stay there again and again. If you don't mind the stairs, this is a great place.

Short stay in Venice

Although we only stayed in Venice for 2 nights, the apartment was perfect in every way! Monica was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. It was stocked with breakfast items and even had beer and bellinis in the fridge. It is in a quieter neighborhood but very central to all must sees and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

Located on a quiet street. Very clean and secure. A little small but comfortable. Nice bathroom with GREAT shower. Beware the windows have no screens. When we got there they were open and the place was full of mosquitoes

Will 100% stay here again!!

We loved this studio. It’s in a perfect neighborhood just off of the Gran Canal about 3 blocks. Monica was very helpful and told us how to easily take the ferry from the airport to Rialto Bridge, then a short walk to the property. They had tea, coffee, milk, juice, bread. Everything you need to feel at home. They had air conditioning which we really appreciated. Love this place and how easy they made everything!

In the heart of Venice

Great location and very well stocked apartment. Very close to Rialto bridge. Spacious apartment with lots of nice touches like breads and cookies along with beer and soda waiting for us. My only complaint was that the bed is very hard and was difficult to sleep due to discomfort.

Very quiet and nicely renovated bedroom with closet, beautiful bathroom and nice galley ktichen. Considering the apartment is in a 900 year old building, it was amazing! Close to plenty of restaurants and a market to stock up on food items for our 4 night stay. Maria met us at the boat to walk us through the alleys to the apartment and recommended a restaurant steps from the door. She also offered to wash and fold our laundry which was a welcome extra midway through our 16 day trip. (We left Euros for Maria for this service.)

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I stayed at Rialto Bridge apartment in October 2023, it was absolutely wonderful! Our hosts, Fabio and Monica were excellent! Our check-in process was easy as we were met in person to complete check-in. The apartment is warm, charming, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well with treats, cookies, breakfast items, coffee. There were 2 bellinis and beer waiting in the fridge for us, such a nice touch! The location of the apartment was perfect for us, on a quiet street with local charm and ambiance yet only a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. There are several wonderful restaurants on the same street, we ate at them, the food and service was excellent! We had one issue with the AC but Fabio promptly came to the unit and addressed the issue. If you are considering booking this apartment, don't hesitate! Also, the bed and pillows were comfy! We will absolutely stay here again when returning to Venice!

Beautiful well maintained property

My husband and I both agree that this beautiful VRBO property was immaculately clean, very comfortable, well stocked and very quiet. Best of all, both Monica and Fabio were very accommodating. When we were walking to this property with our luggage, a man approached us and said he was a porter and would help carry our luggage over the Rialto Bridge, which we were happy to pay him $20 to do. After we showed him the address, he very confidently told us he knew this location but, sadly, he didn’t and we trusted him because he said he was a local and assured us that he could take us straight to our rental but he got us very lost. So we had no choice but to call Fabio and he came and found us and showed us the way to the VRBO. Such a kind man. I’ll definitely stay at this beautiful property again.

Nice place in Venice

We arrived at night and struggled to find the location because we couldn't get the provided link to work and couldn't copy and paste from the VRBO app. Google maps walking directions weren't accurate. The host was available on the app and we eventually found the apartment. I think in the daylight, we would have found more easily. Once there everything was easy and wonderful. Easy check-in at the door through a speaker. Room was nice. Some drinks and snacks were provided which we appreciated. We enjoyed the location and felt safe. It was nice being a little away from the crowds. Very close to some good restaurants and shops and a wonderful market with fresh fish, fruits,veggies,etc. Also the included laundry service was so helpful and appreciated. We would recommend. The only small downside for us was that the bed made loud noises when we rolled over or got up. Otherwise, no issues. And.... wonderful rain shower with lots of hot water. We enjoyed our stay very much.
