This apartment situated on the first floor, has a large front balcony overlooking the swimming pools and tropical gardens. The table and chairs in the balcony are ideal for having breakfast in the morning, reading a book or enjoying a nice glass of wine. The bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, mirror, safety box and a two windows that provide fresh air a luminosity to the apartment.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a glass screen, hair dryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel. The bathroom also has an exterior window for ventilation.
The living room has a sofa bed, tea table, DVD player with a large selection of films and a satellite 42” LED TV connected to internet. The living room is separated from the balcony by large sliding glass doors which allow you to enjoy natural light and direct view to the gardens and pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, orange juicer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and stools ideal for lunch or for cooking.
The flat is also provided with Air conditioning, an iron, ironing board, washing drying rack and cleaning products.
The apartment is situated in a privileged and residential area of Playa del Inglés: 25 meters away from the promenade of Playa del Inglés, 100 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the Tropical Shopping Centre and main bus stop. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, and there is a large variety of restaurants, shops and bars in the proximity.
The airport is 40km away and you can reach the apartment by taxi or bus. Sunnyhomegrancanaria provides pick up service from the airport to the apartment for as low as 35€. You can simply book it through us if you are interested.
Parking is the vicinity is controlled by meters and it will cost you one euro per day approximately.
