Este elegante y acogedor apartamento está situado en el centro histórico de Venecia, junto a la prestigiosa escuela de San Rocco (colección de pinturas de Tintoretto) y la iglesia de Frari (Asunción de Tiziano). Con vistas a Campazzo Tolentini, frente a la universidad de arquitectura y la iglesia homónima, es conveniente para caminar a todos los principales sitios turísticos.
El apartamentis es fácilmente accesible a pie desde Piazzale Roma (100 m) y la estación de tren (300 m) es conveniente para hacer turismo y excursiones a las islas de la laguna.
El apartamento es muy soleado y luminoso, ubicado en el tercer piso (sin ascensor), con impresionantes vistas desde todas las ventanas del canal y el campo.
Renovado en 2016, consta de hall de entrada, amplio salón con mesa de comedor, cocina independiente con lavavajillas, horno, nevera, pequeños electrodomésticos. La zona de noche incluye una habitación doble que se comunica con una habitación doble con dos camas individuales y un baño con ducha. Para los clientes que se quedan más de una semana, hay una lavadora.

This spacious and beautiful apartment was perfect for our needs. It has a modern kitchen perfect if you want to cook. It was an incredible location with beautiful canal views. To us, the best feature was how close to the Santa Lucia rail station it is. It's an easy 10 minute walk with only 1 bridge to cross. There is a Cafe just outside in the small plaza where you can get great breakfasts and more. A couple things to know: This apartment is on the 3rd floor so there are quite a few steps up. Also there are weekend concerts nearby that are fun but on Saturdays they can play until about 11pm. If you have an early morning n be aware. Also, too my surprise, when they say double bed, that's actually a US king sized bed. And finally, nothing is more than a 20 minute walk away.

Great location for a stay in Venice. Easy access from the train station and easy walking to all the famous sights. Watching the boats and gondolas on the canal from the many windows was a delight.The apartment is furnished with beautiful glass from Murano. It’s a very special place and very comfortable.

Check in was easy and timely. Location was good and convenient. There are some restaurants nearby that were very good options. Directions to the apartment of itself are a little confusing so just allow a few extra minutes before your check in time. Check out was very easy and didn’t require a lot of us. Apartment was pretty quiet the people above only making noise normal times of day and night. Photo is viewed from living room window.

Perfect stay in Venice!

Thank you so much for such a perfect apartment stay in beautiful Venice!Apartment was exactly as pictured, but exceeded expectations. Neighborhood was fantastic. Air Conditioning was amazing. Loved the location- so close to the train station, yet away from the tourist areas. Absolutely enchanting views of the canal. We anticipated more of a peek-a-book view, and were so happy with the view of a gorgeous, active (but not hectic/busy at all) canal. The room with the twin beds was perfect for my 17 yo son, and 20 yo college student with whom we rendezvoused with during his study abroad. My 17 yo is 6'2" and slept so comfortably here. It was our final destination of a nearly perfect trip, and the most ideal location for our quality family time. Picked up some souvenir Venice playing cards, and enjoyed family poker in the comfortable family room. Would be so grateful to stay in this beautiful property again! Communication from property manager was exceptional. Thank you!

The only place to stay

The unit was a short walk from train station, our host was in constant communication with us. Restaurants all around, and renting a gondola was super close by. We had a wonderful time, everyone was easy to talk to. The unit is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. We didn’t mind because there are a lot of steps and walking when visiting anywhere in Europe. So we just got use to it. I would love to stay here again!

Great location In Venice

The location and accomodations were really great. Venice is a beautiful city! Getting to/from the train station and the bus station, even with our roller bags, was easy. It is an easy 10min walk from the train station and 5min from the bus station. The only down side was that it was very hot, and even with the A/C running at full blast it was hard to sleep. The host, Luigi, was very helpful. We did have to pay an extra 30 Euros to check-in past 8:00pm. And please note, the wifi works, but only covers the living room, so there is no signal in the bedrooms.

Wonderful stay in Venice

This apt did not disappoint. Lived up to its charm and views!! The host was very easy to communicate with and really helped out on giving great directions. We’ve never been to Venice so we were a little confused at first but Luigi gave step by step directions and it all made sense once we got into Venice. 3 flights of steps to the apt was rough with luggage bit we are so glad we stayed here.

Great location, great apartment

This property is very conveniently located to taxis, buses and water travel. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. You do need to be able to do stairs as there are many to climb to get to the apartment, but the views of the canal are fantastic. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Apartment

My wife and I and our 21 year old grandson really enjoyed the apartment. Even though we had to climb 3 floors, our grandson carried my wife’s luggage. My wife has an ankle problem and uses walking sticks , but she managed. The communication was excellent.

Good stay

Be prepared for the stairs, were tough but don’t consider that’s anything he can do anything about.. my only suggestion if to put instructions of how to use appliances in english in your book. These are different appliances than we use and was afraid of breaking them

The location is excellent for walking the city. Convenient restaurants right next door. Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Host was so helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Bring your own umbrella. Need to be quiet. Not good for kids or any loud noises. Lots of stairs. No heat allowed before Oct 15. It was at 18 C inside. Great location. Walkable from train station. Cute place.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen. Wir durften unsere Koffer schon frühzeitig abstellen, um ohne Gepäck am Ankunftstag die Stadt zu erkunden. Man kann sich von dort Venedig super zu Fuß im alle Richtungen erlaufen.Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein.

As advertised. Close to everything of interest. Home was very clean, everything we used worked, and the check-in clerk was very helpful and sweet, even though we were fairly late arriving. (Train issues) We would highly recommend this property.

Location, view, perfection!

We were so happy with our stay! A short manageable walk with our luggage from the train station. Two little restaurants below for a morning cafe or afternoon pizza. About .9 miles, 25 minute stroll to St.Mark’s square. It is a great comfortable place to stay! I really wanted something not too far from the train station, nice view and neighborhood.Clean, nice bedrooms, sitting area, kitchen etc.

Excellent place to stay!

The location was great right on one of the little canals. You can walk everywhere from here. There are a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment but the place is very roomy and the air conditioner was wonderful. There are restaurants right next door and plenty within walking distance. The views are very nice from the place. I recommend staying here. The hosts were great to work with.

Amazing property!

We've travelled from Nice, France to Florence, Rome, Bologna, Venice and back to Nice and this was, hands down, the best apartment we've had - spacious, cool, with amazing views and very well stocked and decorated. If we are in Venice again, I'll certainly gladly return here. Highly recommend!
